I love the family friendly parking, and the room set ups give you lots and lots of ideas about how you can set up your house. The furniture is less heavy duty than other brands but they make up for it with having a lot of different options in the store. There’s so many different things that you can buy from tables to utensils. It also helps if they have a pretty cheap café that you can eat at if you’re here with the family, so you can make a day experience of the whole thing and that makes it worthwhile to stop by for sure.
We really enjoy going to IKEA.This is a great store to redecorate and organize your home. They have a play area for kids where you can leave your kids while you go shopping. It’s safe and secure, just be sure you keep the paper they give you. I know from experience, luckily the manager was able to help us.The store is very clean and well maintained, very spacious and organized. This is one of my favorite store to go shopping for home decor.
We designed our kitchen with Guy. He was super helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help our vision come to life! he also stayed more 30 minutes after closing just to accommodate us. He was awesome to work with! 10/10 recommend.
Pretty great store... a lot of different things to check out.. the flow of the store is great so you don’t get lost ( that was my worry ) I love the little dry up areas they have so you can check different design and ways things could go together... we even ate at the little cafeteria and it really wasn’t that bad... the Swedish meatballs are pretty darn good! Will definitely be back to purchase things for our new home
I’ve been coming here since it first opened. I am glad to see it still thriving. I highly recommend this place. Parking is ample and convenient. The facility is always clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Prices are always reasonable. The variety of goods are always interesting. The cafeteria and the food is always delicious. You can’t beat the snacks you find there. The cafe is nice for a quick bite. I will be back.
Its a really great place to go and see what theyre out of stock furniture looks like. Half of the store isnt available. Just show us what you have please.
Loved it found some cool stuff. But I had surgery on my foot and didnt see any handicapped carts. Bummer
Beautiful store. Very clean and organized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Very nice, study furniture. Ive been using the same Ikea dresser for at least 6 years and through 3 different moves, and its still perfect.
I went in to get some parts for one of their bed frames. I waited my turn, then was told I had to scan or call a number on the wall to get service.Only one person in service with me at the time. And they came in after me.So scanned the thing on the wall and waited.4 others that had scanned the thing after me was called up for service. Plus one lady that just walked up and they helped her. What the heck! Finally one of the girls said she knew I had been there awhile and called me up.Service has a bad system for tracking who too help first. Try getting a machine that will hand out a paper number. Be a lot better than what you have.
They have unique items that you will find nowhere else. They price is reasonable for most items.
Great prices on so many useful items. Whether you need furniture or household wares, check Ikea before anywhere else! And they also have delicious food! This trip I tried the almond cake at their food court & it was AMAZING! Definitely try it to revive your energy, because it is a big store!
Great shopping center but if you dont like to walk much this store is not for you because there is alot of walking around.
Always love going to IKEA. It’s hard to beat Scandinavian engineering and store designs!
Cheap furniture but also cheaply made. They have some good small stuff and some good design ideas in their show room. They are out of stock on pretty much everything online and in store. The workers are a hit or miss with how helpful they will be.
I went in for a couple small wall shelves. I got a lot more than that because there were just so many perfect things that would help organize my home. No 5 stars because I got really frustrated with all the “Temporarily not Available” signs or going to the warehouse and the item I wrote down to find was out of stock.
I have been to IKEA many times over the last 14 years and the only thing I have purchased is a childs bed, which worked well.IKEA is great for young families and those who like modern, low cost, medium quality goods. It is a clean, well designed store. It reminds me of a Super Target. The only reason I give it three stars is because it doesnt contain the goods that I want to buy -- no matter how many times I try. In contrast, I buy most of my furniture from RC Willey and my large appliances from Home Depot.
Experience in-store is great. Employees are really nice.Their stock SUCKS. Everything is always out of stock. I can’t comprehend how they still function when 80% of their products seem to be constantly out of stock.
Its a trap! But it is so much fun! Great way to wind the kids down. Lots of fun things to see. Great ideas all around.
This was my first visit since the pandemic started. The store personnel were friendly and helpful with my questions. This store is huge and I only had an hour to visit before closing time.I was impressed with the variety of products displayed. I went to get a Kallax cubed shelf. It must be a popular item because the availability in the pick up area was limited. I noticed several items in the pickup area was empty. However, I will just have to try again. Ikea is known for their value priced products and when I have more time, I plan to stay for a longer visit.
