Moto United was amazing to me. I had never been on a motorcycle before and I had a lot of questions. From the moment I walked in everyone was great, making sure I had been helped, and just made conversation with me which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Barry is the best! If you have anything you want to know, he’s the man to ask. By the time I left with my new bike Barry had me feeling completely comfortable and confident.As soon as I’m ready to get a bigger bike, Moto United and Barry is where I’ll go no doubt.Thank you so much Barry! The Team here was amazing from the start with Tyson getting a bike set up and getting with one of there bike specialist Joe to help me make sure I had everything I needed for my snow bike build. Then we went into Financing with James who is amazing at working hard to make sure I could get what I needed and dealt with any issues along the way. I would never take anything here to be fixed again! They Had my snowmobiles for 7 months and still didn’t know what was wrong or even attempted to fix them. I was promised they were inside the shop and when I finally just had enough and picked them up, they were discolored from the sun, had rusted parts and water sitting inside them. Calls were never returned, managers always in meetings when I showed up to see what was going on. This place is a joke! So many other places to go! Don’t waste your time or money going here!!
Bought a used 2017 Maverick Max 1000R Turbo X DS. It only had the one grey key, that was for normal mode. Found out they came from the factory with a black key and a grey key. The black one is performance mode. So obviously I wanted a black key.So I called the service department at Moto United. Eddie answered the phone and told me that it was $39.99 for a key and $69.00 to program it.And Eddie and Sam from the service department were able to get me in quick. They are very knowledgeable. Definitely know their stuff. I’m definitely going back for any of my service or parts.

Real review I purchased this bike 04/15/21. I got to say I had a horrible experience at Karl Malone powersports. That place was such a rip off for the exact same bike. My experience here at Moto United was beyond amazing I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff here were very friendly and they actually acknowledged me every time I came in the door. Literally I brought in the check signed a couple things and they gave me the keys and said here you go all in 30 minutes. Got to say Ive never purchased anything from a dealership in that record amount of time. Yeah their selection is not huge but their prices sure are better. Thanks Moto United I love my new Kawasaki Ninja 650! I will definitely recommend people to come and check you guys out.
Answered all questions in detail and were willing to work with me for a reasonable price. Did not pressure me. Let me test ride the bike before purchase and so far the bike works great. They even gave me a couple days after I purchased the bike to decide whether to purchase the extended warranty (I did end up getting it). Josh and James were great salesmen to work with.

I had my bike in for some warranty work a while back. There were some issues after I picked up the bike. They promptly drove all the way out to Tooele to pick up the bike and correct the issue. Dealership delivered the bike back to my house a few days later. They also comped my next service to make it right. They were more than willing to take care of me and do the right thing! Thanks guys I’ll certainly keep coming to Moto United for my future motorcycle needs!

Tim Bruch my service advisor made this H2 SX SE owner very happy. He was honest and fair. After performing a requested service Tims team did some additional unrequested work. When he discovered what had been done he slipped into the back and returned 30 seconds later with a big smile and said, our fault there will be not charge for the things you did not request. I was impressed, pleased and rode off happy and impressed with his honesty.
We are beyond impressed with Moto United. We went to Karl Malone last year and we’re so frustrated after leaving and we didn’t even buy anything. Everyone here at moto United has been so great to work with. We personally worked with Josh and he made the whole process so easy. We had to bring our 2 year and they were so sweet with her while she ran around. We did our financing with James and he was also just as great. We highly recommend them and can’t say enough great things. We are so excited for our new canam!!
I looked everywhere for a seadoo spark trixx even tried looking out of state but they were all sold out and orders wouldn’t be fulfilled until 2022. Tyson at Moto United helped me find a spark that was going to be in on time to enjoy this season. Really appreciate these guys getting me on the water sooner then later! They also have a good selection of accessories for personal watercraft and motorcycles. I would recommend checking them out before you buy from one of the other local toy stores.
Purchased RzR from Moto a few years ago. Purchase process was great.Service on the other hand is terrible. I don’t understand how they are still in business. Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone, no call backs after leaving voicemails, etc. Wish they would have basic customer service skills. I won’t be making another purchase from Moto, and will make sure my friends/family don’t either.
We purchased a motorcycle from the dealer. We had an unforeseen issue with the bike and Our sales Rep Trent came and picked up the bike and worked with the service department to make sure I was taken care of. I was helped by Spero who was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to find the part I needed and order it for me. I am very impressed with his kindness and excellent customer service. They even arranged to deliver it to me because I originally drove a couple of hours to find out they did not have what I wanted. In the end I am satisfied with the purchase. I was treated well by their sales team when I called with questions I was always able to get a prompt and complete answer. If they would at least disclose that in the ad would be one thing but they did not. Very disappointing.

