I shop there alot and I am always finding something new. They are very helpful. If they dont have what you want they help you locate a store that does have it. Or they will help you find another way to get you project done.

The is Stores very clean and nice, But they no longer sell any kind of craft items for Halloween which is absolutely ridiculous wont be shopping there.

Such a huge selection of items!!!! I love the sales that they always have available. I only wish that some things were easier to find when youre on the hunt for that specific item. Sometimes items are just a bit spread out into the different zones.

Seems like they order in 4s. They have 4 of lots of things. But we need 5.lol... sucks to be us. But the store is fine. Always has most of what we need.

Theyre the best price around for framing pictures. The man helping me with my frame was awesome!! Very knowledgeable very helpful and deserved a raise bc he went above and beyond his job description helping me. As I checked out,There were 3 employees right past my register having a mini meeting. I was cracking them up. We made each others day! I love Douglasville Hobby Lobby and the people who work there.

What is on the internet on sale dont match store

Employee charged me regular price for sale item after standing in the incredible long line. I caught it as I was leaving and went right back inside. Took the receipt and the item back to the employee. The employee said they can fix the error. the manager walked up and told me to go to the back of the line. I explained the issue and she still told me to go to the back of the line. the line was extremely long. we asked since the employee messed it up and had no customers at the time if we could just go to her. The manager again said NO Go to the back of the line. Im NEVER going to this location again

Always find everything I am looking for and more. Great selection for any variety of craft that you could possibly imagine. A little higher priced than Micheals on some items, but they do have great sales and printable coupons online.

They had a sale and then some sales. 🥰 I usually find exactly what I want however this time I even found extra goodies. 🥳

This Hobby Lobby has excellent customer service. An associate took out 15 minutes of his time to help me find one item. The prices are very competitive. This is an excellent retail store.

The store was neat and clean and well stocked. They only had one register open and a employee standing near the only one open bothering her and kept calling for backup cashiers but put forth no effort to serve the customers.

I was seeking to decorate my bad kitchen chairs and found exactly what I was looking for. The representative responded with where I could find what I wanted. Also, there was no lines. Prices is not competitive.

Went looking for latch hook kits. Small selection, but the items were good. Had a good trip except the cashier was very impolite.

Hobby lobby is always a delightful place to visit. We were there this time in order to purchase science project items for my daughter. This was our first time at this location so we werent very familiar with where things were but the staff were extremely helpful and made sure to walk is to the right areas. I have had a few customers lead the way to certain items. That made me smile to know that in Hobby lobby were all helpful towards one another!

Above and beyond Service! Kevin went the extra mile assisting in getting a pre made frame for us. There were some issues with two frames and Kevin made a perfect combination of the two to make one and saved us a return trip. Nice to find real people who truly care about customer service! Thank You!

I spent 3 hours looking around at all the cool things. I found the perfect item for one of my projects. They have some really cool stuff. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ive loved Hobby Lobby since it opened its doors. However, I love them even more after my Saturday night visit. If ever youre caught out under a tornado warning, that is the store to be in. First, they made sure shoppers were safe. When things got worse, they put us in their break room with other employees. My daughter was home alone and my phone died. A shopper and an employee allowed me to use their phones. The employees made jokes, made the shoppers feel at ease and tried to make everyone as comfortable as possible. When the threat was over, I continued my shopping.

Very helpful staff, the selection/variety is definitely A+. The go to store for all crafts and minor decor!

Was very disappointed when arriving in this Hobby Lobby. When entering the store you see multiple signs on the doors requiring masks to be worn upon entry. As soon as I walked in I noticed multiple customers not wearing masks in aisles and talking openly with others while touching objects. They were not stopped or asked to wear a mask at all. When shopping, those same people not wearing a mask looked at my sister and I as if we were foreign objects or as if they wanted to start confrontation with us. I immediately left the store after realizing the hostility I was receiving and unsafe environment I was in because we ourselves wanted to be safe and keep our family safe by wearing a mask in the store. :(

Who doesnt love Hobby Lobby. Great prices and a large selection of crafting supplies and decor.

This store almost always has what we need, but they never have enough workers. The lines will be super long and there will be just one cashier working while another worker or manager is standing around. They never have anyone able to assist in the cloth area to cut...I had to call the store twice while standing back there and they kept saying they were sending someone.

Normally I love shopping here but, when you go in and no one is staying 6 feet apart, and the cashier singles you out telling to get back 6 feet, but not the 5 people ahead of you or the 7 or 8 behind you. Sorry but that is just not right.

Love shopping this store. Just bought a menu planner but will continually buy there especially for my new house.

What they need to do at Hobby Lobby, a store I try never to go into since they decided to be political, is hire more personnel. And if they are going to allowed their customers to come in strapped with guns, that is fine with me. BUT AT LEAST LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW WITH A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT PERMITS AND WELCOMES OPEN AND CARRY. I DONT NEED TO SEE SOME BIG *** MAN CARRY A WEAPON LIKE HE OWN THE PLACE AND DEAR YOU TO LOOK HIS WAY!

Every Hobby Lobby I have been to has been great and the service is great here, it has allot of items to pick from and everything is easy to navigate. I would recommend this store for any creative mind. Im also very exited every Sunday for the 30% off deal with clay, and the coupon on their website, 5 Stars.

Customer service is impeccable at the Douglasville location!!! Everytime Im there I am asked if I needed help. I know that is what the associates are supposed to do, however at most places it is very rare!

The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone I asked a question knew exactly wher to direct me. The staff worked together so if one person was busy the other would step in. This made me feel that I was not a bother but a priority as a customer. The only reason they get 4 stars is because every thing has room for improvement.

Love the 50% off sales but theyre confusing at times. Ex: my daughter was going to buy one of the pictures thats made kinda like a box...you can hang them or sit on table top...it was on a shelf that had a 50% sign and said Tabletop decor but when we got to the check out they said the picture (which had a quote on it and wasnt actually a picture of anything) was not included in the sale!
