In-N-Out burger is excellent, juicy, tasty, yummy burger as always. I came around lunch time on a week day and that may have contributed to why my order took a bit longer than usual. It could be the line on the pick-up window since the place is only about a quarter full. Or it could be the lack of crews. Regardless, the crews still did their best and prepared a consistent, delicious burger. I could easily give In-N-Out Burger 5stars but for this location, Im leaving 1star out for speed and cleanliness/maintenance of the place. Its not filthy but not as clean as other locations Ive been.

In-In-Out Burger is a classic and is always delicious. The service is always fast, always accurate, and they have the best fast food burger around. Not everyone is a fan of their fries, but if you order the “extra toast” they cook them a bit longer and they’ll be a little crispier. I like to order my burger animal style (pickles, grilled onions, burger cooked in mustard) as well as extra toast (they toast the bun). Always a great fast food burger.

Best in west, as simple as that. Cheap, quick and mind-blowingly tasty. Long love to the In-N-Out family.

Tastes good and fresh, price is perfect, and the service is just professional.Whenever my wife is not in a mood for cooking, this becomes a perfect alternative for our family.Especially, My recommendation Is I really enjoy the protein style to avoid too much carb.Love this place!

Its always a pleasure to go here where the food is consistently yummy & the staff is full of smiles & ready to help any way that may be needed. This location can be a bit tricky to get to (from the freeway) due to the Drive-U but is well worth any inconvenience you may have with that. I highly recommend it! A cheeseburger with everything & the onions grilled (as opposed to raw) is my favorite. Just the right size & the fresh produce is always a plus!

My sisters and I have never tried In N Out Burger prior to today. We stopped at the Draper location and the young gentleman (I think his name was Michael) taking our order was super helpful and very polite. The line was fairly long but the wait was not. We were expecting poor quality food for the price BUT, the burgers were delicious and I would gladly visit again. Thank you for the food from travelers from Montana!!

Classic burger experience. I’m so glad these franchised out of Southern California so I could enjoy it in other locations. Friendly service, quick lines, great food. And their prices have stayed steady.

They have a small menu with only burgers. The burgers are pretty good.

Good quality food and Ive never ever had my order wrong when coming here. Staff is always friendly as well. Only downside is the line for the drive-thru. Wraps all the way around the building and sometimes it just isnt worth it to wait that long. Otherwise if you have a few minutes to spare it is a solid choice.

Can’t go wrong with in n out. Animal style fries were crispy and extremely tasty. The burger was incredible. Was extremely delighted when I discovered that there was an in n out in Salt Lake City, UT.

If youve never tried in&out, do it. Do it right. Do it right now. Full slices of onions on their hamburgers and they build it the way you ask them to. It is a company that wants longevity from their employees and provides the incentives to accomplish that. I know this just by talking with a few of their employees across the west. Go, gone, go right now. They are Christian as well.

Honestly dont know who would read a review for In-N-Out Burger, but alright.... the fries are crunchy, but not a hard crunch, a very delicate crunch (if youd even call it that) with a clean olive oil taste. The burgers 🍔 are great too. The cheese is melted on the burger as it cooks and tastes similar to a Whitecastle, but larger obviously. The grilled onions are optional. Theres a reason the drive through lines are always so long. Its good food. For the one person out there who hasnt tried it, and is reading this review...get a life. But seriously just try it.

This used to be a good burger joint but after visiting it this weekend. We’ll never eat there again. Because the management treats their employees and customers with no regard to their health and well being by allowing them to work with no masks in a highly transmissible zone as Draper. It’s obvious they cut corners on other cleaning and disinfecting standards. To bad. We used to eat there all the time.

I rarely eat In N Out burger but look forward to it from time to time. I purchased today from this location and my burger was so raw I couldnt even eat it. Disgusting!! I mean I know they are busy and try to get food out fast, but at least drop the meat on the grill for a couple minutes. I had the same experience last time I ate here. Maybe you have to ask them to cook the meat when you order? Is that a thing???

Good burbger. Many of their items are off menu. Fries are freshly cut. They rarely mess up your order if you and will go to the exact. Absolute classic place to eat and would go there again. Although their shakes are a little expensive and extremely thick, that wont let me not enjoy their food.

As always, they were very busy with a line of cars leading to the drive thru. The efficiency of their team, from the young guy taking your order while youre waiting in line to the young lady handing you your order at the window I find it all quite amazing. Why cant other establishments do as well?When I was able to stop in a nice shady spot to eat I reflected on how well their system works and how nice all of the people are that works there. And then I enjoyed what they had prepared for me. It really is what a hamburger is all about. It was hot and delicious and I actually enjoyed every bite!Thank you to all of the people who work at In-and-Out.