Love their retail portion of the store, go there all the time for parts accessories and protective gear.Havent had the best result with their shop, they get the work done, but always seem to add an additional unexpected cost.
Great dealership! Bought an Indian Roadmaster and had a positive experience from start to finish. I had them put in aftermarket lights that proved to be a challenge but they worked extra hard to make it happen and stuck to the time estimate even though they put in way more time. Shout out to Kris, he’s phenomenal!!!

Went to three different shops today looking at dirt bikes. Honda World we were greeted quickly and had a salesman with us the entire time answering any questions we had. Went to Moto United next, no one ever approached us after being in there for an hour. Third stop was Edge Powersports. Salesman greeted us and made himself available for our questions. In the end, Edge received the $10,000 sale from us. A little surprised sales people weren’t into making sales today at Moto United.
A little busy but excellent customer service and very personable staff. My son and I were looking for a small ATV battery and weren’t pressured to by their closest replacement model. Very informative, helpful and we will definitely be going back soon.
Dropped my bike off to get new tires installed from the service dept. Was told it would be completed Wednesday. Wednesday came and I didnt hear anything - made a call and was told it would be Thur/Fri now, but they would call me tomorrow and let me know. Thursday came and received no call. Called Friday morning and was told it should be completed. Received a call at 5pm telling me it was completed. Arrived to grab my bike and find out I was CHARGED nearly 500$ for a tire change out. Mind you I bought and brought my own new tire set. Asked why it would be so much as I was quoted 150-200$. Couldnt get a good answer from the service team. Receipt claims service for the front tire cost 193.50$ and the rear cost 258.00$ - will never be back here for a service. Cant tell me it takes an experienced tech nearly 4 hours to do a tire change out. Moto Station will be my new go-to

I bought a RZR Pro XP recently. When the speakers stopped producing music I called Moto United to see how long it might take to have it looked at. The Service Manager; Will, said they are out about a month for scheduling a service visit. However, he looked up possible causes and spent a couple of minutes on the phone with me. He asked me to bring it in the next day and leave it with him. I dropped it off the next morning and he called me several hours later and let me know they had fixed my problem. It was a software update for the Ride Command head unit. That is Great Customer Service! Thanks Will for taking the time to resolve my minor issue so fast.

I have had the best experience with moto united south valley I had my 2019 scout bobber in there to be fixed on the front rim issue they did a great job at fixing it right the first time in there not over and over like another place I dealt with I worked with Jeremy a service writer there and I have to say pretty cool guy and on top of his game it was a pleasure going to this dealership for my bike and I definitely we be back again and again thank u guys at this dealership a cool experience
Wow! Thanks so much for the parts and service departments, for getting us in and out so quickly! Picked up some bad gas around the Sturgis area, they were able to get us in, remove the fuel pump/filter, drain and clean the tank, replace the filter, and get clean gas, to get us back on the road!
Service sucks. They worked on my 2009 yfz450, few weeks later brought my 2007 yfz450 in for service and now they decided they dont work on machines older than 10 years. Arent those the machines that need the most service? They happily turn away business. Well I’ll happily buy a new machine somewhere else. Sounds like they hire jiffy lube techs that cant handle anything harder than an oil change. They dont want to help you and they dont care. Good thing me and my dad are now looking at buying new machines and we know not to come here. Will gladly take our $20,000 check to Steadmans

