I made an emergency appointment with the salon to get my hair done. The customer service over the phone with Amanda was very helpful. She booked me with her sister, Emily, for a wash & roller rod set. Emily had me in my chair ready to go on time and did a fantastic job with my hair! I was very pleased with how she paid attention to detail and was very friendly! I will definitely be seeing her again!!!

Best Ulta Ive ever visited. Staff was personable, knowledgeable, and polite. They knew their products and gave advice and input on colors and brands. This Ulta will be getting a call to corporate office to let them know first hand what a great crew they have. It was my first visit to this store but it is now my goto.

So disappointed in my eyebrows. I’ve gotten my eyebrows mapped and waxed from other Ulta’s for years. My brows have absolutely no shape and don’t even look like they were waxed.

I could spend all day in this store just looking. I never knew they had candles until the other day. I purchased one and it smells phenomenal.

Fun little Mothers Day shopping trip. Good selection & variety of products. Employees were helpful and seemed to be enough staff working to handle holiday crowd.

Amanda did an amazing job on my hair! I will be making the 1.5 hr drive to keep up on it just to see her. The other staff was friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for a great experience.

Almost just 3 stars. However a stylist saw us struggling with finding something. Other stylist were to involved in their own personal conversations. She was quite knowledgeable, and quickly helped us out. That was worth the 4th star!

They make you wear a mask at the salon during services according to their website. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appt soon after I made it. I go to the salon to relax not to remain anxious because I cant breathe.

Love Ulta they litteraly have everything i walk in there and feel like a kid in a candy store i just got back and got everything i needed for my hair and i got free samples they are very nice and extremly helpful

I hardly ever post any reviews online but I had to take a moment to rave about Taylor! She is the BEST and deserves a post about how great she is! She has been doing my brow waxes for a while and she will be my go to person as long as she will have me! She does an excellent job (top notch, trust me I’m picky on everything) and is very personable as well! She treats you like you’re a long time friend and never minds to help you in other departments while you’re there either! Thank you, again, Taylor for always being so awesome!

Great staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. This comes from someone who is absolutely clueless about fashion, makeup, and hair care. Every time Ive gone in with questions I get assistance in which makeup is best for my skin type, skin tone, and what look Im going for. I highly recommend this location.

Sometimes places have way too many shiny objects to grab your attention. This is certainly one of those. They did have what I was looking for, however.This store appeared rummaged through. Its pricey so watch your budget and hold on to your wallet!I am enjoying my purchase and using it wisely.

Great place to shop for beauty products. They have everything from drugstore products to high end stuff, all you could wish for for hair, skin, nails and make-up. Helpful & friendly staff.

I had a 3:30 makeup appointment that was schedule a week out. Called 2 days before to confirm no problem. They wait until 2:30(an hour before) to tell me double booked and cannot fit me in until 4 or after. There was an event scheduled that night that I could not be late for.Manager was no help at all.So disappointing for a store I shop at weekly.

I only really go into Ulta when my wife needs something, and the ladies that work there are always super attentive and helpful with finding either the product she is looking for specifically, or a great alternative if its discontinued or they dont have it. I have also found a great hair product I use myself. The only complaint I have here is the parking lot situation is like a Russian YouTube traffic video waiting to happen.

So Im a dude so I can only rate this off what my girlfriend said about this place and she totally loved it. The prices on cologne were a bit steep and that was all they had for guys but they did have to tippy top of the line selection. Pretty store, totally nice inside, and the staff seemed super educated.

Usually pretty nice and helpful. Love the amount of products they carry. Unfortunately theyre usually out of the free gifts and dont offer a way to receive it when another shipment comes in.

I contacted this salon about cutting my naturally wavy hair, because DevaCurl has them listed as having a curly approved stylist. They asked me to straighten my hair before coming in, which I’ve read is the opposite of what you should do. When I probed about this, the girl answering the phone just giggled and said they were Deva certified.

I was in desperate need of a cut and just moved to Dothan so I didn’t have a stylist. I called Ulta but wasn’t to thrilled about the prices. 39.00 for just a cut is a little pricy for meI caved in need and was scheduled with Nichole. She did amazing! I got a scalp treatment and loved it! And she did an amazing job on my hair! She was so sweet and very personable. It is great! I’ve had so many compliments. I would defiantly recommend her! I was in and out in a great amount of time but she didn’t rush. She was great!

You have no idea how much haircut cost at this place. Did you get a master? If so its $55 or did you get someone thats not a master then its less than that. If theyll use Clippers at 50% of your head then its $25 for a haircut but if they dont then its some other amount. How the heck do you supposed to know how much your haircut is going to cost if I knew the difference between a Clipper cut no other Cuts I would be in the business

Great customer service! Everyone I turned around the girls working was asking if I need any help. One girl color matched me for foundation and she done a perfect job and she was the sweetest.

I decided to give ULTA a try. I got Tiffany to give a cut and style. She did a awesome. Im going back for a color and cut.

Love ULTA Beauty. They are really having an awesome sale right now. I got a great deal on a suitcase with eye shadows, blush, lipstick, and eye liners. You really need to check this out.