Worst ikea I’ve ever been to. They were out of almost everything I went for or interested in. I overheard several people with the same complaints.
With the right amount of time, one is certain to find the perfect home solution.
LOVE this place! I appreciate the new integration for vegan options in their restaurant section. The layout is fantastic and it will always be a fun and memorable place to buy furniture. I enjoy the feeling of being inside a home and looking at individual rooms, it is a unique feature to this Swedish store. I used to come here when I was younger, and it is still just as magical and enjoyable as it was when I was only 3 feet tall. They have amazingly affordable prices for high quality items. This place will definitely give you a bargain that you cannot find in any other furniture store!
I just really dislike how hard it is to find one thing without walking through the entire store, lol. But the chicken meatballs are awesome (we buy the frozen bags of it), and go great with the gravy packets they have there. Weve bought furniture here before. Prices are great, but the quality isnt going to be as high as other places. But we still like the stuff weve gotten there. And to be clear, Im not saying the quality is bad. But, for example, you can tell that the dining room/kitchen chairs arent as sturdy as they are at other places (but yes, they are more affordable). But we do like IKEA, all things considered.
This is my first ikea experience and I’ve got to say I was blown away. How the space if laid out makes you think you are missing things, but you aren’t. I love looking at the room designs and it really allows me to pinpoint what I like and what I don’t like. This is an experience as well as a furniture store. My anxiety and stress plummeted when I started walking the aisles. Highly recommend experiencing this place.
Always find something I liked, great prices and Inventory
Staff are very super nice and friendly. Had a silly moment locking my keys and phone in my car and then with someone taking my order. The kind people I worked with and the service I got was amazing.
Lunch was delicious. They have so much fun stuff. It would be easy to spend $100s.
Pretty fun to just walk around their showroom even if you dont need to buy anything in particular. The cafeteria is a great plus which I think they reopened nowadays.
Clean spaces, personnel always trying to kee things in order and stocked.
Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I don’t even want to call it customer service because there is no service at all. You can’t ever speak to a person when you call and when you can get an operator, they transfer you to a the line where they don’t pick up the phone or voice messages…so why do they even bother transferring you? Another thing that is happening is, you cannot order something online unless you have an IKEA in your state and the item is available in your store. So if you live in Nevada and there is an available item in a California store that’s not available in Nevada, you cannot order it from California to be shipped to you in Nevada. So why do they ask on the website if you wanna check another store if you can’t order from another store to have it shipped out you? I do agree with most that the store is nice, big and clean with lots to see and buy but don’t like anything that’s out of stock because you will be very disappointed… unless you’re close enough to physically go a few times a week to check if an item is back in stock.
I love Ikea and travel from Idaho to this store every year. On my particular day they were out of a lot of items. You can really see the affects from the pandemic. Eat in the caffateria for an amazing views of the mountains.
Great showrooms with great prices, but out of stock of many, many items. Spent over an hour shopping only to find out everything was out of stock when we went downstairs to pick up. They need to work on their IT systems to reflect what the store has in stock.
This place has it all for a great price. We love coming here to walk around and find new things. The food court is great and has pretty views!
I love the options and presentation of products. You need to look carefully to find quality products but they are there. The prices are so reasonable, if a product breaks I dont mind replacing it. I have shopped at Ikea from Miami to California.
It’s great I did all the hollow metal doors there many years ago and they still look great how good is that almost 20 years old the doors and they still look incredible thanks to my hard work can I give myself a pat on my back
Ive been to other ikeas, and this one is by far the busiest (Utah needs another ikea!). I will definitely shop here again, but not on a Saturday afternoon!
IKEA is suffering from supply issues. They have their show room stocked, but a lot of items are unavailable. So if you need to make a long drive to get there, you should probably consider a different furniture store.
