We use to get great service before nestleBought them out. Poland springs gave usA postcard with the delivery schedule monthsIn advance. Now it seems like nestle emails us the night before two if we are lucky. They are now almost 2 weeks late so I had to filled the 5 gallon jug up at a local country store/ spring For 2 dollars and saved myself 6 bucks.

Unbelievably bad service on every level... driver, customer service, order accuracy and beyond. This company shouldnt be in business... its that bad!

This company is the most stressful I ever met. Delivery is halfway done 📣 I been trying over a year.they need a emergency improvement . customer service doesnt make sense is horrible. Booking a delivery date good luck.stay home all day waiting for them.i get upset every time on delivery day.and particular Whit this driver name Bryan this Man not understand is not a donation. is a purchase is your job to delivery the way I want.not out side my property. Hello!!!! this is the reason why I am having the service so I dont have to carry the bottles.i do wants to mention only 2 drivers are been extremely exelent . hoping to get the same all the time.good luck New customer. my start is for those 2 drivers only.

If i could give a rating less that 1 star, I would. Horrible service. Theyre quick to take money out of your account, but theres no follow through on any service requests/complaints. Their customer service is bs. Their drivers dont listen to instructions and skip deliveries. Use another company instead if youre looking into water delivery.

They have deteriorated under Nestle and weve been customers since 1985. The good is our driver will put the water in the house.The bad about deliveries being inconsistent as I understand theyre short staffed as well as changing the driving routes, inability to get customer service on the line with message theyre too busy to put you on hold, no schedule as they dont want to use paper to save the environment,.Our last delivery was around May 24th. Next one scheduled June 21st. I dont have high hopes.Is Nestle trying to get out of the water and into coffee delivery?Theyre acting as though water is on the ropes.

-100 is their ranking if there was the option. THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! We run a fitness studio and they have in the past month not delivered and keep delaying delivery but not telling us that they are delaying We are paying retail of $13 per 5 gallon bottle. Belmont Springs here we come. They also promised last time cases of water to make up for the inconvenience and incurring $50 in extra water costs because they cant deliver water. THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. IM 78 YEARS OLD and cannot lift these cases. I have asked the deliveryman to carry the water into the front hall. almost NEVER happens. The driver drops the water on the front porch and RUNS OFF AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. HORRIBLE.

I am highly upset that my deliveries keep getting rescheduled. My delivery has changed 4x and i am so upset i am going to go with another company. This is unprofessional and I refuse to pay more for this. I litterally have no water. This should be unacceptable from any national company. Shame on you ReadyRefresh!
