Fun activity, then after class youre given a coupon to spend in the store!

Chef Chris Moore and Chef Milton are the BEST!!! They were engaging, knowledgeable and best of all FUN!!! I would recommend taking a cooking class or booking a private event with them to everyone!!!Cant wait to take another class with them soon!!!

Great store for cooking utensils and appliances. Staff is amazing and love the sales. Found amazing aprons for gifts.

Working there when the store opened was a horrible experience. I learned so much negativity about the company. It was also unsafe and I was injured once with a few close calls. Many unethical things going on. As a shopper, they just canceled my kids week long cooking class 2 days before Xmas. I’m giving a star because the merchandise is good. I only shop there online though, and only when I can’t buy the product at their competitors. I also don’t like their policy of breaking returned merchandise and throwing in the trash. How wasteful for our environment!It’s constant chaos and disarray at the Dublin location. I can’t say Walnut Creek was much better. So again, I’ve purchased there when I’m looking for something particular. Otherwise amazon usually has the same exact prices and Williams Sonoma has mostly the same merchandise very close or same price.

Not much to complain about with the store itself. Where else would I go to get high end professional bakeware?However, the woman that work there have shown noticeable attitude when I ask for the professional discount. I get it, I usually come in on my days off wearing workout clothes and my standard beard. But I assure you, Im in the industry. For many years. Ive also spent quite a bit at Sur La Table.My experience has made me question whether I should try Williams Sonoma even though I would prefer Sur La Table.

Cooking class here was cool. Instructor was friendly and answered questions. Loses a star though because the plug in invection stoves didnt work.

High-end kitchen store with very high prices. Mostly good quality stuff. Their cooking classes are pretty good but also a bit expensive

I usually am a big fan of Sur La Table. Their classes are a blast and no dishes is the best! We have even chose them for our wedding registry and this is the one part ive had difficult with. I make 3 calls and finally asked for a manager. issue was resolved and registry reflected what was purchased and friend was not over charged. Only real reason Im giving 4 vs 5 stars is because their customer service has been harder to work with than Ive experienced.

I find the sales team helpful and knowledgeable.

Parking here was a hassle, adding about 15 minutes to the trip. Dont drive here if you go.
