This was my second positive experience with Roger. He was prompt, did the work quickly and with quality. He explained what he did and why. He also answered my questions and provided great advice. I would definitely hire Roger again.

I have called and spoke to a real person 4 times, have been promised a quote, and have yet to receive it. He was supposed to come out twice to measure, still hasnt done it and has yet to get back to me. I have been more than patient for 3 weeks. I dont understand all the great reviews.

We recently had problems with one of our old automatic garage doors; it somehow got off track, was all askew and we were unable to shut it. We had been dissatisfied with the previous automatic garage door repair company we used so did some web research and Duplouy Enterprises, Dover, NH came up the strong winner based on reviews on Google, Angie’s List and Home Advisor, so we called Duplouy. Roger came by, played with the door a bit and said it only needed lubrication and then it worked like a charm. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter the door started acting up again (our doors are pretty old) and we were unable to shut it. I called Roger and he said he’d come by that evening to take a look and at least shut it for us so the garage would be secure. It was too late in the day to fix it, so basically, he came to assess the problem and shut the door for us. We really appreciated that. This time, one of the cables was totally twisted and he returned the next day to replace the cable. We were impressed with Roger and felt he was extremely knowledgeable—no comparison to the two doofuses we used previously from another local automatic garage door company. Repair costs were very reasonable too. We highly recommend this company.

Roger was great. Got the panel to our garage door quickly and came out and got it done with a fair price.

4 phone calls in to Roger for service after the sale. Door opener and key pad were installed last fall. The key pad is faulty and this company refuses to return calls for service and once made a date for replacement and he never showed. This business is a huge disappointment and would not recommend. Roger is full of broken promises and rotten service.

Roger did an awesome job replacing our two low clearance garage doors, much cleaner and nicer than the doors the builder put in 23 years ago. His prices are reasonable and his work is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. Called up needing a replacement spring. Guy came out the next day and replaced the spring. Knowledgeable, quick repair and fair prices. Would recommend this business.

I had new tenants starting in three days, and the old garage door broke. Everyone else told me three weeks, but Roger was able to come out, give an estimate and install a new door within the three days. We had a spring snap on our garage door Sunday night. I called Duplouy first thing Monday morning and Roger was here by 10am and had us back up and running in 45 min. Fast, courteous, professional, what more could you ask for. Highly recommended!!!

After damaging my garage door doing something really dumb, I called around to seven different companies to get estimates, Duplouy Enterprises was the only one to call me back that day. Five places never even returned my call. He showed up that evening and gave me a reasonable estimate and was honest about the time frame to get the job done. Very happy with his work. The Service at Duplouy Enterprises is superior. I had a broken spring in my garagr door. Roger came out the same day after completing a project many miles away. He had my door repaired in an hour and the price was very reasonable. This is a five star company and i would highly recommend Deplouy to anyone.

I called Duplouy Enterprises because of the good reviews. They came out the same day I called. The person (I wish I could remember his name) who came was very good. I have two garage doors and only one needed repair, the cable came off and after I put the cable back on the door would not open more than about 12 to 18 inches. I was thinking it was an rpm sensor but he said no, it would move even less. He thought it was a memory problem and fixed that problem in a couple of minutes. I still want to replace all the hardware on that door since the cable was frayed. He noticed that I had the wrong springs on 90 pounds and I had a 134 lbs. garage doors, which he could tell by the feel, yet weighed the door on a scale to confirm. I was thinking I should replace the hardware on the other door and he said it was not necessary but noticed that one pulley was shot and replaced that. He lubricated all the pullies and joints on the door and now both doors open and close very smoothly and quietly. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and would gladly call them again for any garage door work. I usually dont writer reviews but I was so happy with the service and the customer service I decided to take the time so that I may help others like the previous reviews helped me.

I rarely do reviews but wanted to give one in this case. I called Roger about an issue with my garage door and he provided a suggestion over the phone and came by that day to take a look. It was a simple fix that my husband could do and the problem is solved. (No charge.) He is working on my mom’s garage door soon. That will require his skills! Roger is responsive, kind and honest.

Roger from Duplouy made a commitment to come fix my garage torsion spring the same day that I called. He informed me that it might be late in the day. He called me mid-day and let me know it would be late evening. He called at 7:30 pm, arrived at 8:00 pm, and replaced the spring. He made a custom spring in his truck using the size and weight of the door. When he left my home at 9:00 pm, my garage door was fixed and complete. Quality work for a fair price! I strongly recommend this company (Duplouy) over the big name garage door company.

Excellent service! After failing to get another garage door company to even call me back I got an immediate response from Duplouy! The most impressive part was that my install was scheduled for the week after the Bomb cyclone storm hit the area. I expected to have my install day pushed back because of weather, but they showed up on my install day and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Amazing service and price! The garage door would not clear sheetrock being installed on the ceiling. We called Roger in a panic and he was here in 30 minutes. He squeezed us in first thing the next morning. Now the door clears the new sheetrock and is so much easier to open and close. A+ Customer service and an extremely hard-worker. We called Duplouy Enterprises on a Saturday in October, left a voicemail, Roger called us back that day only 20-minutes after my initial vmail. We booked an assessment appointment with him on the phone for that next day! That’s right on a Sunday, he drive out to us, met in our driveway, and we did a full walk through of garage and his product line, and his recommendations. He accommodated our working schedules and work commutes... we met with him for about :30-40 mins that Sunday we matched calendars once again and planned our install day. Our brand new garage doors were installed on October 29th. It all worked out fantastic — Roger was honest, trustworthy, and was easy to get along with. He literally goes the extra mile and works his tail off to make sure his customers know exactly what they are getting and that the work gets done as promised. On install day, 10/29 Roger took down the old doors, installed the brand new doors, mounted the automatic openers, activated them, walked me through few pointers, and then had everything cleaned up and packed up. A lifting cable (right side) broke. I called for repair and Mr. Duplouy arrived within 15 min, replaced the lifting cables on both sides, lubricated everything and had me up and running in 1/2 an hour for $65 bucks.I defy anyone to beat that for price and service!
