I love Publix always friendly staff, well stocked and clean stores. It is great that there are still companies that are still customer centric. Places like this care more about customers then making a few extra dollars by cutting staffing and it shows. Amazing job on all your stores.

Staff is very attentive. If you cant find it just ask. Will even take your groceries out to your car if you like. Very nice place. Even had things Ive been looking for at Walmart and could not find.

I usually shop Westway Publix but was near this one today and it was such a great experience! It was Saturday but fully stocked and friendly and helpful employees. Sale items were easy to find and readily available. Beautiful cuts of meat as well! Will shop here often.

Last week I left my wallet in the buggy outside when I unloaded my groceries. I did not miss it for approximately 45 minutes. I was in a panic!!! “Almost” my entire life was in that wallet. I rushed back to Publix. The nice ladies at customer service said an employee named David had found it in the buggy outside and had turned it into customer service. They had my wallet in a secured bag locked in the vault. There are good people in this world and Publix has one of them as an employee. David, thank you sooooo much!!!

It has been always a nice experience going to Publix no matter what city I am at. Today was another great experience except for the bakery area, I asked Solina I think that was her name after spending few minutes looking at all the options if they had bigger tiramisus, her answer was :no maam then I spend 1-2 more minutes trying to decide what another options they have and I ask have you tried the pecan orange cranberry cake? And again no maam very plain short answers in a store where employees are always helpful, I was expecting more insight like we dont have bigger tiramisu but we have this or that in cake desserts or I havent tried the cranberry pecan but I tried the red velvet and its really good or people are always buying that chocolate one its one of the favorites.. she seemed annoyed with my questions.. and I finally decided to get a carrot cake when what I really wanted to try was something different if I had a better insight from someone..

Clean, well stocked. The cashiers were very friendly. Ill give Dothan credit. This city has the best customer service in Alabama.

I absolutely love going here! All of the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. The selection is amazing. There are things here that I am unable to get at other stores. The sales and rewards are great too!

1st time ordering a sub from here.Dwindling conversation as he prepared the sandwich. I forgot Chips at t the check out and the staff went and got what i wanted and smile the whole time.

Great selection of great groceries. Plus the people are very helpful. I needed a specific kind of flour and they got it in for me. It took a while and we had to badger the distributor lol, but we got it.

The experience was good up until I got home and was missing an item. But the cook food area employees need more training and customer service training. But all in all I prefer shopping at publix

Used to be customer service was available here and just today the cashier threw our red meat on top of raw chicken and clearly didn’t want to be at work. Kudos to the manager for knowing how to handle. 3 of 5 stars. It’s pricey that’s for sure

I love Publix and this is my favorite Dothan location! They’re always well stocked and organized. If you want something they don’t have, they’ll get it in for you. Customer service is phenomenal and I love the hot food bar as well plus the cakes are HEAVENLY!!!

I was told by staff that this store is engaged in the shady behavior of secretly reporting Instacart shoppers to Instacart through email for not wearing a mask when there is NO MASK MANDATE. These creeps are having cashiers and other staff secretly record times of purchases so that they can email them to Instacart in a complaint packet. This is absolutely absurd, creepy, and Orwellian to say the least. These people need to concentrate on being a grocery store and not some secret mask police who deputized themselves as some sort of bizarre Stasi. Show me your papers or get the gulag!

I ordered a cake from the bakery and the bread wasn’t fresh it was hard and old. Also, I called to confirm the order two days before to make sure they had my order and the lady on the phone was clueless about my order. This has been the second time the bakery has forgotten about my order and I will not purchase another cake from them again. Publix Northside in Dothan, AL bakery needs to do better, they are very nice and friendly, but there’s always something wrong trying to purchase a cake from them.

I enjoyed shopping in Publix today. I always enjoy my encounters with the staff and they really know that store! I felt safe from the beginning (sanitized carts, thank you!) to the end with marked standing areas 6 feet apart at the cashier lane and the friendly check out. I also like the wide selection.The drawback is the tally. Publix is pricey but I know the selection costs money. I will save my change in my piggy bank for my next trip to Publix.

Clean, well-lit store. All staff are super nice & go out if their way to be nice & help you, from the cashiers to the staff member wljyst walking down the aisle that says Hi, how are you today? On the expensive side, but their $5 sushi Wednesdays more than make up for it! Sushi is fresh made twice a day (told to me by cashier) & is wonderful. I love their sushi. Packaged meat is fresh& clean. Great store, only drawback is it being expensive, hope theyre ysing that money for employee pay.

My first time visiting this location was today. I grabbed a couple of Sandwiches and wanted to say THANKS TO RANDY at the deli station! He made my sandwich’s with LOVE and I taste the care in every BITE!! 😋 Also he was the only one to greet us and displayed exceptional customer service! I’m a happy customer!! THANKS AGAIN!

Nice Publix with typical options. It would be nice if they had more organic options in stock. For the size and demographic of the area, it fits. It would be nice if they carried more middle eastern and Asian food options, as there is no real Asian market in the area, which I find odd.

Karen in the bakery was so kind and helpful. She sliced bread that wasnt ready yet for us when we asked her if she had more of the kind we wanted in the back. She was friendly and made our experience at Publix good. Jacob at the register was also helpful and efficient.

My favorite place to Shop!

Shopped today. Got a cart & was looking for disinfectant wipes to clean my cart. Couldn’t find any so I used a plastic bag. When I was finished shopping & was leaving, I mentioned to customer service there were no wipes. She said “we sanitize them after they are used.” That was not good enough for.me especially in these times. I want to be comfortable while using the cart that it was indeed appropriately cleaned. Using a wipe would have eased my mind. Next time I shop at Publix I will bring my own wipes!

Some of the precut, to-go foods are not cut small enough for on the go eating. Bring a knife

I can always get help to find different items the people the managers all the way down to the stalkers are always very helpful thats why I shop there 90% of the time

My favorite place to shop! Selection is unmatched, customer service is the incomparable, and their weekly deals save us so much money on our household staples. I dont dread grocery shopping when it is a Public trip. My favorite is Cottonwood Corners, but that is likely out of comfort and convenience for me as all of them in the area are wonderful.

Publix is the most cleanest and organized grocery store that I shopped in for years. Any time I have to used the restroom it is always very clean.
