Jocelin is great! You can tell she likes helping people about hair. She knows her stuff guys. She recommended a great toner and explained what each box code meant . She also informed me on the measurements and recommended an awesome deep conditioner. I like this Sally better than the one in PR. They have more color options. They are organized and it smells great. Keep the good work ladies.

Went to get gel polish today n the rep that helped me was super nice n sweet I can’t remember his name. I wish I did because he was really really nice n friendly. He recommended a great brand n told me about a few that he has tried n where not too good. At check out both reps where super nice n friendly n made my visit very pleasant. Definitely going back to this store. Found my new go to sally store!!

I purchased an order for pick up and they canceled my order shortly after. I went to purchase the items inside the store and was later shipped 1 item from the initial order. They charged me for the product and 5.95 for shipping. Why would a pick up order be shipped? I don’t recommend anyone using their pick up option because they will end up shipping it to you several days later.

Closes at 7 but the man and woman at the register had the door locked at 6:15 pm . They were talking and laughed. Will be contacting cooperate. So unprofessional

They don’t even close at 7 they be closing at 6 pm. The girls even ignored me when i tried getting in.
