This is a complaint for the labs they use not the actual store itself... I sent my ring off a month ago to be resized and have my bands put together, it came back a week ago and there was a crack in my band so she sent it back off to another lab. Comes back in today and the ring looks like the lab didn’t even touch it still has the crack in it and all so she’s sending it back off again... these labs they use don’t do inspections before they send the jewelry back and they do poor jobs. We don’t spend thousands of dollars for our stuff to be treated like this.. The employees at the store in the mall are very helpful and understand my frustration and are just as mad as I am.

Went in there tonight and nobody even said hello or even tried to help us. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I was going to pay cash for the jewelry but since they were too busy talking and not trying to even help I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They love to sell the warranty but get an attitude when you need to use it.

Melissa Roberts did an excellent job on cleaning my wedding rings. She was awesome! She treated me with respect and took the time to clean my rings as if it were her own. I want it to be known that she did a fantastic job with my rings. To see the shine in my rings made me proud all over again. Thank you Melissa and God bless you!

Refused service due to me not wearing a mask which I cannot medically wear one ...Ill spend my money elsewhere in the future.

I loved the service they gave me, they were very knowledgeable about the type of jewelry that I wanted. They suggested many types of pieces of jewelry that would be great for my lady. The sales Rep. Princess helped me with every little detail that I was looking for, she really knows what a Princess wants for she is princess herself just like her name. Thanks for all the help Princess.

Terrible customer service!!! My fiancé and I went to Kay’s in Wiregrass Commons over the weekend to try on wedding bands to go with my ring. They were pretty busy, busier than they normally are when I’m at the mall, so we decided to go visit another store since we knew we wouldn’t be helped for a while. We came back about 30 minutes later and there were 2 customers in the store. We sat down and waited for them to be helped first. We sat in the store for an HOUR and not ONE employee acknowledged us, told us they would be right with us, apologized, nor thanked us for waiting. We kept being walked by like we were dust on the ground. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Do better!!! I seriously could not believe the experience we had.

Kay Jewelers treats us like Royals. Sophia and the staff at Pearland Town Center are fabulous! We highly recommend Kays.

If I could give this place a negative 10 thats what I would do. We have had such awful experiences with this place!!! I have 2 rings from them. One that was sent off 3 times. And a brand new one that I havent even had a year sent off 5 different times!! Cracked stones, loose stones, bad brackets. Its really awful quality and awful customer service. We have been lied to over and over. Nothing has been done. My ring was supposed to be replaced this 5th time its been gone and they never sent it off or ordered the replacement and Ive been waiting since May!!!! Here it is August!!! I call to see if it was in because it was supposed to be here July 26th. They said yes. I go in to get it and its my original, BROKEN ring!!!!!!! We will NEVER use Kays again!!!!!!! The assistant manager Tara should be fired!!! She is AWFUL with customers and a liar!!! She was the one supposedly handling this!!!!!!

I had such a great seamless experience . They listened to my likes and dislikes and provided me with the perfect ring ! The sales lady Kailah was amazing, she took her time and gave me plenty of options to choose from . She even took the time to learn how me and my now fiance met . My husband, 2 kids and I went in last Friday to look for new bands for our vow renewal next month. We had the pleasure of Kailah, Svetlana and Kassie helping us pick our new rings. I tired on MANY and went back and forth...I was THAT customer and they were nothing but patient and didnt try to push a sale. They wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My girls started to get a bit restless after a couple HOURS and they got them something to keep them busy so my husband and I could shop. Thank you ladies for your kindess and we will be back!

The worst customer service for a jewelry store I have ver seen, I had to send in my ring due to I believe a flaw for replacement. I called on multiple occasions to find out about my ring and have yet to find out any information, very rude staff. This isnt the first time I have recieved a rude staff memeber either, I called to find out about a matching band and was given very rude customer service. I believe this will be the end of me buying from Kay.

Two people working, both with customers, stood there for over 20 minutes. Neither even acknowledge that we were standing there. No be right with you, no nothing. Rude rude rude. Wont have my business ever again.
