The service I received from Jeff and Brandon when purchasing a used motorcycle was exceptional.The bike I purchased was an exceptional deal, so they didnt need to go out of their way. Yet they did.This reflects great credit upon themselves, and the dealership.As soon as I stepped in the store I was greeted warmly, by multiple staff members, asking how they could help.Jeff, the main sales person involved, took the time to go over the bike, and gave me plenty of time to look over the bike myself with no pressure. Before the test ride, he took time to ensure the bike was ready.Brandon was informative, great to work with during the write up, and processing.The entire deal went very smooth.I was in twice, and both times I was welcomed by multiple staff members.This was an excellent experience. Shout out to Kris at Wasatch Indian Motorcycle.If passing through this area I’d recommend stopping by, especially if you need emergency service.I had ridden up to SLC area from the Phx area and noticed oil leaking everywhere. I recently had major work done to the motor at my dealer so was concerned because I needed to ride back to Phx. I called the local Indian dealer in SLC and even though they had no availability for a service appointment for over a week, they told me to bring it to them. Kris actually took time to grab a wrench and check out the couple things that could have been possible cause of my issue. In the end it wasn’t a major issue and was able to rectify the issues.
Love the ATV, but the service from salesman could have been better. I felt like he didnt care cause I had my own loan with the bank to buy the ATV. Also felt like I didnt get perks since I didnt use there financing. Although they did let me come get the can-am after hours and I showed up at 6:30 p.m.Went back 12-15-2017 to have a seat installed. Been impressed with service since last post
Hi my name is Dan and Im on a multi-state ride and I found myself in Utah and in need of an oil change I also asked them if they would take a look at the bike and just make sure its safe for well, the rest of my ride. I showed up at 5 minutes before close and asked if they could possibly fit me in the next day and the gentleman said he could I give him a shout out but I dont remember his name Nice guy though anyway, next morning I showed up and Derrick took care of me he had his mechanic Malcolm take a look over the bike turns out my belt was a little loose and my spark plugs were a little shall we say Worn because of Indians Lean Tune or could have been a California thing anyway, checked my tires, washed my bike, said I was good to go, so Im off into the wind with Rubber side down and a smile on my face, thank you guys, Dan

I walked in and saw the 2018 rzr on the showroom floor they built. They worked with me on price and extended warranty and their finance department got me the best interest rates around all the different credit unions. My sales guy wasn’t pushy, and the customer service from everybody in there was awesome. I had lots of questions over a couple days of going back and forth shopping out my decision. It’s a playground in there! They let me test drive a couple different ones as well.

Call these guys from PA. Spoke with Spero and wow! He went above and beyond for me. I’ve call at least 20 dealers across the country for passenger foot pegs for my 2022 Chief and no one had them. Spero checked his inventory then put his hands on the part and sold them to me. He was personable, helpful and extremely thorough. Very satisfied with his service and believe Draper Indian is lucky to have him on board as an employee. Thanks again Spero!!!!
Moto United has a fantastic service department. Derek my service advisor was extremely helpful and very willing to work with me to get my belt changed on my razor, even though they were extremely busy. The service technician who serviced my razor was fantastic as well and did a great job in getting my belt changed in a timely manner, they even advised me of recalls to my razor that had not been done yet and are working hard to get it taken care of. I would highly recommend Moto Uniteds service department any day of the week
Listen, I dont like leaving bad reviews and so have waited for a good experience and finally got one. This is about the service department. Theyve been hit hard and it is noticeable. Merger wasnt smooth, Covid delayed supply chain shipments by 2 months, and they churned through employees. But, Ill give Will, Service Manager, a LOT of credit for taking care of me personally. After literally 2 summers of Moto United trying to find my side-by-sides electrical issues--Im not kidding (It hasnt run in two years and it isnt all Motos fault), Will found out about my issue and took charge and personally worked on my machine after hours and found the issue.I believe a souring relationship can often times be galvanized with the proper response and Im grateful for Will for doing this. I think the service department is in good hands but I just hope upper management is supporting them too, because Will can only do so much (he did not infer or outright tell me they arent so upper management if you are reading this that didnt come from Will).I think we will see better service moving forward because of Wills leadership. I will be back but I wouldnt have said that before Will got involved. Definitely recommend Moto Uniteds Service Dept!!
I can’t say enough how amazing the staff is at Wasatch Indian Motorcycle/MotoUnited. From the second I walked in they sales team answered all my questions about each model, each series, add-one and upgrades, and future models. They advised me well. The finance team was amazing and got things done quickly. When I picked up the bike, the same salesperson walked me through every aspect of the bike to make sure I was familiar. I drove off the lot, happy and excited.The service didn’t stop there. The follow up team has kept in constant touch to ensure my satisfaction and to help schedule maintenance and to let me know about special offers on gear and equipment.Really, I can’t say enough about these guys. 10/10 would recommend the product, the dealership and the staff