Store is well stocked. Customer service seems racially biased. Clerk denied an item I was about to purchase was on special and I also had to ask for the free gift that came with my purchase. She seemed to have no issues with her memory of what was on sale or free gifts with the Caucasian customer in front of me not behind me whom had purchased similar items.

They have such a great selection and the sales associates were there to help me with any questions I had.

So there is definitely a huge selection of all the best makeup, skin, and hair products around. Biggest supply anywhere around here. I love that about the place. The only reason they get three stars is because it doesnt matter which day I go, what year, or what shift... The staff is always horrible! They are unfriendly, rude, and the only time they pay any attention is if they are following you around to make sure you arent stealing. I hate that! So rude!

I love Ulta! Tiffany does my hair & is the only stylist in Dothan who cuts, colors & styles it the way I like it! My highlights are never brassy; she always texturizes my hair so it doesnt lay flat; and she listens to what Im saying about how I want my hair not like some who cut it the way they think I should wear it. She also gives suggestions on products for my hair that actually work! Im not gonna lie.... theyre expensive but Tiffany is worth every penny!!!

Amanda is awesome and does a great job coloring and cutting hair. If you wanna leave extremely happy and satisfied choose Amanda.

The customer service was AWFUL!! I bet 3 different employees walked around us as we walked all over the store looking for a specific product, none of them, NO ONE bothered to ask if they could help us, then once we FINALLY found what we wanted, the cashier was just as rude!! Will order online before going back in one of those stores!!

Tell her I said thank you and its reasons like her I will go back to Ulta instead of Sephora. I hope I like my Coola mineral spray sunscreen :-)

Love this store. One of the managers there, Kevin (I think), is very helpful.

I paid $205 for these so called highlights done by their master stylist. I can count about 8 tiny little pinstripes of blonde. I came in with brown roots and bleach blonde hair and I asked her to blend my roots with highlights. You can’t tell that anything was done, besides the damage and three inches she cut off. She also cut my hair wet. I have fine, thin hair that is supposed to be cut dry. Never ever again will I use an ulta salon. My usual stylist charges only half of that and gets the job done right without damage. Don’t trust your hair with an ulta stylist. Overpriced and underskilled.

I love the selection of fragrances but the prices are very high!

Rhonda Cork is my favorite stylist here. She is always helpful in picking out the best option for myhair.

Buying gifts for our nieces graduation, for the amount of product in the tube or container the prices are way to high. Love going there but its not that often unless I made great on tips from work.

Ive had my hair done 3 times at this location. Once by a girl whos name I cant remember, but I do recall she was very nice and did a good job on my hair. The other 2 times were by Ronda. She is my Go To Girl. She has years of knowledge and experience. And, because she wears her hair short, she wasnt intimidated when I told her to cut my shoulder length hair into a Pixie Bob. Yeah, apparently, thats a thing now. At least it is according to Dominque Sachse, whos youtube video inspired me to whack my hair off in the first place. Not the first time Ive had short hair either. Even though we didnt have very good pics to go by, Ronda nailed it. She got the cut and color just the way I wanted it. Figures, I finally find a great stylist I can trust, then I have to move away. However, I can go to another Ulta for cuts/color and Ronda said all they have to do is call her and shell tell them all the info they need. I highly recommend this Ulta and most definitely Ronda. Other employees have always been friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

I love coming here the ladies that work here are so nice and so willing to help me find just what I need ...The young lady at the Counter was so sweet while checking me out and even give me a simple along with helping me pull up my coupon on my phone . I have visited many Ultas and this one has to be my favorite! Not only is the salon wonderful, but the employees and managers are always kind! Shopping never feels like a hassle and the workers arent* pushy with their products, and always happy to help!

Charged me twice for the same 45 dollar palette and since I didn’t check the price on anything, I didn’t think nothing of it upon getting home to see what all I got and inspected the receipt. It was all thrown in a plastic grocery bag. Rachet. Usually for spending so much, I get a small gift or atleast a nice bag to carry it in so it doesn’t get damaged. It’s really inconvenient that I live 2 hours away and have to drive all the way back when I don’t ever want to go back again. And the lady basically called me a liar on the phone! Get it together! Also, it’s unprofessional to talk smack about a customer in front of another customer. Worst Ulta I have ever been too. I could go into more detail but really this is not a place you want to waste your time with!

I have called went into the store a few times and every single time the eyebrow bar has been closed. Today after leaving the Olive Garden parking lot I call to see if they had any openings for an eyebrow wax. I stayed on hold for 10 mins. I actually walked into the store and asked to speak to the manager... apparently they have many. I asked for the store manager and got Mary. I showed Mary my phone and told her I had been waiting for 10 mins to see if they have any eyebrow appointments. Youd think they would have apologized and answered my question. Mary just defended her employee and said Well Im not sure what to tell you. Shes on the phone. There was absolute zero attempt to assist me.If youre looking to a great makenupnstore, I recommend Sephors. They dont have the salon services, but there are plenty of other salons in town.
