Scheduled flu, pneumonia and Covid booster vaccines this morning for work. Used the app. Stated masks were optional at this location. Made my appointment for 3pm. I check -in (I’m not wearing a mask). No one says a word to me. I wait. My name is called at 3:55pm. K*** asks me if I have a mask. I run out o my car. I do t have one. I ask the kid at the register on my way back in. He suggests I ask the pharmacy. I go back to K*** and let him know I don’t have one. Ask him if there is one behind the counter. He tells me I’ll have to reschedule.That was my vaccine experience at this CVS.

Very disappointed with new management here.Went to pick up a photo order staff were lacking basic knowledge about how to perform their job, management was unprofessional and unwilling to resolve issue indicating they could not refund an online photo order that was paid online.It currently stands unresolved however I contacted corporate headquarters and will be following up with a written letter about the new management and the staffs lack of training and job knowledge.

I dont like this pharmacy at all if its not closer to my house I will not have any of my medication transactions here most of the PHARMACY TECH are so RUDE!!! They should undergo for customer service training.. Better service in Walmart Chelmsford

Please explain to me why having only self checkout is any safer for anyone but yourselves.I just dont get it! Its just a major Inconvenience and nothing more. I just stood in line for close to 20 minutes with only two people ahead of me, before I finally walked out. Are you hiring? I would love to stand around and watch customers struggle to do my job for me.🤡s

Thank you for helping me today. I must commend you graciously for your solution based hospitality and helping me get what I need. This is my favorite local pharmacy but I don’t use pharmaceutical poisons thankfully, just really love the kind strangers who work and help people when they don’t have to.

I just switched to cvs from another pharmacy and thought for sure I would be happy. I had a new prescription but because I was also new to this pharmacy they needed my insurance cards. I was notified that my rx was ready so I spent 20 minutes in the drive through while 3 people behind me left. I finally got the front of the line and was told I had to come in because the drive through wasn’t working. They DID NOT have my insurance cards and refused to do ANYTHING about it. To top it all off I called and put my phone on speaker only to wait 34 min before I hung up. IM SWITCHING AGAIN!! Thanks for nothing

Theres now a policy at CVS where DoorDash drivers are expected to use the self-checkout rather than interacting with a person. This would only be annoying, but this location in particular is getting this poor review because of the rudeness and arrogance of one of the workers there.The machine kept telling me help was on the way, and a lady came over to quiet it. She then told me all my items needed to be on the bagging area. I told her I selected the non-bagging option, but she insisted it doesnt matter. I know how to operate a self-checkout machine and have never had this problem. She then wanted me to scan my payment card even though I already had, and it clearly said it was processing. For both the bagging issue and the payment issue, I was right; the machine was just having a fit. Computers break, but treating customers like theyre idiots when theyre doing everything right is unacceptable! Im definitely not going to do another delivery from this location.

Love that they now have self checkout. In and out nice and easy.

This location is getting pretty bad the prices of there products have got more expensive over night . This is the most expensive place around a $4 product is now selling for $14 Im not paying that so i went up the street and paid $4 for the same product that CVS is selling for $14 each that this location. You will go out of business people wont pay your high prices not worth it .

Kid with orange hair made me feel uncomfortable. He was hovering me the whole time and was watching me at self checkout and was talking to me in a rude manner. This cvs needs better service lol

Never anyone in the store an there self checkout machine never work so u need an actual human. From now on I’m going 20 miles past this cvs to the closest grocery store. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!

The store has everything from groceries to medical supplies and toiletries. There were plenty of employees offering assistance with every turn in all aisles.

Manager over talks you after you call cause she gave you a ripped money order, listen to your guest first and their concerns don’t over talk them! Our rent is on time every month and last thing we need is to be rejected over a ripped money order or could of at least told us before we left. Other than that the other lady with the glasses I believe on register 1 is always fantastic with her customer service. She makes it worth it coming here.

Long waiting as under staff every time I stop by to pick up rx.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Waited 25 minutes for a flu shot before leaving without getting one. Was pre-registered also.

People were mostly nice.

The service I received from the cashier was exceptional. I was not feeling well when I was there and the cashier offered to go get one item I had forgotten; I was very grateful for her offering to go find what I had forgotten.

Pharmacy is always top notch.Front end registers get busy and they quickly call for more help.Well done.

Ive got many ointments and creams here that have alleviated my suffering. Thank you CVS. I love you.

Great pharmacy with a great selection of items

This has the worst pharmacy service in any store Ive been in. The people are ignorant and rude and have even lied to try and interfere with peoples prescription because they are not able to understand why someone is prescribed certain meds. Even though it is not there business. Awful service and miserable staff. Arrogant and rude.
