They do a competent job, but sometimes it seems like these places forget they are not in the car business they are in the people business. And that becomes an issue when a good attitude seems difficult for them. Something has simple as smiling, would go a long way to make them better.I was contacted by a manager on my negative experience last time, and when we finally got on the phone he acted like he was surprised That I had returned one of the calls that he so kindly given me. Its important that they know this is about people. I bought my next car somewhere else because sometimes they forget.
In my experience, they seem to be very straightforward and honest. I haven’t had any issues with them trying to prescribe unnecessary service, and jobs get done in a reasonable time period. Staff is friendly and professional. Only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because they are a dealership, so labor costs are somewhat elevated.
Normally an oil change is fast, but the last 2 times with scheduled appt. It was over 2 hours each time.
Wonderful experience! I had a gentleman by the name of Erik help me out. He was so kind and considerate. He kept me updated the whole time I was waiting. The area where I had to wait was very comfortable, and neat to be in.
Service department is good. I brought my wifes Lexus in with two problems and they figured them both out.
1st impression: Waited 10min to even be greeted. Then, the frumpy lady came over and asked me what I wanted. What I wanted? Really? How about saying how can we help you today? I told her and then had to repeat myself. THEN, She asks me if I had an appt. I told her no. She then states we take appts 1st. I told her I have no choice and that I have to have it serviced. She was just very, very rude. She didnt give me her name or anything...Then she throws it out there that it will take 3hrs... Wow, talk about feeling like ur made to feel like garbage and NOT VALUED... WOW... We shall see what happens here... Maybe Larry H. Miller isnt so bad!

First time getting my truck serviced here and everyone I spoke to were great. Just what you look for in customer service. Polite, helpful, informative and a willingness to work with you. Ive been to a few other dealerships in the valley where I got either a cold interaction void of any personality or rushed along because they were busy so wasnt sure what they were doing and why. Which if I had known what they were doing I wouldnt have agreed to it. Will definitely continue to use this dealerships service department.

Im a Toyota fan, but I wont trust these guys to be my first choice for maintenance or repairs.The service center is impossible to get a hold of unless you walk in. I have called multiple times during business hours and gotten no answer, left a voice message, and chatted online with an agent who said she would have the service people call me. And still nothing. Its been 2 months. I simply have 1 question regarding whether something will be covered by the extended warranty I bought. And I cant get an answer without driving 30 minutes to get there.Also, they tested my speedometer, it was off by a few mph, and they refused the warranty claim to fix it.
Arturo provides excellent customer service, he takes care of every detail. When I’m in a hurry, he gets me out on time. He’s the best!!Again, Arturo goes beyond great customer service. I’m a single mom that drives for a living and I depend on my car running at 100%, I trust Arturo checking on every area and making sure my family and I are safe.
Needed warranty work done for air bags on our Toyota Corolla. They were fast, efficient and and courteous. I also love that they wash your car after service is done. Thank you !

Was able to quickly get a service appt for a repair on our 20yo Land Cruiser. Only a dealership could do it. We ended up having to drop the car off a day early (our issue) & KM diagnosed, called & emailed us, & ordered the part well ahead of schedule. They pretty much had it completely done by the time of our actual appt. They charged 2/3 what another dealership quoted me & made the process painless
If you want attention to detail and quality work don’t bring your vehicle to Karl Malone Toyota. I have had my car in for service 6 times and I have had to bring it back to fix what should have been done right the first time 3 times. 3 out of 6. 50%. That is horrible. What’s worse is they don’t apologize for the mistakes or my inconvenience and waste of time having to bring it back to be done right. Never again. There are so many other options to service my car that can do better. Karl Malone Toyota has lost my business.

Never have I been so disappointed with poor customer service. The salemens and finance department is phenomenal, however I had no such experience with the service department. I called the service department 5 times and left 2 voicemails requesting a call back to let me know if the tires they had ordered for me were in, as it is a 45 minute drive from my home and I didnt want to make the trip if the tires had not arrived yet. I never got a call back and no one in service department could answer the simple question of if my tires had arrived. I ended up making the drive in hopes the tires were there, and thankfully they were. Danika in service let me know it would take an hour to get the tires put on, which was no problem for me. But it ended up being 3.5 hours for a simple replacement of tires and I had to ask where they were at it the process 4 times and no one could tell me. 6pm rolled around and still I had no clue where my car was or how long it would take even though I reached out multiple times to ask. Finally they finished the job, but never explained what took so long or even apologized for the delay. I may have bought my car from this dealership, however I will never ever return for anything in the future.
Thought we needed a warranty repair on a vehicle we had purchased elsewhere. They showed me that the vehicle had been damaged and the repair was not covered by warranty, something I had missed before signing the accept as is agreement.They had to order a part, the wrong one came, so a delay while they got another one sent.All the while, I would receive a text or personal call each day to keep me up on the progress. Daniel even offered to provide a ride from my home to retrieve the vehicle when it was done.
