My family and I just switched from Tmobile (broke up 10 year long relationship). We felt loved and welcomed at the store. Everyone was super nice and kind to us. The whole process took about an hour. They have awesome deals going on too. So grateful of Leslie for helping us! She made the whole transition seem so smooth. Kudos to her and the team!!

Walked in and told the guy exactly what we were after (iphone 13 pro) to be told to wait and we were next in line, waited for about 2 hours, finally get helped (after someone was helped that walked in after us) and to be told that we waited 2 hours for there only to be zero stock of that phone we wanted. wish someone would’ve told us beforehand that they had none of the phones available before making us wait that long.

Ordered a phone to be picked up in the store. When we arrived, we got told that they only had one left and refused to sell it to us. It was very much like dealing with a back alley used car salesman. We got told sorry, try again online and wait. The only thing we can figure is they were saving it for a friend or family. Sad to see Verizon customer service turning into sprint.

Verizon is the absolute worst company. Nothing but issues. They agreed to a payment plan and immediately turned around and charged my bank account $3000.00 after agreeing to this. Would not recommend going through them as they are dishonest and shady.

Have been here many times & would recommend going here over any authorized dealers in the area as they can provide many services the other retailers cant (i.e. assistance with your bills etc). The associates always have gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I want /need at the best price possible (including for free when warrented). I highly recommend them.

I came in today looking for some cheap wire iPhone headphones and they did not have what I was looking for in my budget but Mynor and Micheal Did an excellent job of trying their absolute hardest to get me the best deal they got me really close within my price range for some AirPods but it just wasn’t close enough I appreciate them so much amazing store

I was blown away by the customer service at this location. My phone broke and I had less than 30 minutes to find a solution. Mynor gave me solutions and quickly navigated me to getting a new phone. I saved a ton of money, have the perfect phone for my needs, and the whole process was painless (I usually HATE going to retail phone stores). Due to being in a bind I was pretty flustered but he was really patient with me.

I ordered a new sim card online because I wanted to transfer my line. Shortly after, I faced some issues with its delivery. Since it took a while to help resolve the issue, the associates went the extra mile by staying after business hours to help me out. A HUGE THANK YOU and shout out to Ryan and his team members at this location for providing excellent customer service. Leaving this review here because it was a big deal to me and Id visit them again in a heartbeat.

I made an appointment online for help with my phone. The appointment was easy to make, but shortly after making it I was sent a cancellation email stating I needed to reschedule. After work I stopped by the store to find that it was closed. I spoke with other customers in the parking lot that said this is not the first time the store has been randomly closed. I understand being closed, but it would sure be helpful to update your online hours or explain in the email why my appointment was cancelled.

Showed up at 6:45, store closes at 7:00. Was turned away by the manager at the Draper Verizon store because they were closing soon and there werent any reps available to help me. I showed up to pay cash for a phone. Literally told him this. He told me there was a store in Herriman open later and I should go there. He also told me if I went to the Herriman store to act like its the first store you walked in, because I dont want them thinking I am just sending people there. Which is exactly what he was doing. Completely disappointed in the experience I had at this Verizon store. The Herriman store was great and the manager there was glad I showed up to buy a product at his store. Will be staying away from the Draper store from now on.

Update: So the Verizon General Manager Violet did call me back today. She wanted to know about my issues and concerns. She made me an offer to trade in my phone and I would receive an $800 credit towards a new device. I mentioned to her I had a crack back on my phone and she told me she was willing to meet me half way with replacing the phone through the insurance. As I was getting ready to take the deal she then informed me that in order to take advantage of the offer she gave me I would first need to buy out my current device which essentially negated the entire $800 discount. Basically I would have to pay $1193 to get a real 5G Nationwide phone. When I told her that was an example of her misleading and omitting the truth she told me that if I didnt let her speak she would hang up on me. So much for getting help, living the Verizon credo which states that you verizon looks outward and not inward to their customers and the manager showered that she doesnt live the Verizon values of respect, integrity to own the issues and be honest when talking to a customer. Verizon is still not doing good today and tomorrow will likely get worse.I have been a customer for over 10 year and for the past year our experience has decreased to the point we are considering moving to another carrier. My husband posted a review on how bad our experience was and we got a comment back to where we could voice our concerns and to get help. We still havent heard back. My watch and my phone are not using number share. I got mislead on the 5g network and not a call or email has been received go address our concerns. So much for always working outward instead of inward or taking a problem head on. I guess your best was not today and tomorrow wont get better.