I recently bought a UTV from them, which was a great experience, but the machine had a problem. They worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced! Not just fixed, replaced! I had a tight timeline and they did a great job on getting everything switched over to the new machine and get me back out on the trail. Thanks guys!
Traveling and found approximately 1/4 cup oil under the bike at a hotel. My oil filter was loose and I tightened and rode to the nearest Indian/Polaris dealership. At 2647 miles I had another complete oil change. Brandon worked on the bike and found one drain plug was installed without a crush washer and the other drain plug rounded which required an easy out. My previous oil change was at fault and Ill take it up with them once I return to Las Vegas. I appreciate the mechanic taking my bike on short notice. Not all Indian stores help travelers.
I have absolutely no complaints about my time dealing with Moto United. Mandy Garlick in customer service was awesome, treated me well and went out of her way to stay on top of the machine I ordered and kept me informed and when it came in she made sure it was the first one delivered to the mechanics to assemble it. Shes pleasant to talk with and looks out for you. Mike Ledesma in finance did great and took good care of the money side and was also easy to work with.
Derrick could not have been better to work with. He worked with me every step along the way updating me on My bikes Progress. He would call with an update, text with follow up and did all he could to ensure I was satisfied. Derricks customer service was impeccable. I have a Harley Davidson and their service pales in comparison to what Derrick did with my Yamaha. Thank you Derrick and Moto United.
Moto United did a great job servicing my Indian Chieftain. I had them go over the whole bike making sure that everything was in prime condition. Derrick was great at keeping me up to date on the progress and the overall timing of the service was good. I will use them again next time service is needed.
I went in to check out bikes with my husband. Although I was the one clearly checking out the bikes, the salesman would only talk to him. I suppose the salesman wasnt told that women ride motorcycles, too. Ladies, beware!

Two months ago purchased my first side by side, A Maverick X3 Max turbo RSr.The salesman, Carter, went up and Beyond to help me, and every time Ive gone back for something, if he sees me he makes it a point to come over and shake my hand.Everybody there is super friendly and helpful, the parts department is five stars across the board.On the flip side the service department is quite lacking, I think they are heavily understaffed, I have called 3 times to get some small items fixed on my new toy, and the person who answers only tells me that they will call me back, which all three times I never got a call back, I had to go in, directly, and talk to somebody at the service department.I also find it impossible to just call in and talk to a service tech about an issue, they just dont have the time.
They very extremely helpful. I got into quite a pinch with my front tire and they squeezed me in and there were done within an hour. They were super friendly as well. Couldn’t ask for much better.
I was treated royally. Made all arrangements over the phone and drove 265 miles the following work day. They had the boat all ready and signed papers and headed back home. Very impressed with there business. Trent was very helpful. Would go back again.
We had a great experience working with Trent when buying our new Canam. Not only did he answer all of our questions when first looking at the machine, he replied to our text messages on a Saturday evening and came in on his day off the day of finalizing our purchase. We did have some issues when it came to sitting down with the gentleman handling our financing paperwork. He seemed to be juggling multiple things at once and the final price wasn’t correct and there were multiple errors with what was and was not included/applied in the price with our machine but Trent was quick to address all of it and corrected it to what we had initially agreed upon with no problem at all. Ask for Trent if you’re looking to purchase anything. He will definitely take care of you!

