Bad customer and unprofessional . Will not return .

I dont recommend this place at all. I ordered t-shirts to get printed and I was sadly disappointed. The printing quality was poor as in the paint was coming off. I had approved the colors for the shirts but the guy running the place kept arguing with me that the charcoal brown color I had made on Adobe Illustrator was black even though I made the file with the standard CMYK 300ppi settings and signed off on the art proof that obviously wasnt black. Despite this, I asked if they could give me a discount because I was dissatisfied, they wouldnt even grant me that. Hugely disappointed. The owners are never there so you have to deal with this guy that has poor English and has to call up his boss for approval on every small task.Another customer also came with a complaint that a poster she ordered there that had an obvious white line across it. I shouldve known then that this place was no good. Would not recommend.
