Mark from the busted toy garage is the man and knows his stuff when it comes to off road machines. I brought my raptor 660 for a ton of work. not only were the parts and quality of work that of a dealership but dealing with Mark was a pleasure. he made sure my quad got the love it needed and didn’t try to up sell me at all. I recommend anyone with issues to give him a call the work is top notch and his prices won’t brake the bank!
Once again, Mark went above and beyond with my rig (‘08 Honda 420cc Rancher). Even with 3,500 miles, it runs just like a sewing machine and I wonder what people will say when they see an ATV roll up that should have passed away long ago. Glad he’s patient and passionate to deal with my idiosyncrasies ;)Larry Mikulski
Mark knows his stuff. My quad had been touched up somewhere else and he managed to get me riding again even with the poor work they did. Good work done and well priced. I will definitely bring all my work here from now on.
Just want to mark at the busted toy grave for all his hard work and honesty this guys know his stuff couldn’t get my yfz to run right and with some new parts and upgrades things running beautiful again any one needs there machines fixed this is the place to bring it thanks again mark. Should be 10 ⭐️
I had main bearing problems on my Skidoo. Mark diagnosed quickly, and kept me informed throughout the process even though I live more then 2 hours away. I knew Mark was for real when he had my crank sent out to Utah to have it serviced because he knew that they knew what they were doing. Engine rebuilt at a very reasonable price and it ran excellent this weekend. I appreciated the service, the quality work and the price. Would highly recommend him.
I moved to MA last year from down south and needed an affordable ATV mechanic. After some online research I came across Mark at busted toy garage. I have utilized Marks services several times now for my ATV and every time it is carried out with the utmost professional and specialty knowledge. I trust Mark with all my toys and anymore toys I can acquire.
Mark at The Busted Toy Garage was very Knowledgeable when it came to the repairs i needed. Mark also gave me plenty of options and was great with communication and explaining the repairs and parts i was going to need, he also kept me updated as he worked on my sled. Mark is very professional and very efficient. all and all the Busted Toy Garage is a great place to get work done on your toys the turn around time was amazing compared to other dealerships/service areas I have dealt with in the past. I have referred friends that have also came back with nothing but good things to say. I will continue to bring my business to this local shop.
I found Mark through my dad who had a great experience with him fixing our ATV recently, so I figured I would drop off my project bike to him for a good tune up and carb cleaning. He had the bike turned around and running mint in only 3 days which was an extremely pleasant surprise to me. Mark is one of the last mechanics who actually cares about his projects and provides honest insight as to what needs to be done. He explains every step of the process and sends pictures that kept me up to date with my bike. I can safely say that any and all future toys will end up in the hands of Mark. It was a pleasure doing business with you!
I typically do not leave reviews but these guys are the best! quick turn around honest pricing and well done! I will return to this business & will highly recommend them.
I have used Marks service a couple times now. He repaired the cables to my carbs on my 1979 Kawasaki Invader and the brake light problem I had, which ended up being the brake switch. He also did a great job of checking all the fluids and oils for me. His service was awesome, fair prices to. I would use his service again. Thanks Mark for all the great work that you did for me. Doug
Great service at a fair price. Wish I found them years ago. Thank you Mark

Mark at The Busted Toy Garage is a trust worthy/honest person. Our transaction went smooth and the shipping was fast! Thanks again Mark!
Tuned up a couple of my sleds and the service and prices were great.. Quick tirn around time with quality work. Ive also purchased oil threw them & have become quite a fan of that product. Its like Franks Red Hot I put it in everything I own.. A friend ordered a track threw them as well and was pleased.. Has helped me trouble shoot various issues over the phone with some other machines while outa town.. Im always telling people to go there for services
Mark was recommended to me via a friend for snowmobile repair. I have since brought him a trailer, and a few sleds for repair. He has done everything for me from pre-season prep to re-building a motor. He most recently took in my brand new 2016 Polaris Switchback and studded it and did a few add ons for me. His prices are fair and he always has quick turn around on repair.I plan to continue to use Busted Toy Garage anytime I need service on my sleds and I recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop.
Mark at the Busted Toy Garage is the best! I brought him my 2000 honda Cr125r dirt bike motor. By motor I mean I tried to replace the crankshaft my self and ended up with a box full of nuts and bolts, transmission gears, and random parts I could no longer identify. I wish I could upload a before and after photo, it was amazing. Not only did Mark rebuild my entire motor and transmission, but his expertise helped him find and weld a hole in my crankcase and a problem with my cylinder jug that I had overlooked. He was fast, knowledgeable, and very inexpensive. Hes now working on my 2000 Honda Cbr600f4 and I will continue you to bring him my toys because of his honest, affordable, and professional work.
Have been using The Busted Toy for a few years for both advice and service and have had a great experience !!
Fixed my snowmobiles and ATVs great and at reasonable prices.
I meet Mark almost a year ago, I found him using Craigslist. After trading a few text messages, he seemed like a someone I would feel comfortable working on my quad. He took care of the installation of my full Toomey kit on my Banshee. The Kit came out awesome and he was cheaper than anyone in the area for the installation. After a few rides the bolts that hold on the Exhaust fell off. I contacted him and he said he used blue locktite and was sorry. I thought to myself it was no big deal and replaced them myself using red locktite. After that never have had a issue since. We had a dealing or two after that with no issues. I also recommended at least 5 people that have gone his way and also did business with him. Earlier this year I contacted Mark to get my bike ready for the riding season. The bike was dropped to him and he gave it the once over and contacted me with the list and I gave him the Ok. A few weeks went by and the bike was ready. When I picked the bike up everything appeared great, he actually came in cheaper than his first estimate. I took the bike home and all seemed well. I was on my second ride of the season when the bike started making noises over bumps, I ended up losing all my shifting capabilities. Upon inspection I noticed that my rear end that Mark had just rebuilt come completely loose. Enough that I could turn both nuts with my hands. I contacted Mark and the first thing he said is he did not know why this happened. His response to this was you should see the size of the pipe I put on the wrench to tighten the nuts. I asked if he used locktite and his response was the service manual did not call for it. His only response to the issue was he was sorry. I expressed that I felt ripped off and that I was unhappy and he continued to say he was sorry. I expressed to Mark that I was not comfortable in his skill level this being the second time something had come loose while I was operating post repair. And again he was sorry. Personally I think he is a good guy but fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I write this review more because I was disappointed that I sent friends and family his way and the way he handled the situation I feel was awful. I was a Toyota tech for 10 years and know we are all human and make mistakes. My biggest issue is that now I have a quad that is not only broken because the repair came apart, but now has tranny issues. All in all I guess you get what you pay for, and dealer prices seem worth it at this point.