Dear Verizon, please forgive me. I made the mistake of switching to sprint because it was cheaper and they were willing to give me a deal on a new phone. The phone service at sprint is absolutely horrible, my calls drop all the time, I have 1 maybe 2 bars at best in any given location and if I’m moving faster than an ant my calls cut out every few seconds and I can’t hear anything. I had zero issues with cell service for the many years I was with Verizon prior to switching and thought, hey it can’t be that much worse......It is. Unfortunately, I am locked in to an 18 month deal now with this “free” phone before I can switch back. If I had the money to cancel I would do it immediately, but I don’t. Now I get to suffer the consequence of switching to sprint on each of the many work calls I make each day for the next year and a half. I eagerly await the day I can switch back to Verizon and have a reliable cell phone carrier that I can count on. 🎶”Baby Come Back”🎵

They were taking social distancing seriously by limiting the number of people inside which was the only plus. Our Salesman refused to listen to anything about what we wanted and was only interested in selling me a Galaxy S20. When we insisted on a S10 because the S20 was not compatible with my medical device, he seemingly lost interest in helping us. We ended up getting the phone at Go Wireless, which he DID help us order and pay for on our current phone. We did everything ourselves on the Verizon website. I would save yourself a trip to the store and just do everything online. There was no advantage to going to the store. They didnt even have a demo model for anything but the S20.

I spent hours trying to order a new phone--Verizon lost my order, etc. etc. So I drove to Draper to buy a phone. They sold me one, but when I arrived home I discovered that they somehow switched my phone number with someone else--and we are getting eachothers text messages. I am now spending my whole morning trying to get customer service to resolve it, and I cant contact the draper verizon store by phone. I will never buy a phone from Verizon again.

The service was ok. We were greeted promptly which was a plus but the employee who helped us really didnt seem knowledgeable about our devices or the coverage offered in our area. The was another employee in the store helping other customers and he seemed to know what he was talking about, but unfortunately he was busy and we were helped by someone else. We went in to have our SIM cards changed but in the process, the new sim card made it impossible for the store to link my wifes smartwatch number to the network. She now no longer has number share so calls wont be forwarded to her watch unless its connected via Bluetooth. This defeats the purpose of paying for the line on her watch. I feel that is the employee has a better knowledge of the devices, this could have been prevented. Unfortunately, Verizon has messed up our account 50 ways to Sunday between this visit and other encounters to the point we are considering changing carriers. No one seems to be able to fix the issues either in person or through their helpless-desk.

Verizon..great! This store...not great. Manager (I presume) takes my info then says Ill have one of my guys help you then doesnt do anything but chat with co-workers and flip a pen around. Why wouldnt he assist me? I brows the store for 10 more minutes while the staff continues to have a good laugh then leave without being helped..at all. Seems all the guys are moderately trained at best. Hey manager, and you know who you are, look my account back up and call me sometime to go over this review.