I love Ikea but lately it hasnt been nearly as fun to shop at. Nearly every other item is out of stock, especially anything home office related. I get that CoViD was a thing but theyve had so much time to recover. Also, the new automatic retrieval machine they installed over the last few years is antithetical to the appeal of Ikea. IKEA is great because you can shop at your own pace and you dont need to talk to a soul until youre at checkout unless you really want to. Being able to grab your own stuff and put it together yourself makes going to IKEA feel special. But now so many items require me to wait in line to talk to somebody who gives me a paper, and then I use that paper to check out and it can take an HOUR to get stuff out of the machine after that point. I used to be able to do 10 minute IKEA runs but this machine turns it into a half-my-day endeavor depending on what Im getting. I really hope they find a better solution to whatever problem it was supposed to solve.Another problem is that their customer service takes AN ETERNITY. Picking something up, returning, spare parts? Expect to wait at least 20 minutes, if youre lucky.
IKEA is a super fun place to shop, or even just spend a couple of hours if youre bored. They have rooms set up so you can see a complete look and its a great way to get different ideas for your own house. IKEA is nice because it has a path that goes through the whole store so you actually get to see everything and you dont miss sections and you dont have to back track.
IKEA is IKEA, but today we had an extra good experience. When almost home (three hours away from the store) we found that my mom had misplaced her phone. The staff at lost and found answered her phone 15 minutes after closing and took the time to package and Fed Ex it home for us. They did this free of charge. We appreciate you guys!
This store is full of great bargains & has everything from decorative accents to large and small storage solutions. However, dont go unless you have lots of time to spend. Navigating the store can be a real NIGHTMARE! The directional exit signs are placed in such a way as to cause shoppers to meander throughout the store before FINALLY reaching the furnishings & check-out section. Moreover, it can be difficult to get the help you need when you need it.
What a zoo. I hate the way they funnel you through the store. Good stuff, and great prices, but plan on spending an hour plus for even the most simple purchase.
Don’t waste your time!!!!I spent 3 hours looking for and designing my perfect kitchen, was helped by many employees who were very helpful and informative only to find out they are out of stock on almost EVERY SINGLE THING!!!EVERYTHING, I’m not kidding!!! Unless you looking for Knick knacks and little stuff don’t bother!!! I was very frustrated, they are located an hour away so I wasted 5 hours of my life for absolutely nothing, sure they have showrooms full of great stuff and ideas but there is nothing in stock and they have no idea what or when they will...HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!
Always a lovely time, employees are helpful and nice without being pushy or following you around the whole time. Very accessible as well for wheelchair users.
We were able to find what we needed quickly and even found some Christmas ideas. Love shopping at this store and will definitely be going back. Staff was both friendly and helpful. We had a coupon for a family members B-day which was a nice bonus. The only problem I have with this company is related to calling them. Had to call 3 times, you call a call center not the local store. It took 3 calls to finally get the help I needed.
Employees were extremely helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We bought the Kallax shelving unit and absolutely adore it. Definitely will be coming back for another one.
I love the experience of Ikea. Just walking through is awesome! The furniture is ok quality for good prices, although there are quite commonly necessary components that are sold separately, so the price can build up. The customer service is not the best. The associates can seem a bit uninterested in helping and quite commonly dont know about the merchandise that they are paid to know about. Overall a decent experience.
I just realized, this place is a warehouse with almost no windows... Youd never know with how bright it is. The food is dope and nice people
Did you know casinos are built intentionally to not have straight walking paths and bright lights so its harder to find the exit? This is done to keep people inside spending money. IKEA has adopted this strategy, instead of one armed bandits they want you to load your cart with pretty good looking furniture and kitchen accessories. The masters at IKEA spend countless hours engineering products to fold down to the minimum size. This store merges showroom and warehouse perfectly. Just write down the aisle and bay of your desired sectional sofa, make your way through the maze (dont worry there is food at the end) and retrieve you flat pack boxes of goodies. Dont forget to grab a grastushuiem on the way out!
The Ladies in kitchens were super helpful with our project today. Kelly helped us design our kitchen and made sure everything was how we wanted it. We also had a payment mishap whilst we were there but Ann worked to fix it and even got us free lunch while we were waiting. The way the team came together when S@*÷ happened was impressive!!!
Great place to shop. Lots of items to choose from. 3: oclock is a good time to go there.
Hate the fact you have to go threw the whole store to find something. Tried to take short cuts and got lost. Went threw whole store twice. That time is valuable and I cant get it back.