I went in yesterday and bought a new 2019 Ninja 400, and I dont think Ive ever had such a great buying experience! As a girl, Im always weary of sales people trying to take advantage of me, and that was definitely not a worry here! James was the salesman I worked with, and he was just wonderful. He explained every last little thing about the bike to me, answered every question I had and then some I didnt think to ask. He also showed me some other options just to make sure the 400 was right for me, and helped me find the right gloves. Im terrible with names and cant remember the finance gentlemans name, but he was wonderful also! I had to leave for an appointment I had up in the city, so he dealt with the financing while I was gone and had all of the paperwork lined up and ready to sign when I got back. It was incredibly fast, and he was really nice to chat with too. There was a slight hiccup with the helmet I wanted to order, but the parts guys (again, Im terrible with names and cant remember theirs) were wonderful and gave me a deal on one they had in stock and a tinted visor so I could leave ready to ride that day. And they delivered the bike to my house for me, and the delivery guy was great too. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This place has all of my future business for sure. And then I got follow up messages after I left to make sure I was happy. James, you were wonderful and thank you for making me feel so comfortable with my purchase!

My family and I had been a loyal customer to South Valley Motorsports for over 20 years. We know that they sold to Moto-United and they are going through changes. Totally open to change. We want to support local business. Being in the car retail business, we know how things need to be to better the consumer experience. I will not return and will have to travel to other dealerships/ online for parts, bikes, etc.Couple things -There is literally no parking available at the establishment in front. I was told many of the employees park up front? Not sure if this is true or not?They have moved the parts counter to a round table in the middle of the main showroom. There is no direction to which customer is up next to get help. There was employees that were running around and to no avail to offer help to help guide other customers. There was no sign that directed the customers to the parts counter. There was one sign that said additional parts in the back of the old shop? Super confusing?I was simply there for a Lithium battery for a bike I had purchased there new. They were out of stock and I get that. I should have called ahead of time. But figured I would just stop in and see. The parts person recommended that I go to the Edge or another dealership. And they would get a battery in at, some point. Seemed as if he was in a hurry to help someone else right after me. After I had waited for 5-10 minutes or so and other customers got help before me that came up after. I just said, okay thanks and left. The Edge did have one in stock.Employees should be more welcoming with their attitudes and simply smile. Be more willing to talk to guests and guide them to help with their needs.Employees that were working seemed overwhelmed, running around, avoiding talking to customer, and was a bunch of chaos.Greg in parts at the old location was always helpful when I had issues with my 850 Axys Polaris and made great recommendations. Even though I did not purchase my sled there since I found the sled that was snow checked and not picked up elsewhere. Not sure if he is still there but always helpful and welcoming.I hope that they get their issues sorted out. I am never one to write a review. After trying this new place twice, I have given up. But I would hope that they can get their act together and get the store running smoothly. Need some major training.Some may call this petty, but others who sell vehicles for a living know how the customer experience should be.I myself am just a small fish in a big pond. Not every store front is perfect. I get it. One bad apple gets told about and spread, over a good apple that had a good experience.

When so many others company’s are using Covid as the reason for poor customer service and communication Derrick was the complete opposite. Delivered my machine early and was great to work with.. I ended buying two snowmobiles while there as a result after feeling other locations could care less anymore about the customer.

Bought a new 2019 Can-am Maverick Turbo with ridiculous power and speed from MOTO United. I submitted a request for a call back and their California store called me twice but not the Utah location even though I said I was in Draper. Once that was worked out these guys were great to work with. They loaded up my Maverick with some great add-ons. Now I just can’t wait for summer to hit. Although it does pretty well in the snow.I found these guys professional and their follow-up was pretty good. Their accessory department is well stocked and they were able to accommodate some requests without too much trouble.
After a long summer and my machine which needed a new clutch I got it back after almost 4 months. Now during the summer they are too busy for you. It’s not their fault they only have so many mechanics and bays but just be aware they get super busy. This summer was bad for sure. I will give them another chance when time comes. I had to call in and stop by once in awhile just because some unfortunate things happen, like mechanics quit, and forget about some jobs. Still better than Honda world though

Matt was super helpful when I was purchasing my klr 650. They assembled it and had it ready for me within the week. Very simple and straightforward process. Matt gave me all the information I needed for my new bike like the maintenance, what to do for the break in period, where the tool bag was etc. Overall very happy with my experience and my motorcycle!

