Sux like there trucks
Very bad customer service(Chad)! $18,235.59 in parts & labor on a tractor and couldnt get them to walk to the truck with me, start the truck to verify the check engine/abs light was off, or they fixex my oil in the coolant issue! Sure enough the engine light is still on, oil still in coolant They told me I couldnt view, test drive, start or get the keys til I pay and if there is any issues after that we could adress it after payment. Once I paid so I could get my truck check engine light still on! They pulled it back to the shop then told me (1) They didnt look it over because nobody wrote it on the paperwork (2) Quick look over, not sure the issue but I can leave it another couple weeks, get a peicce of equipment to further diagnose the situation! It sat for 3 weeks while I was on the road. Was told they was going to stat it up and make sure it was ready because I was on my way in. They didnt start it because it struggled to turn over from sitting and if they did do it they would have noticed the check They truly got me, and put my livelihood in jeopardy...Ps: Truck broke down, lost antifreeze...2 days later. Shady practice come to find out when I took it to Vanguard Volvo that the coolant & coolant filter wasnt changed at all...and constantly overheating which I never had a problem with
