If I could do zero stars I would! My husband and I needed matching costumes for a party. They only had one costume that was my husbands size that could be a matching set so it’s the one I got. When I got home he didn’t feel like he’d be comfortable in the costume I got so I went back and tried to return them. We hadn’t even tried them on or taken them out of the packaging and Spirit Halloween refused to refund or even exchange them!!! No question, no explanation just, “our system won’t let me”. I will NEVER step foot inside this store again and will tell everyone I know that they don’t deserve their business! That’s a completely wasted $140.00!!!

3/4 doors were locked when I arrived, so I thought they were closed during business hours. When I left the same doors had been unlocked, so it was just missed. Once I made my way inside, the store was more chaotic and messy than other locations. However the staff was super friendly and nice.
