Poor Customer Service. I walked in the store and stood their for 15min without a welcome or can I help you. They two ladies in today will definitely run business away with the customer service aspect. When I walked in Kays everyone was with a customer yet I was welcomed and asked to be patient, and they would be right with me.

Shannon is absolutely amazing never have a problem when I go in. Shes very informative, works with pricing and is always very helpful. I have sent items out for repair or sizing and shes very prompt to call as soon as they come in.

Zales in Dothan Alabama at Wiregrass Commons Mall has great customer service and wonderful sales! The beauty that I now wear on my wedding finger is absolutely gorgeous and I couldnt be more proud!

I’m giving this Kmart of the jewelry world 2 stars not for service, not for their products, but because I went and purchased a gift for my wife here and these goobers did everything but call my wife and tell her what I bought. Not only did they send a survey of my recent purchase to HER email instead of mine, but they also mailed a pamphlet highlighting the “perks of the piece” and exactly what the jewelry was to my home addressed to MY WIFE. Seriously? Why not just send her roses with a card saying “We’re here to ruin your Christmas surprise?” I specifically covered all of MY information with the salesperson and had him read it back to me. I will be returning the item and go purchase from another company that won’t throw my wife a heads up on what she’s getting for Christmas

The associates at this store are very pleasant and helpful. I had a great experience and it was very stress free. I found unbelievable deals and ended up leaving with much more than I went in looking for. It was an all around great experience.

Horrible sales associates! My husband bought a brand new necklace from this Zales for Valentines day and the necklace was missing 5 small diamonds. They should be embarrassed selling damaged jewelry at full cost and without informing the customer. If my untrained eye can immediately notice the missing stones a salesperson definitely should have seen that and not ripped my husband off. Will never shop here again. Do not recommend this store.

Long story short, i purchased my wedding band here. I paid extra for the insurance simply because the lady who sold me the ring said it covered a one time replacement do to lost or stolen. Awesome right? Not so much. I lost the ring. I went to get a replacement and what do i find out, they dont cover lost or stolen. This is why people dont trust salespeople. Needless to say I will purchase another ring just not from Zales.

If there was an option for no stars, that would be the one I picked. I got married in 2014, and my husband and I went and picked out my wedding band together. The engagement ring is white gold, and I planned on getting my engagement and wedding band sauntered together, so everywhere we went, I stressed the importance of the wedding and being white gold. When I went in, the sales lady pointed out the exact ring I wanted. I then asked again, is it white gold? She assured me it was, so we purchased. A few weeks later, i get married and go to have my rings sautered together, only to find out that I was sold a sterling silver wedding band. I went in the store and nothing was done. I called and spoke to the highest supervisor I could get to. Nothing was ever done to correct the situation because their salesperson was tenured and wouldnt have made the mistake. Do NOT purchase from this store! Obviously the sales people are not very intuitive on their products, and when they mess up, they get called tenured and nothing is done.

Rings were sent to be resized. Was told they would be ready in two weeks but it was a month before I got them back. Unacceptably slow.

Ive had pretty good experiences at this zales until recently. They completely screwed up my ring and then didnt get it done on a rush as requested when sent back in and when i follow up about it the manager doesnt care at all that im wanting to know the hold up and refuses to go out of her way to do her job and make a phone call because its just to hard since she didnt take the original order. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. God forbid people care about their customers or have pride in their job and put forth a little extra effort these days.

Bogus “lifetime warranty”. Insurance isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Horrible customer service. Corporate customer service is even worse.
