Where do I begin?Everything was so amazing that we can start from the very beginning.I was searching “mopeds for sale near me”. I checked out the reviews and decided to see for myself when I called in. Danny answered the phone and answered all of my silly questions and then invited me down for a up and close experience. Great personality and he really took the time to understand my needs. When I arrived I was welcomed by a gentleman named Alex that gave me a tour of the different product models in stock. He educated me on all of the products they had to offer as well as safety advice to keep my family safe. I have contacted multiple businesses that won’t answer their phones, pay no attention when I walked in or not dedicated their full time to assist me. Long story short, I went to buy my oldest son a bike and ended up getting bikes for my whole family. The great positive energy and excitement that they expressed to me made me look at my initial purchased differently. They encouraged me into enjoying the time with my family. So my first experience there was buying some parts to fix a four-wheeler that I purchased everybody there was helpful and the prices are reasonable so reasonable that also after purchasing parts I purchased a brand new four wheeler for my son who has enjoyed it and everyone there has always been helpful and pleasant . Since the purchase of my new four-wheeler I have been back there for many other parts for scooters, dirt bikes . I live about 45 minutes away from them but it is worth the ride every time for the experiences that Ive had with them and for the people that Ive recommended to them ! I would recommend them to any one thank for being who you are 👍🏾

This is my second scooter purchase from Extreme Toys. I am find every time I visit the show room it is always clean with a full inventory of scooters with new items arriving all of the time. After a somewhat unpleasant experience with an employee over the phone the owner went out of his was to get in contact with me and had no problem giving me my initial $50 deposit back. I think that shows great character and ethical business standards. He informed us that the employee was new that had taken my deposit, which the salesman had mentioned, and he honored our word and issued the refund. Things happen but when you have the chance to make it right, that is what counts in the end. Thank you again Gerry!

Really shady business. They care and are friendly up until the point when you leave with one of their products. After that anything that was said to assure you about whatever concerns you had before the purchase, they wont remember all of a sudden. One person says one thing, the other denies it. Untrustworthy place, be careful doing business here.

Horrible customer service. We bought our son a dirtbike for Xmas and were told that if it was too much power for him (hes 14) if they would work with us to take it back or swap for something else and they agreed. Now they are acting like that conversation never happened. All they do is lie to get you to buy theirproducts then once youre out the door with the merchandise they dont care. They acted like their #1 priority was the safety of my son but that was a lie. The bike has never been driven and is brand new.

If i could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. The first bike I gave them for a tappet valve issue they destroyed my wiring harness. The second time they rendered my bike useless. Terrible bikes for sure. Over priced chinese junk.I bought a scooter for my self and my wife. Also a buggy for the kids. Utv. A few months parts are falling off and breaking down. Try to get some kind of break with the service but they wouldnt budge. Said warranty is for parts not labor. Anyway i ended up paying $987.68 after everything was done. I had them work on a scooter and buggy and they took from 11/15/20 until a week ago which was 4/6/21. .yeah 5 months. As the 5 months went on it was always a new excuse. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very stressful.

And when I buy the motorcycle, where did they speak Spanish to me? I dont recommend this place to Latinos.... I bought the bike at Xtreme Toyz. what the worker is missing when he answers the phone and they speak Spanish, say: one moment, and go to the one who speaks Spanish, or return the call to the customer! I cant tell you about other comments that I wrote in other places, its like I asked you why other clients gave you a star ??? When I asked him to speak Spanish to me, he answered sorry, no Spanish and closed the call. And before this problem happened, I recommended you to my brothers and nephews who are your clients. I just hope you dont take hatred towards me !! with much respect towards you. Sales ...

The staff was extremely helpful and respectful. As a first time rider I had a bunch of questions and they where there to anwser them all no problem. There mechanic went through the bike with me and showed me some tricks and tips on how to maintain my bike . I highly recommend this place there not pushy at all

I bought my 2019 pink scooter here last summer. I have had nothing but trouble with it since the day I brought it home.I was actually him an accident due to my little trunk on the back FLYING open and hitting me and causing a total distraction. When asked if they would take a look and fix what was wrong with my scooter BECAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT, I was told NO! My warranty was up. They couldn’t do anything about the damage from the accident.So now I’m stuck with a gorgeous pink scooter that won’t start and won’t stay running when it does.Maybe someone else can point me in the right direction?Thank you Xtreme toyz.Sincerely,One upset buyer.

I bought a 150cc 2 seat go kart 2 years ago. Kids have had a blast and the service crew has been great and fair money wise to deal with. I was so happy with the go kart I just purchased a 4 wheeler and look forward too many great years with it and more purchases. Highly recommend Xtreme Toys and their products. We recently bought a 4 wheeler for my 5 year old nephew from the guys at Xtreme Toyz. They were great through the whole process, they helped us find the right machine that would work best for us and they have a bunch of different colors to choose from so that we were able to pick out the perfect one. Before we brought it home the guys made sure to go over the whole machine with us and show us how everything works so that when we brought it home it was quick and seamless and my nephew was able to hop right on and ride. Overall, I’d say the entire experience was great and I’d recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking to get your kid a new toy but don’t want to break he bank but still want great service, these are the guys for you.

Bought my scooter for 1800. After 2 months it died on me while on the road. I took it to a shop nearby because i live too far away (its about a 200 dollar delivery fee for them to pick up and drop off) and they found the throttle loose, missing/loose screws, and the idle set too high. Got the spark plug changed out and it ran for a day, but now it is just acting up again. Havent been able to ride my brand new scooter for weeks now.