The app makes me give 1 star that is extremely generous. Every other store has recommended against this store and I now understand why. I would volunteer my fingernails be ripped off one by one before dealing with this store again. The store representative Marco upon setting up my account lied to me about every single thing was unable to print me a receipt and emailed to me which I couldn’t get there because I traded in my phone. And it turned out not to be a receipt in any form. We asked questions directly and he told us the opposite of what was the truth. After going to 2 other stores and wasting many hours of my time and Verizon’s time calling customer care, I finally found out the correct information. I went back to this store to talk to the female manager to address the failed portrayal of information and she had no information to give that the employee hadn’t already lied to me about. She was trying to tell me that Marco was a good and thorough employee which after talking to 4 other Verizon employees it has come to light that he isnt fulling his entire job and it is adding 10 dollars per line extra for all costumer. Do your self a favor and pay attention to your bills. By the way it took talking to 4 employees to figure out signing up for auto pay is not how you get the 10 $ discount you have to Sign up for auto pay AND paperless billing. Beware this store will try to tell you that you aren’t eligible for autopay the first month. All other stores in the valley and even costumer care says other wise. This store is all just a bunch of lies and I would drive an extra 20 minutes to any other store to avoid interactions with this awful store.They are understaffed and can’t keep employees and I understand why.

I have purchased two different phones at this location and each time I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and made sure I got the best deal for what I wanted. They were able to get me a great deal both times! They were accommodating and I just felt really happy with my purchase after I left. I have been to many Verizon stores and purchased some online and I truly think the Draper Peaks location has the best customer service! Thank you!

Just purchased an iPhone watch yesterday and I was rushed out of this store immediately. The sales rep did not care about my needs and was in a rush to get his commission and see the customer on their merry way. Hell no it doesn’t work like that. Then when I left the store one of the other members asked if I was willing to take a survey and I say of course I will it will be bad though. I do not recommend this store these agents are only in for the money and do not care about satisfaction and professionalism. This place lacks empathy.

I can affirm the review given by Scot. There never write reviews however, the manager is horrible. We have been waiting for over 30 mins while the manager buddies up to another co worker. The line is the same length as when we came in. He and another employee does nothing. Several others who have come in after us have grown impatient and have left. I will never come here again. Like everyone else says. The customer service here is a joke. I only go here to make payments, since its close to my work. Otherwise I avoid this place like the plague. Every time I walk in, the greeting rep is always nose deep in their personal phone, take about 6 seconds to look up and lazily say Can I help you. The last time I was there was a complete joke. I gave the person $22 to make a $12 payment. He walks back with $8 hands it back to me and runs off to go talk to another associate. Standing dismayed at confirming my incorrect change. I have to make eye contact with someone else and say I was given incorrect change. It is laughed off and said that the other employee doesnt know how to count, and Im given the additional $2. And the original employee, just sits there giving me a dirty look. Guess that makes sense, that me not liking being ripped off would offend you.Besides any question you have about anything besides making a payment, the stores response is always Call customer support Seriously? What can you even do in the store? Just a bunch of lazy people who suffer from even lazier leadership. If it wasnt for a corporate discount I would still be with T-Mobile. As I was in the store I overheard a salesman completely lie to a customer. He said that Apple doesnt release a new phone except for every couple years. So dont worry the iPhone 6s will stay top of the line for years. Dont go to this store if youre looking for knowledgeable, and helpful staff, or if customer service is important to you. If customer service is important, just dont have cell phone service. All the stores, call centers, for all providers is just abysmal. Definitely raises the blood pressure with every interaction, especially at this store.

