These guys are great. I popped a front tire so I was gonna get 2 new front tires on my truck plus a spare and they saved me 200 bucks explaining i could take the good front tire I already have and just use it for the spare. They didnt charge me any extra to mount the tire I already have even tho it was more work for them.

Stopped in for an inspection sticker and the wait time was average given the long line. The cashier was friendly and helpful and the inspection was fast and about what we were expecting. Overall a pleasant experience.

The TPMS light came on in the car. Took it to Dracut Tire to find the problem. Had a very short wait (approx. 10 mins.). When the technician checked it out, he found the problem, replaced a sensor and sent me on my way in approximately 30 mins. total time. And the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I don`t understand service when it`s 4:35 and closing time is 5:00 for completing a car inspection could not been done poor customer service.Poor representation for service...

Stopped in for a tire to be removed and mounted onto a new wheel. Without an appointment, the whole process was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and the price reasonable. Satisfied and will be returning to Dracut Tire.

They are friendly and well priced. Great place to get tires, inspection and oil change. However, they should tell people what is included up front. Wheel alignment is not part of them installing tires. Drove 10,000 miles as I had to go out of state and was not aware before I left they didnt align as included in tire installation. The guy I spoke to looked at me and asked if I asked for it. Well didnt know it wasnt included 😕 basically know before you go as a novice car owner there is no guidance.

Went without a appointment and something was going on with my car took me in right away fix the problem and was out in 15 minutes the young man who help me was good at his job would go back and would tell people about this place and how friendly the staff was

Place is a joke. You could literally put new tires on there the day before you go there and then go there for oil change and they will tell you that you need new tires 🤣🤣🤣

These guys were great. We had an emergency flat and they fit us in right before closing. When we came Mike diagnosed our problem and also found and fixed another problem tire. They saved our whole day. Thanks to Mike for all of your help. Mike knew exactly what we he was doing and was extremely professional and fast. We have not had any problems. You saved us and we owe you one. They were very reasonable on the price for our services. I highly recommend this shop.

Holiday weekend Friday after 3 pm tire got a blowout fixed and on the road in about 50 minutes nice job!!

Been here a few times and got in about 6 different tires standard selection place is always busy so expect everybody to be working when you go there. Products are good and prices are also good. Would definitely recommend if you wanted to get some tires real quick or replace all four for maintenance.

Amazing!!! I ran over something that penetrated my tire while I was just down the street from them. Unfortunately, the wrench I had for my spare didnt fit. Called Dracut Tire, the gentleman said We close in 20 minutes, come on down. I showed up, they took me right in, threw my spare on and I was out the door. Awesome service, great crew! Shout out to the mechanic in bay 5 and 6, true life saver!

Came in for a tire repair and had a nail in my tire and was kind of in a hurry. I was right in and they found the nail and fixed it by pulling the nail out and plugging up the tire. Total time was less than 15 minutes. GREAT service and the price was totally fair. So fair in fact that I gave the kid that did the work the extra money I THOUGHT I was gonna spend. Just $10 to pull the nail and clean out the hole & plug it up.Gave the attendant a $5 spot and told him to enjoy his lunch.He sure helped me enjoy mine. Made my enTIRE day!!! LOL.

So my daughter had to evacuate NC due to the hurricane. She had a blow out on the highway got a new tire at a near by walmart. Was told she needed to get the other 3 tires. These guys did her tires and mount and balanced also did her inspection sticker. Didnt cost her an arm and a leg.

Had my new car inspected. The guy left dirt all over the seats and floor of my newly cleaned car. The guy also had a terrible attitude. So annoying! The guy who works at the front desk is polite but still, I wont be coming back here.

Very professional...needed to get a tire plugged. They got me in right away. Very happy with the service I recieved from them today!!!!

Came in for a slow leak, it was on the valve. Had to have a new $70.00 sensor put in. Drove away and light came back on. Came back and the guy that runs the counter checked the tires with his hand held computer said they were fine and sent me on my way. New light check TPMS, came back someone else plugged in a computer showed the new sensor reading 114lbs. They cleared the codes and sent me in my way. Several hours later the TPMS light came back on. 8am Monday morning Im back, guy that runs the counter checks it tells me its fine and to take it to the dealer. Doesnt listen when I explain the issue. Only listens when one of the guys tells him, finally relents to have someone else look at it.

They are friendly. They do not jump into the car and start doing false diagnosis . They thoroughly inquire about your concern and honestly tell you what the problem is and if is beyond their accredited expertise they will refer you elsewhere or simply decline to fix the car.

They got the job done . Come to find out they balanced my tires. I have aluminum rims and the put led weights on and the fell off . When back once I found out and they would not fix the problem
