Although the work was actually contracted through our landlord, we were still billed for 7 hours and a total of $590.79 to tell us that we were using to good of filters for are furnaces and it was due to operator error. Note we had not changed our operating procedure for the last 2 years and had never had this problem prior. Three trips to our business to determine it was the filters and I was using a to high quality air filter. I changed our filters once a month. Spoke with a representative from company who stated that this was between me and our landlord to work out. I would recommend going elsewhere. Save your money and find a better company,

Jenson is shady, unethical, and rips people off. We were charged over $1,000 to replace a $120 part. They left the premises for over 4 hours and charged us $80 per hour while gone, brought the wrong part back, left again and had to come back another day, meanwhile charging us $80 an hour for their incompetence. They also appear to be scamming the companies who offer warranties. Edit: You did receive enough information to remedy the situation and were given an opportunity to resolve it, but chose not to. Our representatives contacted you on numerous occasions, often not receiving a call back. When we did reach the right person, they chose not to resolve the amount over-charged.

Today Jenson Co. came and serviced my pebble ice machine. He was very knowledgeable and professional, doing a very thorough job cleaning, and servicing my machine. I will definitely use them again!

Called them as per the recomendation of True Manufacturers list of vendors and after talking to the to them and explained my problem. They said they need to send me a authorization form and wanted my credit card number over the phone, before the will come to look at my True Freezer. I told them I do not want to give them my C.C. number until they look at my problem and do the work. His reason, people do not pay after the work is done. I said sorry goodby.

Had one of their employees cut me off at an intersection, the give me the finger while in Spanish Fork the day I had the right of way as I was going straight and he was making a left hand turn. He then gave me the middle finger. He turned around and tried following me. Road rage much? Educate your employees and remind them they are the face of your company

Took an ice machine to Jensen to evaluate it before I even bought it. Jensen said looks great - did a cleaning (ruffly $300). Based on their recommendation I bought it. Brought it home where it worked terrible for 6 months before it stopped all together. Jensen wanted $2,500. min to fix it! (yes i said two thousand five hundred) My husband took it apart, ordered parts from another company for $250. and it works better than ever! Im sure there would have been some labor involved but not over 2 grand! After my husbands cleaning I doubt Jensen ever cleaned it in the first place other than pouring a cleaning solution through it. From the problems I had in the first 6 months I doubt they ever even ran the machine - the black grease it was producing with the ice was very obvious. No quality and No integrity. NEVER will I use them for service on any equipment I have!

I called Jenson Refrigeration around 9:30 am on Monday, Feb. 26, 2018. Our market refrigerator wasnt working, no evidence of power. In the early afternoon we figured out it was the outlet and were able to fix it ourselves. BUT, I forgot to call them back to cancel the service request therefore their tech showed up. MY BAD, they worked with me by reducing their service fee and trip charge. To me, this act of kindness showed they really care about their customers. When I called to apologize for my mistake I spoke with Angie who was very sensitive & friendly. She spoke with someone in management and it was obvious to me that to both of them, it wasnt just about money, but also our business relationship. I cant thank them enough and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I called on a Friday took get a fridge fixed that was not working, they said it might be Monday before they could get to it, they called me back within one hour and had me take my catering trailer to their shop, they diagnosed it and fixed it very quickly. There whole shop was immaculate, it shows that they really take pride in their company and facilities.

This company has been servicing our equipment at four of our restaurant locations and they have been very reliable. They have done a great job at troubleshooting and diagnosing our equipment as well as following up to make sure everything is working correctly.

Jensen was on a job by our Meineke shop and we asked if they could look at a light that was out on the front of our shop. They came right over and determined the problem and immediately fixed it for us. Awesome service. Just what we expect as a customer. Jensen is johnny on the spot for our small coffee shop. They never make us feel like any problem we have it too small for them to fix. My dad has also used them for years at his concrete company and their technicians do an excellent job.

Jenson companies is the best! They were on time and professional. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Jenson was called out to my business to more or less tighten a screw that we could not reach. The machine was operating just fine, but I wanted to prevent a bigger problem. The technician arrived and proceeded to replace several pieces of the machine that we did not request. When I got my $1800 bill, I was floored. I called them and explained that the bill clearly stated what we asked them to fix, but they replaced so much more and charged me overtime rates because the technician stayed after hours. They refused to alter the bill. They lied to me by saying that the machine was not operational and that all the repairs they made were required to get it up and running again. It was working fine the same day we made the call. I will never use Jenson again.

We were having some trouble with our break room refrigerator, so I called a vendor to come work on it. They wouldnt be able to come for three more days. I decided to call Jenson Companies and they said theyd have someone here the next day. I was surprised when a few hours later a technician showed up. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem in no time. The technician made a call and located the part. He came back within the hour and fixed the refrigerator! Ill be calling them in the future whenever we have problems because I know I can count on them!

Best Company Ever!

I am writing this review from another perspective. I didnt use them for hvac services. I dropped my son off at daycare and when I came back out to leave my car wouldnt start. Later I figured out it was a problem with my baytery. Jeremy pulled up near where I was parked and I asked if he could try to jump my car. He was very kind and helpful! My car didnt start right away but he kept at it until I was able to drive off.This is the type of people I would choose to do business with. I will contact them in the future for any hvac needs I come by.