Is it dishonest salesmanship if the staff deliberately doesn’t disclose details? If they are gaining commissions from the gain, the answer is clearly yes.My adolescent abused and broke her phone. I went into Verizon to pay it off and remove her from my account. I was told I could get her a replacement for no charge and also have insurance in the event it happened again. The nice salesgirl explained there was no charge for the phone, so I purchased a new case and received a dual charger.Since we purchased insurance, we figured we’d find out about fixing the cracked back of my son’s phone. $185 + extremely inconvenient paperwork, contacting a third party, awaiting shipping materials, packaging it and awaiting a return. Can you say, “Convenience is not a friend”?Within two months, I found my daughter abusing the phone again. I determined since it was free, I’d paid her first phone off, and as long as my son kept his back on, I could cancel the insurance and save $65/month. WRONG!Because I cancelled my daughter’s service, even though I’d paid her first phone off the day we got the “free” second phone, the cancellation also canceled the promotional value. What this means is I am now purchasing a new $168 phone over 24 months that we were told was free, that isn’t even being used. The best part? No one told me this when I was purchasing the phone OR when I was canceling the service. I found out when I took my bill in and asked in person.The first Verizon I went to couldn’t even help and referred me to the corporate store. The corporate store informed me that the girl who’d originally sold us the package had moved to the Carolinas. The only reason we’re still there, while my employer offers a much lower phone package, is iWatches cannot run from one company while the iPhone runs from another and communicate with each other. And right now, Verizon’s contract is holding my watch.As soon as my contract is up, they’ll lose a good paying customer over a dishonest sale for less than $200. All I can say is I sure hope that money is appreciated after all of the other services and unlimited access I’ve been purchasing. Unfortunately, they only consider the immediate sale and not the long term profitability. If they did, they’d make their business honest and forthright.

I just loved how they took care of me when I went this store. Ive been there a few times but specially my last time with my teenagers and there was this so nice and friendly girl so patient with all my teen inquiries... they just loved her and every time we go shopping they bother me to go there and say hi to her !!! She took a great care of us ! I will definitely return and recommend This store to all my friends for theirs efficiency and mostly ... the friendly environment we had right when we stepped in !!! (I do not remember her name but I will look for her next time). She is a beautiful inside out girl, long straight brown hair and shes from some other country ... This was horrible service! We walked in there were 5 sales people talking to each other and hanging out laughing. One person acknowledged us that was already with a customer and said we will be with you in a few minutes. 15 minutes later the 5 not helping people were still laughing and talking about their day the day before.No one even came up to talk to us or help us, they just looked at us. I saw 2 people out of 7 helping customers, don’t waste your time and go straight to another location.

One of my worst experiences! I went in to purchase a phone with my mom. When we walked in we were barely noticed or greeted. We would ask a question and then as soon as he answered he walked away. At one point he was leaning over a display on his phone. In fact the employees looked like they cared more about their personal conversations than they did with customers. The employee acted like he could careless that we were there. They did not care about our needs. He did not explain much at all and I had to figure things out on my own. I would rather switch to another carrier before coming back to this store!

Verizon service has been declining while rates are increasing constantly. Just had a horrible experience..I have been with Verizion for 15 years. I got a notice that 2 of our phones are eligible for early upgrade. Went to the store to do it, after over an hour we got one phone ordered and finalized, when we went to do the second phone, the agent told me we have too many and they dont want to add an upgraded phone to my plan! What?! They are the ones who advertised to me to come in and do it. I have 8 phone lines and pay over $600/month (have never been late on payment, not even once), yet they dont care to show decent customer service. The quality of service in the Draper area is terrible anyway (less than 2 bars most times) and I have been considering a switch to a new carrier and now they have given me a reason to do it. I requested a cancellation of all services we worked on today and promptly went across the parking lot to the AT&T store. Apparently they actually want a $600/month customer. Verizon has terrible customer service, dont get sucked in!

My daughter and I just bought phones from the Draper Verizon. They didnt have my daughters color that she wanted so we ordered it and the phone was finally delivered a couple days later. My daughter went in to have them help her transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone and the person that helped her told her that it takes to long and she should just do it at home. He didnt explain or show her how to do the transfer and now shes at home trying to figure out how to do this without any help from Verizon. Dont go to this store its all about the sale and not about the individual. I called the manager and he was just as rude, and threaten to hang up on me. He never apologized for his and his employees actions.

