Good selection, a few good deals. The employees didnt bother us a ton when we were browsing. They were polite and seemed poised to help if we needed anything. Everything from beds, living room suits, bedroom suits, recliners, dishwashers, stoves, washer and dryer sets! If youre in the market for something, go have a look! They sometimes carry scratch and dent appliances. They will also sometimes negotiate on the price.

We traveled from out of town to shop for new refrigerator & asked about bathroom...No lady told us. She said “We don’t have public bathrooms” What? I can’t even imagine such a large store as this who sells to the public doesn’t offer a restroom for customers to use. We walked out before we were finished shopping. What kind of business is this? Never again and we will NEVER recommend Kings to anyone! Headed to competition “B - - - - - N“ down the road and across the street. Spent over 2k with them.

I have bought multiple pieces from here. From appliances to furniture. I have been helped by Krystal and Leslie. They are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and will stay with you the entire time you are walking around looking at products. I explain what I am looking for or needing and they show me all the products which meet what I am looking for. If they do not have what I need they will help me find what I need. The prices are worth the wait! Everyone I encountered the 4+ times I have been to the store are very pleasant. The 2 gentleman who helped me load my dishwasher were very professional and assisted me in getting my items into my car. I like the fact it is a family run business. It makes it feel personal vs going to a big box store where you are just another payment processed. I like the fact they remember who I am when I come in and greet me by name. If I could give more than 5 stars just based on the customer service and knowledge I would. I will definitely be coming back soon to get a new stove!

If you are wanting to buy one piece of a bedroom set, this place is not the place to go. I was looking for a bed frame but they didn’t want to sell me a bed frame, they said I had to buy a whole bedroom set. The store lost out on a few hundred dollars.

Kings Furniture was great. Dont let the looks of the outside fool you. Once inside you will find a good variety of appliances and furniture. I had originally gone to one of the big box stores early in the morning to purchase a dishwasher. Mine had seen its better days pass long ago. The employees at the box store knew nothing about their products. I got frustrated with them and decided to go somewhere else and Im glad that I did. Kings Furniture had more to choose from and the staff were knowledgeable about their products. We explained what we would like to have and she showed us three dishwashers that fit the bill. A few more questions later and we had found our match. The price was even better than the box store right down the road. Checkout was quick and we were off to the loading area. The gentleman loaded us up and we were off. Great experience.

Quality of products are great and the staff go above and beyond to help you get what you need. Financing is easy also they deliver. I Will continue to go there for all my needs!!

Pitch and switch. Called earlier that day was told many mattresses the size I wanted got there that same afternoon. None. Tried to order one was told they dont know when the truck would arrive so I couldnt order. Was offered a more expensive one. I left.

Almost always have in stock what is on display. Unlike the big box stores, where you have to order what is on display and wait almost a month.

We always enjoy our experience with Kings. We purchased a sectional sofa with the built in chase and it’s very comfortable. The delivery service was extremely professional and helpful. Once we setup our sectional we noticed a tear at the seam - very small. We contacted Kings and they are responding very quickly to address the issue. Very friendly as always. We have purchased both appliances and furniture and are always satisfied. Thanks!

I went to Kings furniture and appliances and bought my mom a brand new washing machine for her birthday she used it on the third load it started leaking I called them this machine was 2 days old they told me it had a one year manufacturing warranty on it contact the manufacturer they would not take care of it to me this is not the best customer service so your add lies I think youll need to pull your ad because you do not have the best customer service

Bought a HUGE Jackson sectional over the weekend and we LOVE it so much! The lady who helped us was so nice, we shopped at 5 or 6 other stores that day and called the sales lady like 3 times asking questions about the sectional and she was so helpful and kind.The price was good too. I am EXTREMELY pleased with our big purchase!

If you need any appliances any furniture any beds check out Kings they have it all! Reasonably priced everything very helpful for those of us on a budget! Very friendly staff the lady will walk with you showing you all of their selection let you know if they have anything else in stock from the back and afyer you make your selection and purchase they have a fella that brings it to your vehicle and loads it for you. Delivery is available but it is not by Kings they use a third party for this service and fees may be included that get a bit pricey kind of expensive if you live out of the immediate local area even more so if you live in the next town over and more so expensive if you live in the next county over. All around in store a great experience best to bring a truck with you though and take immediate delivery from store as i said the friendly staff will load everything for you even strap it down with tie downs!

Called to try and order a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The girl that answered didnt have time to help me.

I purchased a cook top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and double oven from this dump. They do not have a professional delivery service. Had to wait until after 5pm for the delivery and installation, because the delivery person works a day shift job. So, this is an establishment that sells furniture and appliances and they do not have a delivery team or truck. All the appliances were transported on an open flat bed attached to.his personal vehicle. He broke the tile on my counter top while installing the dishwasher. The door on the double oven was busted and didnt fit my opening. The owner had to reorder the correct oven. I was called and informed Inhad to pay another delivery charge. TERRIBLE service, youd do better going to a larger reputable store. Will never shop here again nor will I ever encourage anyone to spend their money here.

Do not recommend. Paid for the delivery of new appliances and when the guy brought them out he installed them . When I walked out my back door I saw that instead of taking the trash and boxes with him he put them under the house and left. Called the state left a vm and email, no response! Will not use this company again to furnish any more of our homes.