Im not one to usually review a business like this but my experience today at Moto United was very disappointing for a business that looks so professional when you pull into the parking lot. I went to Moto United with the intent to spend a few hundred dollars on some gear for my motorcycle for the new season and wasnt acknowledged for the first 10-15 minutes of being in the store, i checked out some gloves and jackets and the sales guy sitting at his desk was looking at his phone the whole time, didnt even give me a friendly hello. After a while I was approached by an associate and we chatted for a minute and I told him what I was looking for. After some short conversation he said let me know if you have any questions and walked away obviously not wanting to sell me on anything. After browsing for a while longer I walked up to the counter with an item in hand ready to purchase and to ask if they had another in stock and he said hed be back with me once he finished with someone else. As I waited for him I noticed several other associates just standing around chatting, leaning on the counters and as I walked by they didnt engage with me and help me find something to purchase. I put my items back where I found them and left. Later that afternoon I was talking to a close friend and I told them briefly about my experience at Moto United and they told me they had gone there a while back to purchase a Can-Am and it was like pulling teeth to get a sales associate to interact with them let alone get them rung up for a vehicle. Bare in mind this friend, like me, went in having an idea of what they wanted to buy and they had the intent to spend $40,000!!! The staff was unwilling and uninterested in spending the time with me or my friend to get a sale. I have been working for the last 7 years in the retail and service industry similar to what Moto United does and I would have gotten written up or fired if I blatantly ignored a customer like this.
Bought a new KLX300R, they were great 10/10. very helpful and understanding. easy to talk to and didnt try to push anything else on me. when i buy another bike i will be going back to them.
They never seem to have any OEM parts in stock for bikes which are even only a couple years old. Also I had one of the most rude and condescending parts person experiences Ive ever had at this place. To be told Ive been working on bikes for over 50 years (hey me also) and be recommended parts that may work they are not even close to being correct.If you want to just go buy a new powersport toy, or accessories this may be the place, however if your expecting quality service after the sell, I dont see how they could, with lack of parts and extremely poor attitudes.
Just bought a new motorcycle from Moto United and they definitely went above and beyond. Mike and Chuck were great to work with, there was some confusion with my bank and dmv and they were able to take care of it for me so I didn’t have to stress about it. Would highly recommend working with them.
Nice building and friendly workers, but still asking almost original msrp for 3 year old motorcycle is ridiculous. Also, they will list bikes on ksl then tell you they are 1k more plus taxes and fees when you go in.

Made an appointment for two Sea Doo PWC almost 1 month in advance. Dropped them off the day of the appointment. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks, they’ve ordered the wrong part and I’m still waiting. They don’t really seem to care or want to try and make it right.
Bought a 2021 maverick x3 xrc brand new and got ripped off on the price for it. Was a first time sxs buyer and they knew that and took advantage of it. Also overpaid for the first 200 mile service. After that started experiencing some mechanical issues with my x3 and had payed for the 6 month warranty and when i tried to setup an appointment a week and a half before my warranty was up to get some things checked out they told me they couldn’t get me in for over a month. Paid 34k for absolutely nothing but the machine and got horrible service every time. I’ve also never left a review good or bad for any business in my life so i hope that says something. Will not be returning.
Dropped off our Sea Doo Waverunners for a tune up and to make sure everything looked good. We had great communication from the service department and they went above and beyond to complete. I was very happy with the outcome and the speed that they were able to get things done. Highly recommend.
Tried to buy a moped. They told me that it would cost 2k. But after their fees they tacked on an extra 1k. Shady. Feel like a used car lot.
I was looking for a new company to take care of my waverunners due to poor experiance at another shop. I had just purchased 2 used machines and wanted them service and gone though before the season started. I spoke to Jeremy in service and he assured me that they could take care of my needs. He said it would take a couple of weeks to look at them but he called the next day and said they were able to get them pushed through for me. I know this will not always be the case for time it takes for work to be completed. Jeremy and the service manager were very nice and willing to do what they could for me.They have earned my business.

This place has gone downhill. Not sure if its the new location or what. I was in hold for way too long two times in a row. Had to call back because i was forgotten about the first time. Just needed to know if they carried a simple part, must have been a low priority for them to actually help me.
Dealt with most sales, service, and parts employees. Awesome group of guys. Rhoan and his manager Brandon in sales are both excellent. Will and his entire service team have done a fantastic job. We tried many other canam dealers before moto united and we are glad we found them. We happily drive more than a hour for sales, service, and parts. They are a busy store but worth the wait and drive.Couple side story’s ....Rhoan built and prepped our new side by side on his day off because they were short staffed. He knew we wanted to ride ASAP. That is unheard of!! I remember seeing Will (the service manager) scrubbing our machine because he felt like it needed just a little bit more shine after we had it serviced. I have many stories like these. My family and I trust Moto United.
Tyson at Moto United was great to work with. We bought a rzr 170 for our daughter and unforuntatley had some issues getting it here, none of which were in Moto Uniteds control. He kept me updated almost daily on the status until the day it arrived. We got our 2019 rzr turbo here 3 years ago here also, wont go anywhere else for our off road toys.