Worst experience in a cell store ever. Go to another store where they’re happy to help. I’ve now been there three times in th last two weeks and it hasn’t improved. This is maybe the second negative Google review I’ve left in my life. I prefer to only review the really great experiences. I won’t leave the name but the guy who did just about everything he could to not help me was rude, dismissive and not knowledgeable. I am not one to write a one star review. This will be my first review with such a low rating.When I walked into the Verizon store I was first ignored by a saleswoman and snubbed by a second. When I got frustrated and asked another associate if I could get some help he got me on the schedule quickly and I waited to be helped. The same store associate after a few minutes helped me replace my wife’s ZAGG glass screen protector that was broken. When finished, he mentioned that they don’t really do replacements on the screens for free and that I need to take it to ZAGG from now on. I told him that I bought this at another Verizon store and that they told me whenever I wanted to I could come and get the screen replaced for free for as long as I have the phone. He told me that they shouldn’t be telling us that and that it was just a selling point. I said to him dishonesty is a selling point and he said yeah. I said what would you do in my situation if someone was telling you that they would replace them and now they’re telling you that they’re not going to do that. he ignored my question and said that I’m sorry but they’re not supposed to say that they will replace them for free. I said well thanks for your help. I shook his hand and walked out. The whole time the sales associate that snubbed me was sitting next to us listening to the entire conversation and did nothing.Based on this and many other previous reviews, something must be done to change the management at this store. Nothing here is happening to help Verizon’s reputation.

Not great. Never has been. Only one rep really knows what they are talking about. Watch the numbers! They cant correctly figure out costs and monthly bills so they seem to say anything and its never accurate. Warranties are unreliable. Had a phone that would cut in and out less than a year. Rep refused to honor manufacturers warranty because of a small crack on the back. If you build a phone out of glass its going to crack the manufacturer should recognize that as normal wear and tear. I shouldnt be forced to purchase extra equipment i.e a case to maintain my manufacturers warranty on unrelated issues. Again this isnt entirely this stores issue but they dont give correct information and they seem annoyed that youre there.. if thats the experience youre looking for then this is the store for you. Verizon should do better at maintaining quality standards from third party venues shame on them as well.

Was about to buy a phone but didnt have the card I wanted. I left to go and get it and before I went back did some more research online. Thats when I found out that straight up the salesman lied to me. Pressure sales tactics and high energy are expected when buying a phone. Lies and deceit not so much. Not happy, never going back, if you go make sure you do your homework.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. I walked into the store, and told the greeter my issue. He didnt even check with anyone, and just simply said he couldnt fix my problem, and to call customer service. I went home to call Verizon customer service, to which they said You have to resolve this issue in the store, we cant do this over the phone. The person on the phone makes a note in the system for them to assist me. I go back down to the store, and after about 30 minutes of pointless waiting the same man greets me very rudely, and then tells me my issue is still not fixable. He didnt even go check with a manager! I left the store, went to the Fort Union location and had my issue resolved in 15 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Avoid this place like the plague!

I dont believe Ive ever had a more unpleasant experience at a Verizon store than I had here today. I wasnt even greeted when I walked in. Had to stand at the counter for a few minutes before I was finally acknowledged by a man who makes Ben Stein look like a wild and lively guy. The customer service associate that I dealt with lacked enthusiasm and seemed like hed rather be anywhere than at work, complete with eye rolls while working with me...a fellow associate thought it was a good idea to walk over and turn up his rock music during the transaction, which got way overwhelming, I had to actually ask that it be turned down to a tolerable level so I could think again...never will I go back. Canceled my purchase and left. Also, he tried to tell me, without even looking it up, that my iPhone trade in was only worth $68!! After taking it to another much friendlier and more knowledgeable Verizon location, it was over double that! Save your time and sanity, and find a store who knows what it means to take care of their customers and act like they actually value them. I went to the Fort Union location after leaving here and received stellar service. I hope whoever manages this store realizes that their employees are costing them money and losing sales, and instill some real customer service skills and professionalism in them, for the sake of their business.

