Good drinks little but of a wait but worth it

I am not a soda drinker...but this was pretty good. Lots of unique choices.

This past year I have discovered Swig drinks. Each one I have tried has been so good. This last time I tried The Fighter which is one of their refreshers. It was so good. The kids kept trying to snag a sip. It was a great alternative to wanting something a bit more than water but not as sugar filled as a soda. However the kids always beg for a cookie no matter what. Their sugar cookies are the bomb...... This was the first time I had been to the draper location. The drive through is a bit awkward to get to as the normal parking lot doesnt have open access to it. You have to drive all the way around another building access it. When I first started in the drive through line it was super long and I almost left. However I noticed how quick moving it was. They had a very fast an efficient process to get you through.

I have this page two times to get it right. I get time management is a priority, yet shouldnt customers be priority? I felt rushed through that place both times. I dont like to be rushed or feel rushed. Im courteous of others time as well. Just not good experience for Me each time.

Updated: This place always done a good job! They messed up my order and gave me a diet drink and they made it right super quick and were quick to apologize. I love how they handled the situation. Great customer service. One of the best Swigs around.I’m seriously addicted to the Do Gooder without coconut. I think I’ve got 2 other people addicted to it too. It’s seriously amazing!

Their fruit water is the best! So refreshing and without all the calories!

Visited this location a few months ago and the staff here really came through. We were in a rush to get a gift card but the lobby was closed and the drive thru had its usual line. So I called and they totally took care of us so we could get on our way quickly. Thank you!

Great soda flavors and combos, service is always super fast and I love that theres a drive thru. My favorite is the Lifes a Peach but I also love trying new flavors, nothing at Swig disappoints :)

Cookies and drinks were eh at best. My kids only wanted some of my drink to get the taste of the cookies out of their mouths. I wish I was kidding.

My kids raved about it. We went for a last day of school treat. I like that they could leave out the third flavor in what I ordered. It seemed, reading the menu that most of their drinks have two ingredients I like and one that I dont. One star off for way too much sugar.

Last Saturday my husband stopped at the West Draper Swig to grab drinks. 2 of 3 ended up incorrect (but totally stuff people would enjoy drinking) I went back down a little later with a neighbor and told Alexis or Alexa (employee) what had happened and she happily apologized and had my 2 drinks re-made while we were there. She’s awesome! She handled the situation like a pro with a smile on her face. Totally appreciated her attitude and fun personality! Thank you for having her as an employee. Swig is a daily stop for myself 😊

I love swig! But this one smells really weird. You might want to stick to the drive thru.But their staff is super friendly, their creations are delicious, and the price won’t break the bank. They have lots of sugar free options and you can’t beat the cookies.If they fix the smell, it’ll be 5 stars.

Amazing. We miss Swig so much. Everytime we are back in Utah it is one of our first stops!

My husband really loves their sugar cookie and I enjoyed the Loop-T-Loop soda. This place is so clean and the decorations are fun. Love the USA Map on the wall. Lots of choices for dirty soda flavors and cookies. Coming back here. #lfthx

Hello Summer. I went with the beach babe and peanut butter cookie and it was fantastic. Pretty quick service and gotta get the summer drink on.

What is the point of ordering online. We had to wait in the drive thru to pick up our order. The soda was delicious on a positive note.

I have yet to find a swig I havent liked. Friendly, delicious, and very helpful. Rarely have a had them mess up my order, but if they do they fix it. They fix it quickly, without argument.

Always a good choice to fulfill any sweet or drink craving! The staff is always so friendly and I cant remember a time that my order has ever been wrong. Everything we have chosen has been delicious! Cant wait for one to open closer to home!

Good stuff! I really want to try their butterbeer if I go back. I missed it because it was on the kids menu, but I would definitely get that. XD

Drinks here are delicious!!! The staff have always been helpful. I cannot give it 5 stars though. Ive been to multiple locations and the cup has been sticky every time I get my drink. I HATE HAVING STICKY HANDS!

Im a huge swig fan. It is my go to drive thru mixed soda spot because they serve it with a smile. Im a huge nugget ice fan but their cylindrical ice cubes actually keep my drinks cold for longer so now theyre my favorite. They have a great location too. I do wish their parking lot was a bit bigger for times when its busy.

This was my first time at swig. I got the raspberry soda and it was pretty good. I think there was coconut in there. I also got the pumpkin cookie with icing on it. It was pretty good, I hope that they are also able to heat up the cookies.

Always friendly staff here and tastey drinks and treats. The lines are long some times of the day, but they are good and getting through everyone quickly.

Best sugar cookie ever! Love the new shimmer, makes the drink so pretty and fun!