Jimmy was awesome, A+!Mike in finance was amazing, quick and easy.I had a few issues with the machine, not the dealers problem but they needed to fix it. Walked in got half way through my sentence about my rebuild of a old honda 3 wheeler and the girl with half inch thick eye makeup stopped me and said we dont do honda. Didnt even ask if I needed anything else which I did. Gear oil and fuel stabilizer and such..... Absolutely zero costumer service. I had 800 cash in my pocket and was ready to spend. Wouldnt buy from there if my life depended on it!
How many times has anyone bought some sort of vehicle and been ecstatic about the entire process? We couldn’t be happier with my wife’s new Bobber Sixty! The process was stress free. Jean and Kris were very helpful and knowledgeable about our bike and the associated accessories we added to it. The financing was straight forward with Mike stepping us through our options with various lenders. I hope to be in the market for another (my bike this time) in a year or so. I just needed 1 bolt for snow tracks I purchased here. Called parts for parts several times finally left a message as requested. Never got a call back. I stopped by the store and the experience got worse.The sales person took me to the where 6 employees were standing around a circular desk laughing and talking. When asked if they were busy they snapped back with a yes. Finally someone reluctantly said they would help. I showed them a picture of the part I needed and then I was told it was welded on, (which its not) that I would never find one, then finally that is just a bolt and I would find it at a bolt store.It was a horrible experience! They might be fine if you want to buy something but I would stay away from them if you need service. One star is way to many, Ill never come back!

I went into Moto United to get a motorcycle I was looking to buy assessed for any potential issues. I worked with Datek at the service desk and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He instilled confidence in my purchase, but also brought to my attention that the front tire needed to be replaced. I believe Burn changed my tire for me and it rides great! I also worked with Scott to me decide on a helmet for both me and my wife. He clearly knows his stuff. He convinced me to go a size down on my helmet because the padding, when being sweat on, shrinks a little. He was correct and the helmet fits perfect now. Thanks to everyone that helped me at Moto United!!!

For sure one of the best motorcycle shops in Utah. Yamaha is only one of the types of dirt bike available. Indian motorcycle how can you go wrong. Who wouldn’t want a Triumph motorcycle.
Great customer service. I picked up a tire here and took my wheel back in a few days later they mounted and balanced the new tire then took care of the old tire free of charge. Lots of great bikes among other things.

1 star for the service departmentDo not buy from here!In September I bought my first motorcycle from here which was really exciting for me. I have loved the motorcycle, but its been in service for about half the time Ive had it.I took it in for the first 500 mile service and told them to make sure they put on the license plate and grabbed the registration that had been shipped there. I also told them that the Ride Command and navigation system needed to be installed and turned on.First of all they told me that it would take up to 4 weeks to do the 500 mile tune up. Im not sure why its acceptable to have a 4 week turnaround for a tune up but okay.Finally when I show up for the motorcycle I notice right away that the license plate is not on it. 30 min later the license plate was found and put on. I then notice that the Ride Command/Navigation hasnt been touched.After 2 hours of trying to troubleshoot the issue with the service department I finally just leave the bike there and hitch a ride back to Orem with some guy that works there because I have to be back for a social obligation.Service calls me a few days later and says that they figured out the issue. The motorcycle needs a new part- great lets get the part! Unfortunately they dont have the new part and they have to order it from out of state. Ok great! They tell me that it will ship soon and the motorcycle will probably be done that Friday or possibly Monday. Monday comes and they call me that its not ready. Fast forward a few days and they tell me that the part finally arrived and they get to work on it. Fast forward a few more days and they guarantee that itll be done and delivered to my house the next day. Next day rolls around and I have no bike by 5pm. I call them up and they say that it will now be tomorrow hopefully.Terrible experience. Terrible service. I would not buy from here again.