I like this place pretty well. Ive done business there a few times over the last several years. Good prices, large selection, fairly quick service. My last purchase was a recliner almost a year ago. Decent price, however it broke after about 3 months. Called Norma, she scheduled a service call without any hassle. The technician came out a week or so later and then I didnt hear from him again for over a month, so I called back. He was waiting on parts. He showed up several weeks later and fixed it.The chair manufacturers warranty says it doesnt cover floor models, which is what all of Kings furniture is. I was expecting a bill for repairs but never got one! Nice surprise.My washing machine and dryer I got there 4 years ago still run well and so does the chest freezer. Ill shop there again.

I actually went to King Furniture because they are a retailer in Jackson Furniture looking for a specific model recliner or if it could be special ordered. I was told they did not have the model recliner I was looking for and that it could be ordered, it might be three to sixteen weeks for delivery. I opted to look at other vendors to get this model recliner. King Furniture is a large outlet in what looks like what might have been an old grocery store. They have a large inventory but from the looks most everything is sold from what is on hand. I did find it easy to get a wheelchair in and through out the building and inventory.

Do not buy anything from kings furniture cause we bought a stove from there 2 weeks ago we brought it home the oven went out after 3 uses took it back they swapped it out and the 2nd stove did the same thing so I called them try to get our money back they told me that it’s up to frigerdare they said that frigerdare would have to refun them there money why should they get there money back from frigerdare if kings want refun us our money but frigerdare said that Kings lied they don’t have anything to do with refunds so Kong’s appliance is a rip off they want refun no money we didn’t even have it 2 weeks we kings haven’t heard the last of us we so don’t buy anything from there trust me u want be happy

I love kings furniture. I have purchased several pieces from this store. Its set up more like a warehouse than your typical furniture store. They have items on the showroom floor that can be purchased and taken home the same day or you can order catalog items for delivery to the store later. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside to Kings furniture is they do not offer delivery of any kind to your home or office. All furniture you purchase you have to provide means to take home

Called there yesterday to check availability of washer/dryer that I specifically wanted and asked for telling them I would be coming from Panama City. They assured me they had it and had plenty of them. Got there - sure enough - they all had sold on them. Come on - you have not sold 6 sets of w/d in a little over and hour and a half. Then they tried to sell us another set when we told them the specific brand we wanted. Even tried to double team us. We will NEVER go there again and would recommend no one go there.

I went in to buy a refrigerator and freezer, the people that were in the store..(if you want to call them salespeople) acted like I was not there. My money is as good as the other people who did not look like they had any money. I waited for over 30 minutes and NO ONE bothered to assist me. I walked out and I will never shop there. The sales team is rude and the owner acts like the customer owes them a favor for shopping in that place.

Went to Kings and purchased a king size mattress set. We payed $700.00 for the set! When we got it home, the top mattress was much smaller than the box spring! We called the store and they didnt believe us and asked us to bring it back so they could see and we did.They told us they didnt have another in stock,so just use the bad set until a new shipment comes in,which we were told would be about 6 or 7 days! And they would deliver the new set to us.A month later we still had not heard from them so we called and they said the shipment hadnt came in yet but they would let us know when it did.That has been 3 months ago!! We have excepted that we will NEVER get our mattresses replaced.We will never ever shop there again.

My grandmother bought a washing machine for about $400. when she went to pick it up today she asked them to see if everything worked on it. they took it to the back and would not let her go with them even though she already bought it. they had it back in the back for an hour and brought it back and said everything worked fine on it. we got it home and it will not rinse, drain all the way, or spin. now tell me that everything works fine on it. they are just very dirty to people if u are going to sell anything like that in a big store like that MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS RIGHT BEFORE CHARGING SOMEONE $400 FOR SOMETHING THAT DONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prices are not posted on appliances. Someone who works there has to look at the codes and tell you how much the item is. I was looking for a refrigerator. They didnt have what I needed.

Large selection

The worst customer service I think Ive ever had! We walked out after waiting 20+ minutes for our sales rep (using that term loosely) walked off to help another customer and never came back. Not because she forgot about us because she clearly saw us still waiting but continued to help each new customer that approached her. As far as the prices being a lot cheaper, they might beat the chain stores prices by a small amount but Id gladly pay that for real service. The prices arent posted on any appliance so you have NO choice but to wait on someone to help you.

Went here for a freezer that was supposed to be on sale and they where out, but the lady that was on the sales floor didnt wamt us to look at anything else without her following is around. Kinda felt like I was push out after we found out they didnt have the freezer.

No one even bothered to say hello let alone help me. They remained in the office looking out at me. I eventually walked out. I advise every person that will listen not to shop here.

They do lay away with great prices

Not a good place at all!!! The sales people are friendly enough and try to be helpful but Mrs King (the owner) acts like she is doing you a favor just being there and not that you are doing her a favor by shopping there. I bought a catnapper living room suite. Suppose to be top of the line, it is a piece of crap, comi.g apart found on the underside where it had been pieced together. The products may be a little cheaper but the quality is not there. I would NOT recommend this place ever!!!
