The staff here are Professional and friendly. I dont wear much make up but when I do I can always count on them to help me find exactly what I need.

Nice location, I cant remember the name of the girl but she was young and African American. She was extremely sweet and pleasant, not pushy at all and just had an extremely friendly demeanor. She said she had been there since they opened. Either way, very nice customer service and her recommendations on products was helpful as well. Im normally an Ulta girl but this may have to be my new place as I felt i was able to just relax without being pushed on a sale.

Not impressed with this location. Out of several different things I wanted. Not to mention I couldn’t even use my Sephora credit card here. I’ll order online as long as I live by this place.

Hey ladies just wanted to say that Every time I walked in the store the ladies would help me out and always ask if I needed help. Kimberly and savanna and all the other Dothan ladies are so sweet which makes me feel welcome.

Sweet people.Last time I went in there, there was only one girl working. But she done a great job and helped me find a conclear.

One start because of the terrible customer service. I walked in and no one acknowledged or offered to help me, which honestly I could care less about but the fact that when I was checking out the woman checking me out completely ignored me while her and a coworker argued over who was going to take the trash out. It took FOREVER to check out bc of them arguing and when I was having trouble with the card reader her response was “aw well I don’t know” so I literally swiped my card until it worked. Not to mention everything I picked up in the store that I was interested in buying you could tell someone had ran their fingers through it. I have NEVER been to a worse Sephora in my life and I shop Sephoras regularly. I definitely will not be back to this one.

I was not impressed at all with this location. I visited Sephora many times when I lived in Kansas, and their service was amazing. I went in the Dothan location to buy Smashbox foundation. I needed help with matching my color. The girl working skipped over me, not once, but twice. I ended up just leaving and going to buy it at Ulta. Ulta employees helped me right away. I did end up missing out on my birthday gift from Sephora also because of their lack of employees and lack of customer service in general. I will not return to this location.
