I LOVE LOVE LOVE STARBUCKS!! This one was one of the best!! Keep up the fantastic work!!!They also gave me Starbucks Items to complete my family’s and I harvest costume.

I don’t think there is a Starbucks worse than this one. I used to go here literally every day. And got the same thing. My drink was never made the same way and I was always charged a different price for the same drink. The workers here need to be a little more friendly too. Your customers are the reason you are employed.

The employees are rude and condescending. I placed a mobile order with 3 items they only gave me 2 when I questioned about the third item the woman straight up argued with me rolled her eyes and finally made the item I was missing. Other times they’ve been out of items I’ve mobile ordered and had a hell of a time and with an attitude from employees to get the difference in price. I don’t understand what happened once this location moved but I miss all the old employees they were amazing! But now I quit going because I’m tired of battling with them every time I go. Starbucks bring back the old employees you had before you moved!

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks. I appreciate the baristas hard work especially during this difficult time. I constantly see what they have to go through with challenging customers when Im waiting for my drinks, and I just want them to know they are appreciated.

Worst Starbucks ever! I typically order on my app for pick up. When I enter, the staff is super unfriendly & always seem like they are just too busy to even acknowledge you. Zero eye contact. Always looks like they are overwhelmed & angry. Coffee brings joy...the staff there steals it with their horrible customer service. I will go out of my way & head over to Peet’s to get wonderful customer service & a better cup of coffee.

Prices are outrageous! If youre looking to spend anywhere from about $6 to $12 a coffee this is the place for you. A lot of their coffee selections are very good but the prices are just way too high. I feel Dunkin Donuts has better coffee and better prices than Starbucks. But if youre rich and you want a 2-inch tiny coffee for $8 this is the place for you.

I visited the Starbucks in downers grove and I ask for a caramel frapp w/soy milk double shot and the drink was unbearable to drink I’m very disappointed ☹️

Its sad that due to covid we cant seat inside but the fact that it was just me and my daughter who has down syndrome went in to get couple of drinks while waiting for my husband to come pick us up, they asked us to leave because we were waiting inside... I mean its cold outside regardless they could have some heart to let us wait for few mins... if restaurants are allowing seat inside the restaurant why cant Starbucks.

Spent $6 on a white mocha for them just to give me a plain black coffee. Then the lid was not closed all the way and I burned my hand and spilled coffee all over myself.

Mediocre coffee and mediocre baristas, on top of that they routinely arent open when the website says they should be, this morning being no exception. Thanks for convincing me to not spend money on coffee today

I recently got a new job near this Starbucks, so I frequent a few times a week.Everyone’s been really nice and my drink is always super yummy! [I’m a Frappuccino gal] lolThanks for making my favorite time of the day, the time I get my drink made perfectly after a long day at work!

Best Starbucks baristas. Always gets my order right. Especially during the winter time, if a person ordered something cinnamon before you, most likely youll have cinnamon taste on your order. I never get that in this location. Only one of the few great service they do here.

Slooooooooooooooooowest drive thru in America. Every time I go there, I expect at least a 15 min in the Drive thru. If I mobile order and go in, I usually only have to wait about 5 minutes. This morning, myself and another car, 11 minutes I waited in the Drive thru.

Everyone here is super friendly and amazing! With the exception of the manager, she is always nasty to people for some reason and always has a bad attitude.. good thing only have to deal with her one out of four times visiting.. maybe..

The old Starbucks moved to the other end of the strip mall, and now have this neat spot. The baristas are friendly, and service oriented. Its a nice place.

This is the best Starbucks. They always make the drink right and everyone is very nice and welcoming, even when it is busy. Pass a few other locations just to go to this one. Never disappoint!

Too much ice in the drink - who the hell pays for frozen water when you want tea? What’s so difficult about “easy ice”? I took out most of the ice & was left with half a cup. What a joke..are you people seriously this cheap? This is a corporation with lots of money yet they short-change you with a beverage that cost them a fraction of a cent.

Great staff.... miserable manager. Been coming here since they opened and this woman is completely unprofessional and does not engage the customers, and chooses to ignore even when they have asked for help ordering.

Very courteous staff, nice, well maintained location. Parking can be a pain here though. Youre better off parking further into the strip mall parking lot, rather than trying to access the small lot immediately outside the building.

They are good but they can be a lot better. They mess up my drinks all the time and for Mobile orders I’ve had to wait around while past ready now point. It just seems that they don’t have enough staff in the morning to handle the flow. And a few of the ones They do have are very slow. I will say when they do mess up a drink and you tell them they will get you a new one right away and let you have the one they messed up.

This is a particularly nice little Starbucks. Its just off Ogden, but its tucked away so that apparently no one knows its there.Every time Ive been in here its been only semi-busy. Not empty, but not packed, either. Its perfect for when you just want to snag a cup of coffee and work on your oral defense for an hour while the kids at dance class, or sit quietly and chat with a friend. Some of the Starbucks are way too loud, either from the patrons or the music. Neither is an issue here.

Fast service and the staff was very friendly

This is one of my least favorite locations. In the top 5 worst Starbucks. Every time I am there and it is a normal busy time, they don’t seem to have enough people working, which normally I would feel bad for them about but they aren’t doing anything to speed things up. Other times when they are not busy at all, it still takes them longer than usual to make my order. I order the same thing every day and know how long it takes my preferred location to make even though they are a higher volume location. No matter how busy they are the barista here makes one drink at a time. Not only that, they also do not know how to talk and move their hands at the same time. Every time they turn to, indiscreetly, talk about the other employees that work there, they stop making the drinks. Not only is it awkward to be overhearing this unprofessional conversation but it slows the already problematic pace of orders being completed. I’ve noticed this trend for a couple years and dread having to stop at this location. They also do not take names for orders or call customers by name when the cup says it from mobile. It has caused confusion multiple times when two or more people in line order the same thing and have to figure out amongst themselves who had ordered first.

Best coffee ever..iced caramel macchiato! Or hot peppermint mocha!....great on a hot day or a cold day! Great every day!

Yum as usual! Super experience here today. Barista dealt very effectively with a smoker on the store patio at my request. Lost a love one last year of a pulmonary disease and seeing a smoker brings me to tears.

Why does startbucks always open later than the time given? this is like the tenth Starbucks in the Downers Grove Area that I been to, and they never manage to fail on upsetting me. I work an early shift everyday; so everyday, I need my coffee 😡.

All Starbucks are the same in terms of beverages and food but what sets them apart is the baristas. This one has a great group of baristas that are friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. It is always a welcome treat to go to this location.

The barista was super nice, we had a conversation about working at starbuck since I have been a partner before. Super kind, quick service.
