Poor screen quality… First screen start having a dead led light across the screen up and down and started too come off from my iPhone a week after repair. Now with screen two, half my screens is brighter than the other half. Horrible quality on repair parts. Great service from the ladies tho

Mike is simply amazing. I was prepared to pay for replacement cover for my edge 7 but he was able to fix for 1/2 the price & 1/2 the time as expected. Highly recommended. Will never go anywhere else.

Awesome! Fixed my phone in minutes! My phone was completely cracked and pieces were missing! They give you 3 days of warranty and make sure everything is working before they return it to you. I recommend 👌🏼

They are very expensive, wanted to just get my camera lens changed out for a new one and they wanted to charge my $65, keep in mind this is a $2 to $5 item online. But its in a mall so I guess you gotta charge whatever pays the rent.

Worst repair shop that I have ever had to deal with. When I handed ICELL my phone my screen was broken but everything on my phone worked. When I was given back my phone they told me the home button was not functioning and I should go to Apple. This was after waiting 2 hours. My screen was not repaired nor was the button fixed after the tech broke it. Do NOT USE THEM..

They didn’t replace a screw they said they would, also bad customer service when I asked about it. I’d give zero stars if I could, seeing as they didn’t even bother solving my problem.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in Lakewood mall. The employee had a really bad attitude didn’t even say hi. He only spoke when I asked for the price on an item and that was it.

First smartphone ever - January 2014First smartphone cracked screen ever - Late Spring/Early Summer 2014After getting jumped by 5 guys in a bar, my Galaxy SIII had a cracked screen. Okay, so maybe I wasnt jumped by 5 guys in a bar. And, maybe my screen was cracked because I dropped my phone while getting out of my truck in the driveway. But, it makes for a provocative story, doesnt it? ;pAnyhoo, although my phones screen was cracked, it still worked perfectly fine. Thusly, I proudly used my phone for the rest of 2014 & a few months into this year. That is until I happened to drop it again shopping at my local Target. This is where my phone reached the point of no return & something had to be done.Not the type that cares about obtaining the latest tech, I wasnt looking into upgrading my phone, especially since my upgrade discount doesnt take effect till January 2016. My only option? Repair shop, baby! I inquired with a few places & remembered stopping by i-CELL during After Christmas shopping at the Lakewood Mall. They quoted me with the best price back then, so when I absolutely needed repair work done, i-CELL is where I took my business.The repair guy told me how much the repair would cost with an estimated time of 30 minutes. Coming back in 20 minutes, I found my phone to be almost ready. When I was handed the finished product, my phone looked brand spanking new. With a dark blue faceplate, instead of the OG white faceplate I had previously because thats the only color i-CELL had, the screen looked crisp, bright & clear. Speaking of screens, every Samsung phone gets a free screen protector with repairs. I left happy with the service received & I now take better care of my phone & its shiny new screen. 30 day warranty, too!With the lowest prices on repairs & quick turnaround, i-CELL is my go-to place for when I need repairs on my smartphone. I found my entire experience dealing with them quick & easy, and I enjoy having a crackfree phone now. That is, until I turn into Clumsy Smurf again & drop it again ;pHighly recommend!

Negative negative. If you have an iPhone never get your cracked screen repaired here. Apple only charges $40 more than these jokers do and you get an authentic apple screen instead of this BS they give you.I came in for repairs. I paid $105 for the screen replacement. When I left after picking my phone up. I compared it to my sisters iPhone. And it was TOTALLY different. The screen they give you is so dim. I had the iPhone 6 at the time. There was a gap between my home button and the screen. I could wiggle it. You should not be able to do that with your iPhone.I kept it. I knew once the screen was on they couldn’t and would not do anything. And that my old screen was trashed.Their warranty is only for the screen if it malfunction. Warranty is for 30 days. Get this, on my 32nd day I was listening to music and on Facebook. I had a good charge of 40%. Then all of a sudden my phone starts getting extremely hot and the screen turns black. I could still hear the music playing. It stopped after a min. The screen is connected to your battery (obviously) So my phone eventually got burned out by their off market BS ass screen they gave me. I have had iPhones since they’ve came out. I’ve kept an iPhone for over 3 years. Never had one iPhone burn out on my. But that’s what happens when you put an off the market item on your phone. Worth adding as well, once you allow another business such as icell to do repairs on your Apple devices Apple will never touch your phone again for anything. Repairs, troubleshooting, NOTHING!I called them and they told me it’s nothing they can do. Warranty is over. I find that funny it burned out 2 days after it expired. Never in my life will I allow anyone other than Apple to touch my devices, ESPECIALLY I CELL!!!!!!!!!!Terrible place to do business with!!!!!!!!!!!