This is the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to. They are rude, uncooperative and treat customers like its a privilege they are helping you. They screwed up my account so I cant call my sons phone and he cant call mine. Its been weeks and still no solution. Im here now and asked them to give me my phone so I can go to another location and they said, were not going to get your phone, you can wait 45 minutes for everyone on the list to get helped, then well walk in back and get your phone and hand it to you then so theyre basically holding me hostage for an hour just to pick up my phone and hand it to me. Dont ever go to the Draper, UT Verizon location, they dont give a rats _ _ _ about treating their customers well. The customer service and ability to resolve anything is beyond a joke. If I could leave Verizon right now - Id switch to any other carrier. Verizon over charges for everything, they have horrible plans and the coverage isnt as great as they would like us all to believe. Verizon is horrible!

This store used to have good management; no longer. My mother, a widow, went in to the store to review her bill, she was told by one of their salesmen that we dont have time to do that.. and then promptly sold her (2) cellular tablets she DID NOT need. Granted, my mother is not technologically saavy, and I was not able to go in to the store this time w/ her (trust me that will never happen again!) Watch out for greedy salesmen who care less about the customers needs!

Not quite the Verizon experience. Nice store but silly technical support. Something taken care of by another Verizon store (Sugarhouse location) with no problem wasnt even considered a problem at this location. Dont waste your time and go to a better Verizon store.

Beware! Unlimited data at Verizon doesnt mean you have data anytime you want it. After using so much data you are placed on a lower priority level, your devise will slow down, and you may not have access, or it may take forever to load! Why pay for unlimited data?

I am always skeptical to use one of these third party retailers since they are just trying to get the sale and they cant do everything a normal store could do. We went in here to trade our iphone for the promo value and get the 7. They told us that either way we would have to mail the phone in to Verizon even if we went to the actual Verizon store. So we ordered the phone there. We then when online to have the box sent to us to send in our phone but since we had an apple replacement, the id did not match up. Long story short, it was a headache and hassle trying to get this worked out until we finally just walked into an actual Verizon store. The actual Verizon store was able to take the trade in store and it was hassle free. So they lied to us and because of that, it made the experience way harder. I should have listened to my gut and not have gone in this store!

Draper Verizon was plenty good to me. I went in there with my wife because I was sick of paying for 4G with Sprint, and never getting it. I was actually a tougher sale. I had 4 lines to move over, and I told them if they wanted us, there could be no activation fees. Jordan Yeates, or sales guy gulped, looked at the manager standing on the other side of the counter, asked if we could do that. Manager said yes.I also needed 2 free phones that arent smart phones cuz I didnt want all 3 lines to have data plans. They dont do free non-smart phones. They rigged a way to do it because thats what I needed. Jordan rigged a deal using the rebates to make the 2 other phones free, and made it so all 4 lines kept their old Sprint numbers.Im quite pleased.Ron Morris American Consumer.

There is a high level of incompetence in red shirts walking around this store. Was told one thing and got another. Purchased a phone on a monthly plan and was told I could exchange for another at 12 months or pay the remainder of 12 months to get into a different phone. This is not the case with the phone I purchased which I was told. Normal business practice says you would honor what is said, but these turds look at you like an idiot with a blank face and wont own up to their mistake.Get a clue losers. 10+ lines for 19 years.

Just bad from start to finish. If it wasnt for customer service over the phone I would of been out $200. Their were clear notes on my accounts about what needed to be done but the sale woman and manager made no effort to help me after I told them I wasnt going to add a line to my policy and buy a new phone. In short I will never go back to this store.

No one checked me in when I walked in, and I wandered around looking for someone to help me for 5 or more minutes. When I was finally checked in and explained that all I wanted to do was exchange an incorrect charging cord for another (same brand, same price, receipt at the ready), I was told there were four other people ahead of me and I then waited another 40 minutes. To exchange a cord. That took two minutes to do. I get the first-come, first-served thing, but there is a point where you can take it too far.
