Awesome customer service. I ordered an online item. It arrived early, and it looked better than it did in the item photo. I will decrease my debt load so I can apply for ZALES card! Will definitely shop here again!
Very disappointed to find out not all zales honor they’re policy’s.I’ve gone to different states and worked with different zales my whole life and never had an issue with my warranty services until this location.Sales associate said SOLDERING of my bridal SET was not covered by the warranty BUT I’ve had the service done to other rings in many different other zales locations. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed to find out not all zales try they’re best to help a customer, and they’re warranties are a lie apparently.
Great costumer service, good practice, good variety
Not happy with their customer service, at this location. I ordered a wedding band/ring on February 15th and was told it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. Its week 5 and nobody has called to give me an update and when I called, the lady who answered first told me to call when they open (20 minutes later)... and when I called again she made me feel like I was bothering her. As if the delay was my fault/ my problem. I dont plan to shop there again.

Carol assisted with a curbside purchase. To find out my account was charged 7 TIMES for one transaction that equalled more than the cost of the pendant! To be told I would have to wait 7 business days to reverse those charges AND if I had any questions I could call corporate. Wait! WHAAT? Yes. I am very upset with the outcome. I dont need their excuses, I need a fix before 7 buss day. Im sorry is not going to fix their mess up!

Poor customer service. It took them 10 minutes just to greet me. When someone offered to help me, they showed me everything but what I wanted. She acted as if I could only afford the clearance section because thats all she showed me. When I pointed to which I wanted to see, she just smiled.
They have bad service its very slow they can not multi task or acknowledge their customers. They need more training on customer service. Keep in mind that if you purchase a protection plan for different jewelry you have to bring it for inspection twice a year so if you buy multiple jewelry you have to come for inspection many times a year which is a pain in the butt with terrible service.
The lady who attended me, Elma, kept making errors while filing an order for me. She was slow, and could barely udnerstand what I was saying to her in both Spanish and English. Dont let them pressure you into making an online purchase because they only care about comission—there is no quality customer service here! I had to contact customer service and found out they gave me misleading information. I should not be expected to fix their mistakes! Im not surprised they have terrible reviews.
I visited to purchase couple rings and all representatives were very helpful and kind. They asked me politely what type of ring I want and how to customize. I really loved the experience and Im sure this is one of the best stores.
Came to make a payment and was there before 2 guys showed up and only cause I said I was making a payment when the blonde lady approached me. I didn’t get attention till the blonde lady was done with the 2 guys that had came in after me that didn’t even purchase anything worst customer service. Will not be returning to this zales ever.

I try to pay my bill i gave her my statement n she said she couldnt find my information n that i couldnt pay i told her my account information n address is there i paid before but she didnt try n just say i couldnt pay last time i go over to that store zales
Horrilbe service, it took forever to resize a ring and make a payment. Extremely slow computers and the ladies were really slow exept the oldest lady with glasses(super kind and sweet) really tried to help us.
I buy all my jewlery here and I love it Carmen is the store Manager and shes awesome great customer service
This place is horrible.. and the corporate office is no help what so ever.. I will never shop at a Zales store EVER AGAIN... FYI.. the life time Dimond warranty is a joke its just a way for them to take more money from you..