An insanely busy Saturday night and an insanely efficient and friendly staff. Exactly what I love about in n out. Kailey Li took my order and greeted my friends and I with a smile and a welcoming hello.

On the whole Id say the food here is pretty mediocre. Not terrible, but nothing really special. Not a huge fan of their fries though. I think this place is so popular because of how cheap it is. And sometimes you just want cheap, quick food. Cant say its a place Id frequent, but I could see it being useful if youre out on the road for a long time.

Staff was as nice as you could ask for and a great burger.

The place was packed, the wait was long. There wasnt really anywhere to sit, had to breakup my party of 5 into 3 tables. The food wasnt really fast food. My burger was a little too greasy for my liking. The food came out hot though, which is a plus considering how long we waited for it. My 4yo only wanted fries and ate them all which is a first so I guess thats a good thing. The staff is nice and the place is clean considering how jam packed it was. Overall Ill probably return, this was my first time eating at In & Out

In-N-Out has become one of my favorite restaurants. The first time I tried it I didnt see the hype (years ago) but now I realize that, yes, while its a hamburger, the ingredients are so fresh! And the secret menu items are really game changers. And it is the only fast food restaurant I could go to on Whole30 - double meat, no cheese, whole grilled onion, mustard instead of spread, protein style (lettuce wrapped). It was a lifesaver! And when not on Whole30 I still usually get protein style, whole grilled onion, etc. But then I get their french fries light well - they are a little undercooked IMO so light well means they will cook them slightly longer giving them a nice crisp - but well is overcooked. Try it next time. Youre welcome.

When you don’t go frequently… just a good ol double cheeseburger n fries satisfies that need.

Never disappointed, could do with a little variation in their fries, but if you make them animal style you don’t have to worry about that. It’s hard to beat a double double with a strawberry milkshake. Great job in-n-out. You’ve created a unique taste that holds true whether you’re in California or anywhere else you can find your place on the West Coast.

They got my order right at every point until the end. They confirmed that I ordered ketchup packets three times only to leave them out. The fries were obviously freezer burned by the way they were dry and stale. Burger tasted good though. I would describe it as a mix between McDonalds and Sonic.

Very slow for time of day but good food as always.

There are a lot of places to get exceptional burgers, fries, and shakes in Salt Lake. In-N-Out isnt one of them. The quality is on par with other fast food chains, as are the prices. Despite the limitations, its insanely popular and consequently, your wait will be much longer than almost any alternative. I just cant recommend them based on the slow service times, and average quaily and value.

Had a great 3by3 for my birthday lunch. It was delicious and fresh. The staff was very nice but the location was very busy. My only issue was not being able to get some extra napkins.

This is my local in and out. Normally they are on par with in and out quality. Tonight was another story. First of all I waited in a relatively short line for 30 minutes to get my food which is understandable. Gave me my soda without the lid being on therefor resulting in the spilling soda all over my car. I’m willing to look over that because I’m hungry and tired and I just wanna go home. Then I get home and finish my burger which was good, halfway through my animal fries I found one of the employees long hairs in my food. Thanks for nothing in and out your shift was trash tonight and I won’t be coming back for a while.

I love to eat. I like fast food, casual and fine dining. When I think of my list of fast food restaurants In-N-Out is always at or near the top of my list. The menu is simple. Yet they are very accommodating to make their menu into whatever you’d like, I.e, their secret menu.The food always meets expectations and is consistently fresh and consistent. But where In-N-Out really shines is with there service. Always very well trained, and well managed staff. A must for those looking for a great fast food burger experience! Stop in and order a shake too!

They were professional and polite. Double checking to see if I wanted an onion in my sandwich. Super busy late on a christmas eve, but everyone was energetic and cooperative. I was surprised however when I wished the worker a merry Christmas and they didnt say thank you or return the sentiment. Just ignored it - twice. Ive experienced this with multiple establishments this year. Even if they dont celebrate Christmas if someone wished me a happy Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or Easter or new years or Chinese new years or whatever, Id feel grateful to be included in their good cheer and return the sentiment even if it was something i had never before celebrated. Now more than ever our world needs this kind of inclusiveness. I dont know if employees have been instructed to not respond to or offer holiday greetings but given that they ignored me twice it made me question. If so, huge mistake in my opinion.