Swig employees always seem sweet, but at this location they seemed extra bubbly! (soda humor) Cant beat the dirty DC but my kids also love the tiny turtle and hard candy with Sprite zero. Also the raspberry scone is SO good. I am not a big cookie person, but these scones are going to be a problem.

Swig is our favorite because their drinks are never watery and diluted. They have a plethora of syrups that you can choose from to create a great drink experience. Also I have tried many of their cookies and they are cooked perfectly. Their sugar cookies have a perfect frosting to cookie ratio. Service is always pleasant here as well. Love Swing n Sweets and recommend it to everyone.

A good location since it’s close to the freeway, and the kids working there were really nice! The cookies are soooo yummy and I just tried a raspberry white chocolate scone for the first time today, and it was delish!! So soft and just the right amount of sweet! They also have a drive thru which is awesome!

I always get a strawberry breeze, BUT it’s always filled with too much ice so i feel like i’m paying over $2 for a cup of ice. don’t get me wrong, i love swig, but soooo much ice all the time

Takes 30 minutes to get a soda & cookie.

Huge variety of soda options and flavors. The styrofoam cups and pebble ice keep my drink cold for hours. My only complaint is the pricing if you want just a plain regular soda. Its twice the price of any fast food restaurant for the simple sodas.

I dont think I got the best drink but they have so many things on their menu it is hard to know what Ill like the best but the sugar cookie was 🤤. Also for someone that doesnt go to swig often it would be nice to have a menu board (even a hand held one) where you place your order(this time I placed it at the window) because by the time I ordered I had forgotten the name of the drink I was going to try 😂. One more suggestion the drive thru entrance should be better marked I wasnt sure I was in the drive thru line for swig or something else for a minute.

I got the Texas one and it’s so good for vanilla lovers!! Also the pumpkin cookie has the frosting so I would pick that one!

Cookies are good for the price and we love that they have fruit purees to add to soda.

The staff are great! Always a pleasure to see them. Even when lines are long they are happy and getting through the line quickly. Drinks are pretty great too!

Amazing. All employees are so nice and sweet. I get a pretty complicated drink but they always make it perfectly and never complain. There are no words to describe how nice everyone here is. I go almost everyday more for the service and experience than for the drinks. Although the drinks are amazing! Honestly best soda shop in Utah. So many choices to customize your drink to exactly what you want.

I refer to Swig the Mormon Bar. I dont care if my kids go here to drink! And you wont either! Great place for teens to meet after a game. Or drive through. My son worked here for a while because he loved the drinks. It was a fun soda-jerk job.

On a hot day theres nothing better than a Swig of my favorite drink Beach Babe! Only issue today was that the wait in line was awful. That cant really be helped though and the wait made it that much better! Always friendly staff and reasonable prices to help quench that thirst.

I decided to test out the mobile order app. I do not recommend it. It took 30 minutes at this location to get my order. I kept seeing people drive around order and leave. I even rechecked in. It was extremely disappointing. The staff was very unhelpful as well. I was super sad because I am a big swig fan but 30 minutes to get a drink and cookie. No thank you.

I love swig and the employees at this location are awesome! The only thing i dont understand is why they have the employees stand outside instead of using the window by the menu. Sometimes the employee will try to take your order way before youve looked at the menu, which is hard if you arent familiar with it. Otherwise, love this place!

This place is the best! Always so fast even when the line is long! Love their social sugar cookies because my kids always want a cookie but always wast a big one so the social size is perfect!

The heartbreaker has become my husbands new favorite drink. And no matter how long the line, it moves fast.

I dont like the new Swig and miss the old version. I use to come here 2-3 times a week with a souvenir cup, but Ive stopped since they reduced their menu options and jacked up their prices. I hope they find that those changes were a bad idea and have the wisdom to correct it.The drinks are usually really good as long as they put enough shots/flavor in them, which they dont always do, and dont put too much ice, which they always do! I recommend asking for light ice or even extra light ice or else theyll fill the cup 3/4 or more full of ice.I also got a cookie here once, I believe it was $2.68, and it was frozen. When I went back in to ask about it, they said they come like that and to let it thaw. I was still confused about receiving a frozen cookie but thought I would give it a try. It tasted fine, but if Im going to pay that much for a medium-sized cookie, I would prefer it be warm and soft. So if I want a cookie, Ill go next door and get 3 from subway and pay half the price.

Ummm!! This location is the best! I travel around the valley and frequently stop at different locations. This one is by far the best!Today I wanted something new and different. Well I was given a reviver “weekender” which was amazing, and refreshing. Something new!What also made this experience, was I am not a fan of coconut, which one girl put extra b/c I always ask for more cream! But the other girl was like noooo not the coconut one! Knowing that the people inside know customers is amazing!I will be a fan for a long time! Thanks for making my drink/day!