Took my 2018 RZR Turbo in for the 250 mile 1st Service. Pleased with same day service. However, after getting back home I found oil dripping from my RZR. Spoke with Mike Murphy, he was very accommodating and apologetic, asked me to bring my RZR back for them to inspect and correct the oil leak. When I returned the next day and explained to the Service Manager Mike Wood that Murphy told me to return to investigate the oil leak, Wood said in a condescending tone, So, whats the problem?. He later began to tear down his service mechanics saying they are dirty, they have worn out shoes and that they just move from one machine to the next. All Wood could do was to make excuses for his service mechanics and their poor work and never did he accept nor take responsibility. No apology, no understanding, no concern that I had to return a second time to correct their mistake. A couple of days later, I was doing a routine maintaice check for an upcoming ride. When I removed the hood I notice that my radiator cap was missing...seriously! After paying $35.00 for a new radiator cap and with the lack of concern and professionalism that Mike Wood displayed...I will not be returning to Moto United in the future.

Never will I ever come to this place again and you bet I will tell everyone in this industry to never shop here again. This all started out a month ago when I bought a tire from them and they offer a free installation with that. They told me that it would be done in a day or two and after them not calling me for a few days I decided to call them and ask what was the hold up. Long story short they said it was done and to come in but when I went in to their location the old tire was still on it and no work had been done. I should’ve learned from the first time I went out there but I gave them another chance and bought another tire from this company and same story they said it will take one day and we will let you know. Again, I never heard anything so I decided to call into the service department and they said it was all done and to come in. So I sent in my sweet wife and I told her it’s done you should just be able to pick it up so she went and picked it up not really knowing much about motorcycles. When she got home, I looked at the tire that should’ve been brand new and saw that my old tire was still on there. I was completely floored! These guys have no idea what a new tire looks like, not to mention they hand off old tires to customers that already paid! And that people bring their motor-sports equipment here to get fixed when these guys barely know what they are doing. I have gotten bikes from these guys and I’ve always tried to help and support the smaller business in this small industry but it seems like they don’t care and their customer service is god awful.

I’ve been looking at buying a sled for months now. I’ve been to dealerships from Idaho Falls to south of Salt Lake and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. I went into MU mostly looking for gear but they just happened to have the perfect sled. Everyone working there is so knowledgeable. From accessories to parts to sales, I worked in some way with someone from each department and they were all awesome! Brandon helped me the most, he knows pretty much all there is to know about these machines and answered every question I had, and I had a lot. He was never pushy. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable he is. He went out of his way to be helpful. When it came time to buy, their finance department went above and beyond to take care of everything and expedite the process so I wasn’t spending more time than necessary waiting. I’d hand them 10 stars if I could.

Last week while on a 12 day trip, my bike wouldnt start. I walked into the Moto United store in Draper and the GM personally towed my bike from my hotel to the shop. They evaluated the problem, and the Service Director Will Harding even gave me a ride to the Batteries Plus store to exchange my battery. Since this is not yet an Official Indian Dealership they towed my bike the next day to their shop in Bountiful where they addressed the problem within hours. This is by far the best service I ever received from a Dealership and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They all went above and beyond in helping me to get back on the road again.

Retired my Kawasaki Teryx for service to Moto United. The previous owner had sold out to the new Moto United. Derrick in the Service Department assured me that they would take care of the service. He was able to get me in immediately and said it would take a few days. The next day he called about about a recommendation and advised that it would be done early the next morning. He went the extra mile to help me with my service and my machine back to me.
Our first experience with your service team was seriously horrible, we made an appointment the first of May after several weeks of checking in and frustration we were told it was ready and picked it up after Memorial Day (4-weeks). Sadly our keys were lost which had other keys on it, there was overspray from painting your new building all over the machine which is still on the seats today, a scratch in the door and most of the issues were not fixed, not a cool experience
Will (service manager), is why we will always buy from here. These kinda of toys have problems, it’s part of the gig when you buy one so it’s important you have an awesome service center you can rely on. They take things serious, jump on it quick, and produce results! We’ve already said, “oh man, what if we move?!”
I am very disappointed with the type of service i have been provided with and I find the situation very irritable . I have yet to be able to obtain plates for the razr that we purchased from your dealer back in 03/23/2020, Its already 5 months and have not heard or received anything. We have not been able to use the vehicle because of that issue dealer doesnt take responsibility for the inconveniences and for our time. I spoke to the bank today to see if they were able to do anything to help me and i was told that they have not received anything from Moto United South Valley, but my husband has been speaking with manager in regards to this multiple times and was told to just wait that it had been done. Well it is already been 5 months and still waiting to receive a call or a resolution to solve the problem. I had never had to babysit or have had such bad experiences with purchases before more than i have with Moto United. . Awaiting for reply and action
