Ada from the Downey location was so nice and explain every step of the way to me and my fiance . We now have our wedding rings . She has a beautiful heart and soul and made it happen .I left calling her Tia .

I have been coming here for 5 years now and Ada hands down the best at what she does. She helped me with my wedding ring, my watches, the gifts I would by my mother, to the gifts I get my significant other. By far the best. If youre looking for something without feeling compromised to get anything ask for ADA.

I recently purchased a ring from Kay jewelers my sales person Mary was very helpful and friendly had a great experience.

Dont ever go there... Hardly any selection at all.. Overpriced.. Customer service is meh.. Make sure you know what you are getting as some of the jewelry has no weight to it thus having no real gold value.

We walked up for a ring cleaning. The only 2 associates were busy helping other customers, so we waited and browsed. One of the ladies approached us and said that someone would be right with us... We waited, they continued with their respective guests. A family walked in about 5 minutes after we were told that wed be helped soon. Eventually one of the workers finished with her customers and DID NOT help us next.... I dont want to make this a race thing.... But we were waiting and they knew it, but decided to help customers of a similar race and never acknowledged us for a second time. Ill find another Kay that wont appear as racist.

Went there with my mom to get her watch resized. it was simple and didnt take long.

The service here is absolutely horrid, if i could have given them a 0 i wouldve. The manager named Ada is thee worst Manager, I spoke to her regarding my ring that they polished amd cleaned and I paid to get both rings resized, when I got them back one was a different color from when I gave it to them. She disrespected me so much and actes as if I was at fault and wouldnt even get the ring fixed even though it was the companies fault. I will be writting a letter and speaking to corporate regarding this manner and the employee Candy who also works there. Kays jewelry is all together horrible, my stone came out 3days after purchase.

The customer service here at this store is horrible. The assistant manager asked me if I needed help from where she was sitting behind a tall counter, didnt even both getting up. One lady even asked if she could try my wedding ring on. How awkward is that? They sold my fiancé a size 7 ring and resized it to a 5, which they are not suppose to do because it compromises the foundation of the ring causing diamonds to fall out. Which happened after one day after my fiancé purposed. Just horrible. If you are looking for a good jewelry store In stone wood, Zales is the best!
