I liked that they kept me informed during the process and did exactly what I requested in record time at a reasonable price. Also they did not try to upsell me on services I didnt need like fluid flushes. I went to the counter, asked for an oil change, they asked me what type of oil and I replied 5w20 full synthetic, I asked to check the headlight aim, replace a burnt out bulb, and check and replace the engine filter. They took my keys, and I was able to view Lewis and another great employee through the side door. Lewis showed me the filter condition to get my approval for replacement before doing it, and also let me know the cost to replace the bulb before doing it. The manager, Tim I believe, showed me that my headlights were properly aimed on the board in the shop. These people are true professionals.

I stopped in to have my state inspection done. The service was quick and efficient. Justin was friendly and efficient at the front desk. I have been driving 20 minutes to use this business for over 30 years. I was sad to hear that Paul, the long time owner, retired. He felt like family and always went the extra mile to help out. The business is in good hands with the new management and company.

I pulled up for an inspection right away I could tell he was having a bad day. Looked like he was all alone and super frustrated and unfortunately I come along. Soon as he gets in my car he was very upset about the smell of cigar smoke, over reacted as if he walked into a smoked out building to put out a fire. From that point on I knew I had no chance at passing inspection. Let’s just say he failed me after what apparently turned out that he messed up! Bad customer service also made a racial comment towards me which quickly escalated into a verbal argument. Guess it all depends if your a minority or not for good customer service. Go elsewhere!!!!

These guy did it right!! I cant say it enough! - I had an issue with my truck that three other car dealerships could not fix. I explained the issues I was having - once... 24 hours later, I had my truck back working better than it has in years (its a 2006). They fixed it right the first time no muss no fuss - perfect. I brought my wifes car my sisters car and soon my other sisters car. Great job, quick, friendly, professional.

Always make room for on the spot oil changes, inspection stickers and diagnosing any issues with your car. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Very thorough techs. They couldnt find what was wrong with my car so rather than send me on my way with no answers they kept the car another day until a more experienced tech was on duty.
