Dispatcher was very knowledgeable about my options. As we were out of town, a service call needed to be later in the evening when we would be back. They were able to accommodate us. The technician was very professional and worked to complete are issue in no time at all. I do wish they would have been able to offer a coupon however there were none. Even a senior discount would have been nice.

It is funny how sometime all you need is to know what you are doing. I needed to repair our garage door which is a big heavy door. I know I need an expert for the repair. After reading some reviews I called 3 states garage doors. Hands down, the best company I dealt with in the home services. You cant go wrong with them.

All I can say is what a great experience all around this was. From the person who answered the phone, to Greg who came out to give me an estimate and Jack who did the install. I am picky and they did a first class job all the way around! I got my estimate on Friday and the door was installed on Monday! Unfortunately, our garage door spring broke on New Year. The company we normally use prior was closed. Read reviews about them and they were excellent.We called and they said they could come out on on 3rd January. Jack called to say he was available to move the appointment up to an earlier time which was great. When he arrived he did a quick walk-through and got straight to business. The door is fixed and functions better now.

Absolutely incredible service! I have never experienced such a high quality service and I cant recall a when I had a service technician show up when they said they would! They called to let me know they were en route and they were! on time, fast, courteous and professional!!!
