Janine, is always very helpful and nice. Ive been here a couple of years and the extra charges, if you dont pay on time, are way too high. However, they give you many chances to not lose your stuff, so thats always good, as long as you can afford the outrageous fees. The lockers on the second floor do not have a light and can get really hot in the summer. Ive never had a problem with infestations of any sort so that is a plus! the elevator and free carts always come in handy and theyre great to use. The trash can is not readily available to use, which can be an inconvenience but hey! good o Janine can help you with that. All in all, not the worst place to store your valuables. I think I would give it five stars if the hours of operation were more flexible.

The only reason Im giving 5 stars is because Ive been renting there for a long time & Joanne is the best! I would have rated it 3 stars because you cant throw trash away there and thats very annoying. I know their reasons for doing that but its a little extreme to not allow us to throw trash away. $300 a month and I cant throw garbage in their dumpsters is ridiculous! Other then that this place is secure & I feel safe with my things being there.

I have had a storage unit at Nova for 15 years now. I am very happy with the staff and the security. Very clean and during covid they were very gracious regarding prices and late fees.

Ricardo was very helpful!!! He gave me 5 star service walked us through the units to make our best selection he even went as far as showing us how to use the elevators he was awsome there should be more people that are as good at there job as he is.

Update:12/27/2020I went in to go into my unit. I forgot my unit number. The code is 8 numbers I messed up on my first two. I went in after 2 wrong attempts when someone exited. (I realized I probably shouldnt of done that) I got to my unit when Ricardo approached in a rude and startling way. Demanded I go with him to reenter my code and on the way he tried to give me a lecture and try to explain about the alarms or something like that.I get that it was for security but the approach and the attitude I do not appreciate. He could of said it differently when he approached me. Then he3rd time renting a storage unit with these folks. this location is amazing. Joanne is an amazing employee and is always kind and nice to every customer. I am glad to be a repeat customer.Clean and affordable units

If I can place this rating as a “No” star I would, WORST customer service EVER for anyone!The only guy who works Ricardo is seriously the worst customer service representative ever! He was arrogant, unprofessional, rude and Insulting not only to me but to others. Fist he always opens up late. Location is supposed to be open at 10am but when he is on the clock he is opening up till noon. He also clearly doesn’t know who to talk to people without the use of Vulgar language. I have no idea how he still has this job! And this will not be the last thing I do as a complain towards him.

Walked in inquiring about prices and walked out with a storage unit! .. Ricardo was a great helper of the day which was very informative and showed us two spaces a five-by-five and a 5- by-15 which both were great clean and safe looking. He also mentioned all in and outs upfront.
