This store gives you old fashioned friendly service from the 2 senior men that work there. I visited the store looking for a brake light bulb for my Lexus and not only did the man behind the counter come out to the car to remove the bad bulb but he installed the new one for me ! This will be the only place I go anymore for my auto parts needs. Thank you Advance Auto Parts for hiring 2 older gentleman who know what old fashioned Customer Service is !

I went into The Downers Grove store on valentines day 2021. the manager and staff were more than helpful. I was there a few times due to my own ignorance regarding wiper blades. The store manager and an associate both took time out to help me outside in sub zero wind chills. They knew what bolt to turn with what tool. Supplied the tool and guidance to get the job done immediately. They were terrific and got me back on the road quickly.. I use to go to Reillys and Autozone. The service at this store will have me back next time I need anything for my four cars. Thank you Advance Auto Parts DG!!!!! Appreciate the efforts!!

Super expensive store. 5Q oil $41. At home Depot some oil 5Q $23. I went there for 3 ELD bulbs and 1Q oil . Total was $50+. I left the store. Those are the prices of the oil at Home Depot on the picture.

It was just ok. I tried to use a coupon and girl said its only online. They were really unaccomodating. They wouldnt honor price I saw for battery online. Didnt offer to help me much. Not a fan of place. Wont go there again. Will use AutoZone. You would think in pandemic they could use business. Oh well.

Interesting experience at this auto supply store. I purchased replacement light bulbs for my car and asked the young man if he would install them for me and he said he would. When he went out to my car to install them another worker there told him he could not do that. He stated that they were not allowed to do that. I find that interesting because I had purchased in the recent past lightbulbs at another Advanced Auto Parts store in Naperville. and the young man there very happily put the light bulb in for me without any problems at all . I find it very interesting that 1 store is able to offer a service to a customer and another is not. I will not return to this auto supply store in the future.

Rude, disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional staff. They greeted us as we walked in on Jan 5 by asking if we were hungover from NYE....? Would recommend the AutoZone in Naperville on North Aurora Rd for excellent service and professional staff and will never return to an Advance Auto Parts.

I walked into the store with the intent of spending money there, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Not only were the employees rude, but they werent helpful in the slightest. So much happier that I gave my money to the Autozone just down the road; Im never going to spend another cent there.