Nice! 1st time ever being there! Such a big place! Really great products
First time ever in an Ikea store and someone should have warned me to wear my hiking shoes. I get it...you are forced to see dozens and dozens of displays as you wind around the facility. Kind of like the old Small World ride at Disneyland. Or in a line waiting to get on a ride. I was there to pick up a specific item and everyone was friendly and helpful. I paid in the kitchen department and by the time I made my way to the exit my furniture was ready to be picked up. Ill go back soon and spend some time actually looking at stuff instead of rushing through. Or maybe try their cafe.
Honestly, one of the worst experiences with any store. We went to the store, and loved the look (and price) of everything. But in the process of ordering to getting the items to our house, we had SO many problems with their customer support, employees, and shipping company. 1st problem, we told them we wanted the black shelves, well the ones that shipped were white. 2nd problem, we told them we wanted it shipped in 3 weeks as my new wife and I were going to be on our honeymoon, they assured us that would be no problem. Well, 5 days into our honeymoon in Hawaii, we get a notification that the items were going to be dropped off at our house the next day. As we panic and sit through an hour long customer support call, they eventually tell us that they fixed the problem and changed the delivery day, but that we needed to call the shipping company because they might not get the message (okay??). So we call the shipping company and they tell us they wont deliver it. Problem solved. Until the next morning we get a call from the delivery guy telling us he is waiting outside our door with all the delivery! Next we have to call and go through the hour long wait process again only to be told that everything will be fine. Well, then delivery day comes, and as I told you, they were the wrong color. Just absolutely frustrating. Buy in-person if possible.
This place is huge it will take you half a day to walk through. You can find everything here and the staff is very helpful.
Always have what I need. Weekdays are great. Just don’t go on a weekend, unless you want to feel like a salmon swimming upstream. 😑
Ive been here many of times over the last 4 years and Ive always had a great experience no matter if I find something Im looking for or not! Odds are, I almost always find something even if I didnt know I needed it!
Ikea is more of an experience than a place. I usually take my family every couple years. We get glasses, plates, some decor. Really its just a fun unique place that combines European apartment living with decorating. Its a creative place to get ideas and sometimes find something that could be really helpful. If you can get anything for the kitchen its much more affordable.
Organized and clean. The staff Ive interacted with have always been friendly.
I gave this a five-star for my wife because she is so crafty and creative and LOVES IKEA (its a good thing they dont have overnight accommodations...)We purchased a set of nightstands and put them together for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them.We also purchased and assembled a set of built-in cabinets for my wife for Christmas. The living room is much cleaner and less cluttered now.Everyone is so happy ;-)
I always enjoy ikea. Great for outfitting a new college student and new camper. Also, they have express lanes for those with 15 or less items, which I had way more but thats great for those needing a quick in and out.
Customer service was great, but not everything needed was in stock, even though the website indicated that everything was available.
I love Ikea! There are so many awesome items here for any place in your home and your outdoors. When we purchased our current home 11 years ago we went to IKEA for our TV stand, bookshelves, freestanding cupboard for towels, telephone table, and dressers for spare bedrooms. They are still in excellent shape. We get comments on them all of the time. Where did we get these? Ikea! We also purchased a hanging umbrella for our patio. The canopy finally wore out but was very easy to replace
Wife and I came here and about ten minutes into the shopping experience my wife’s dog (service dog) barked, we were asked to leave, my wife is partially blind. We will go spend our money somewhere else. This is not a library and their products are cheaply built.
This location I still frequent especially now having just moved back to Utah. It seems the climate as of late has knocked the sheen off this one pristine establishment. Some things we’ve needed have been out of stock for which I don’t blame them but it takes from the visit experience. I’ll continue to shop there and recommend it to anyone. Cheers
Forcing a person to register for an account online to check gift card balances is skeevy and anti-customer. My experience with Ikea products: overpriced and flimsy.Chat function on the website is basically useless. Phone support is a joke. On hold for about 2 hours before being disconnected without ever talking to anyone. At best, fine.Extra star for good meatballs.
I always have a great experience with Ikea. These last few weeks, I had to make a few trips to Ikea to pick up some furniture for my new office space. The staff is super helpful and friendly, even when maybe their systems don’t work or they are really busy. The last time I went in, I checked in using a link that they texted to me, and I got my furniture (that I had ordered online) within literally a minute of entering the place. It was super fast. I also like shopping online for things because it shows the store’s stock of furniture on their website. Super cool!
