The T-mobile person that helped me out was very helpful took his time explaining what I had to do to set up my Netflix account

Waited 3 hours ( no exaggeration) for them to just connect two phones lines. Luckily for the woman who helped us, I lost the receipt which had her name but seemed like she was new and couldnt figure it out so instead of asking for help she made so many mistakes resulting in waiting longer, there was no manager to take control of the mess and confusion they made and there was another employee who was more experienced but yet wouldnt come see whats going on with this new person who was obviously having trouble but wouldnt ask for help. Never coming here again. I understand being new at a job but making customers wait three hours shouldnt happen.

Went to make payment on their payment machine and was told the store doesnt have one. So I would have gladly paid at the register but found out it would take 4 hours for the payment to post to my account. Why is that sprint? If your not going to have your payment machines available in all of your locations then payments made at the register should also be automatically applied to account. Especially when paying in cash. This is ridiculous, Ive been to 2 stores and called 3 and finally found a location that has a working payment machine.

I have had almost 10 years and every store experience to this point has been excellent. Today however was very bad customer service experience at a store. We had come in the store to upgrade two lines. There was some phone swaps on the lines and the rep informed us that our lines were showing they were pending device turn in. The rep claims she was unable to do anything in store and that I needed to call customer service. This is after asking the manager who didn’t even bother coming out of the back room. We called customer service who stated there was no pending turn ins and was able to help with the phone swaps in less than 10 minutes. The most upsetting is that the in store rep didn’t offer to call customer service from the store.

Sales people were very helpful.I went in to make a payment and ask questions...they treated me well and answereed EVERY question I had without pushing me into buying something. ☺

Something wrong with the lady working there, bad sales person and customer service, the other rep, dishonestly made me purchase $200 in accessories to get a prepaid card 6 months ago and never got it, I would encourage other customers to file a complaint in the California Cunsumers Affairs

Mark down cell phones as available online that they don’t actually have in store and then blame the internet department. Call and verify first.

I love this Spirint location. O pass up a couple fromCompton to get here. Excellent Customer Service. When you walk in touch are greeted with smiles and amazing greetings from staff. All my spirint needs will come from the Downey location .

The employees there didnt care about anything they didnt have no customer for the time of my visit no one showed up, and they still didnt care about me or my business i felt my business with them was not appreciated, so i didnt buy nothing from them
