I went to pay my bill and some lady refuse to open the door .she act like i was going to rob the place .she unlock the door put her face out and said how can i help u .she was realy rude .i felt dissrespected .she said because of cov 19 ..

We have been renting about 12 years fantastic staff very clean .. Hopefully in the future they could save just little bit for long times storage Consumers .if possible thank you.

After 15+ years of paying on time, every month (including rent increases that happen more frequently than you would expect), one of our checks must have got lost in the mail or in their office. We have automatic payments sent every month from our bank, and I have proof from my bank of the payment on time. Now they refuse to waive the $10 late fee, saying the computer automatically charges it so it cannot be waived. Thats BS. If you dont know how to work the computer (what, are you 90?), you shouldnt be in business. And, the place is not kept as clean as it used to be under old management. Im only giving 2 stars because the place is secure. But buyer beware.
