My family and I switched from T-mobile and we all came in at once to get new phones and switch over. Felix was the only one working and he did a great job helping us despite being very busy. Super friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience at this AT&T location. I ordered an item here for pickup it is was really bad. The pickup process suppose to be seamless and quick, it was none of those things. The employees rudely ignored myself and other when we entered the store.I only recommend this location if you like waiting around indefinitely, being ignored by employees here, and there is not a better corporate store near your immediate location.

My phone lost service for about 24 hours, and as a small business owner this is a big deal. I was pretty anxious going into the store, I didnt know if my phone was broken or what. But Felix took a look at it and after some trial and error he found out what I needed, a new SIM card. He replaced it and sure enough! Perfect AT&T service like before. Thank you Felix!

Understaffed and inexperienced. After a long wait as they helped another customer they provided me a prepaid account. The card didn’t work; after two visits to the store of an hour each they couldn’t fix it. I tried to cancel, but they said I couldn’t do it there but needed to call AT&T directly. So I called the 1-800 number several times because I didn’t have more than 45 minutes to wait. When I finally got through to customer service the person said the refund needed to come from the store where I bought it. A lot of time with no results. Frustrated.

My mother has gone to this store for nearly a year seeing Marisol and Richerd they recently had a management and staff change which was a horrible mistake. I went in after my mom had a bad experience and was met with the same treatment. I just cannot believe the rudeness from the manager and hope they address this quickly. I am the least bit impressed with the new team.

We were told that the Green fold3 was not available and would be shipped 3-5 days delivery. We got a phone call regarding the phone being delivered and were confused. They said we could reschedule for tomorrow(Sunday) as we were not home. Went on the site and it had nothing until Wednesday. We tried to call the store and were given the runaround and they were too busy to talk to us with a lot of rude remarks. I will never use that AT&T store again. While we were in the store they were splitting their time between customers so never had their full attention

Manager there is very rude to me every time I go to pay my bill. I’ve paid my bill there for nearly a year with the previous staff Richerd and Mari and never had an issue. Now I’m being told to go to Walmart to pay my bill? I pay cash and exact cash so it’s not like I need change. I am horrified with the service I received from the new store manager and wish and hope they bring back the old staff and manager.

The sales people there seemed knowledgeable but when I went to pay for my two phones and one rang up $50 more so didnt buy it. Lost sale for store and lost another added line to my account for AT&T. One person started working on my phone but could get it connected. Finally after 2 hours the second sales person said it was done and would be up and running within 30 minutes. It never did work. Finally had to call AT&T customer service and they got it up and running over 24 hours later. I love AT&T but unless ypu go to a corporate store usually nothing is resolved. Please take note an Authorized AT&T store in my opinion are usually worthless.2 Stars **Garyleescritiques

I went in to get a new account transfer 3 of the lines and get a upgrade on my phone. It took an hour and a half. Mostly me sitting there will the tech kept doing the same thing over and over again, little conversation going on it updates why it is taking so long other then the system is slow. I was told my receipt is emailed to me I can’t retrieve it because it is still connected to the old account. My Apple Watch is the main number not my number which I ask numerous times to change. I have to go back but really don’t want to because I don’t have hours to wait for a system that doesn’t work. This was my 3 time trying to do this but one time the system was down and the other they had too many people waiting. I regret switching to AT&T and should have switched my account over to a whole new network.

Whenever you hit up a cell phone store it’s always a question mark on how the staff will be- hands down the staff at this location are superb! I was tackling issues for my mom (she was with me) and the guy handled her BRILLIANTLY!! He didn’t get annoyed with her (I did) he was patient with her (I wasn’t). He explained things (she’s 80) in a way she could understand (I did too—-but I’m her daughter-sigh) and in the end because it was close to Sees Candy she rewarded him with some chocolate (not me)! Kudos to him and his ability to manage seasoned “you shouldn’t own this” cell phone users!!

Just upgraded my phone here! They gave me options and listened to my concerns. The process was smooth and easy. Tate was knowledgeable and both him and Joe were easy to talk to and have conversation with while waiting for the update. This was an excellent store with excellent service! Thank you!

I have my business phones/account with AT&T. We go to this location for help with any account issues, questions, phone upgrades, and accessories. They have been extremely helpful and always know and recommend the best deals. I highly recommend this location.

Can I give 0 stars?! Holy nightmare.Do not, I repeat DO NOT, shop at the AT&T ‘authorized retailer’ on State Street and 12300 S. They lied to me and hid information about a contract, (found out through calling AT&T customer service) and when I went back to reverse what they did they got extremely defensive and the manager started attacking me. And turns out they didn’t actually cncel the service like they said they did(and made me pay for). Luckily AT&T customer service has been great to work with, and are working on rectifying the situation, but this has been a nightmare. This store only cares about making sales, not the customer!Moral of the story: Only shop at actual AT&T company owned stores!

I heard about AT&T offering a discount for military members on their phone service and Direct TV, so I decided to go in and see what the discount was. Luke and caleb got me 25% off my family plan and $15 off my Direct TV! It was fast and easy. Luke and Caleb were knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience worthwhile. I recommend going to this store instead of the one by scheels due to the friendly vibe and the employee that work at this location.

Ive been here twice and its a hit and miss depending on whos helping you. The first time we were here the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and too the time to address our concerns. The second time the guy who assisted us told us wrong informations. So yeah it depends on who helps you.

AT&T is trash. All they do is sell their employees jobs to companies that are overseas so that they can pay someone in India $0.12 an hour to answer phone calls instead of paying people in the US $12 an hour.
