Ive never had any reason to buy paint before. The decision to paint was a last minute one, so we went to the store. Gage was tremendously helpful in assisting with all of our needs, from paint selection, to making sure that we were equipped with all of the tools needed for our specific job. I would send anyone that I know his way for assistance in the event they needed any paint services. It truly was a pleasant experience, and I will be returning in the future.

Sherwin Williams has one of the highest quality products available.That being said;There is an unscrupulous individual in the Dothan vicinity posing as a professional painter driving a white GMC pickup with magnetic Sherwin Williams signs on it.He hands out Sherwin Williams business cards with the name of Jimmie L Lyles on them. He damaged my home & garage with bleach & did a shoddy job of painting. The peeling & running paint as well as damage is depicted in the attached photos.

Sherwin Williams has always been known for quality paints. Theres no surprise there. What really sets them apart from others is the level of service that the stores provide. I was able to listen to the store employee explain a few things to an elderly couple who were in the store at the same time I was, and it was great to see the level of service that he provided them. Really outstanding!

This store knows all about customer service . Gage was extremely knowledgeable about all the paints and stains I would need. Tracy gave excellent advice about stains and how they work. Went here for not a normal reason. My mother was in the hospital near by with cancer and covid and not expected to make it and in order for me to be able to sit with my mother during her final hours I needed a respirator and they were the only ones in the area that had any and yes it was originally a very expensive respirator but when they heard why I needed it they put on every discount they could on it to help me out in are time of need and I am so thankful for this since it was such short notice for me.and I was running low on cash do to that and they were able to help get what I needed to be able to be by my mothers side during her last few hours on earth. Thank you so much for what yall did I will never forget it. It meant the world to me to be able to be there for her and if it would not have been for the helpful people at the Dothan store it would have not been possible. So once again thank you.