Love Ikea! So many great ideas and affordable prices. However, Ikea is best if you pick up the stuff yourself, instead of having it shipped to you. They have really expensive shipping prices. Even for the little things.
IKEA is always a fun place to go. They seem to be out of a lot of different products which is why I only gave them a four I suggest you look online before you go in and make sure what you want is in stock
I love ikea. Smaller one compared to other places in the country but the only one close by and it has a lot of inventory still easy to return things and they have a lot of solutions.
Dont bother going for any desks or drawers. They are out of nearly everything and cannot even quote you on how long it will be... I had guesses given to me anywhere from 3-6 months! No, you cannot pre-order.Get used to reading temporary out of stock on most every furniture tag made with any type of wood.Otherwise the store still has other items you didnt realize you lives so long without.
Confusing store and way too high prices!A bad waste of good time!
It was fun to walk around and check things out, came into consider purchasing some furniture but sad to say the quality of the merchandise was very poor, so we decided not to waste the money. But fun to walkthrough...
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because their new COVID procedures make the experience a bit of a nightmare. Once you’re inside it’s actually a pretty nice shopping experience since it’s not as crowded (the upstairs food court is closed FYI), but waiting in line is like waiting in line for a ride at a theme park. We got there right when it opened and we were still waiting about 30 minutes to get in.Returns are also kind of a hassle. You HAVE to have a receipt to return anything now, and you show up outside and scan a QR code and fill out a whole online form to get put into the queue. Then they tell you not to gather and they text you when it’s your turn. I just waited there anyway because there’s nothing else to do. Once they text you you have to stand close and try to hear them when they call your name. When it’s your turn they scan your receipt and all your items, and then they give you a little yellow sticky note with some numbers written on it and then you have to go inside and wait in ANOTHER line for them to process the return on your card.So yeah, kind of a pain.Once you’re inside shopping, everything is nice except the checkout line is also huge because they’re only opening every other checkout lane for social distancing. So we waited another 30 minutes to check out.Overall it ended up being about a 3 hour trip for what I thought would be a quick return and grabbing 2 specific things.Make sure you plan a ton of time and bring iPads, snacks etc. for the kids if you’re bringing them! I would honestly put your kid in a pull-up too if they’re recently potty trained because I would not want to get out of that checkout line to go to the bathroom and there are no bathrooms outside when you’re waiting in line.
They have good furniture ideas but the cater to the wealthy thats for sure a dresser that should be 49.99 is 119.00
We had a malfunction with some of the hinges in putting our furniture piece together. We spoke with the customer service about it at the Ikea Draper location and not only did they send us replacement hinges but they sent extra just in case. They have wonderfully kind staff and we really appreciate the help! Thank you!
Who doesnt like Ikea? Cheap furniture that looks good and lasts, as well as great meatballs. The furniture is also super easy to build, even for beginners.
I always enjoy a trip to IKEA. I like to walk around and see the fun ways they put together rooms. Its always busy but it never feels that crowded.
Great place to shop for all your needs! They do need to drastically expand food selection, other than that its great!
Its nice that I can feed the whole family for cheap, the food is good, and we got a nice coat rack / shoe organizer for next to our front door. Contrary to popular belief, that particular piece of furniture is quite sturdy.
I love Ikea. With anything storage thus place a must. My kids love to eat at the restaurant...ummmm meatballs and lingonberry jam!
After the 1st visit, you know what you get. Love the many ideas for every room in the house.. very large selection, with stock on hand. I dont have to wait weeks for large items. The return policy is amazing on everything. We have loved Ikea since the first visit in Renton Washington. Idea central for every home!!
I love this store. There’s so much variety and on Monday’s they put out as-is merchandise that is highly discounted. The food is great and the employees are always kind.
One of my favorite places to shop! Reasonable prices and a huge variety of items.
Great place! Love the style they offer, the employees are kind and very helpful when something is out of stock. Thats the only downside, because of covid, stock can be iffy, but worth the experience nonetheless
Ordered online, pulled up to stall, logged in through contactless phone order. Waited maybe 2 minutes before associate came by with items. Associate was friendly, verified order and I was off. Easiest pickup of the day for me. Cant wait to order more items for our kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms!
I only picked up furniture but I had a great experience. Very straightforward and simple.
Its a fun experience just waking through Ikea but their ideas for small spaces are incredible and their prices are so great too.
