This store was closed for quite a while. However it has come back in a big way. Lots of great merchandise in many colors, it would make Joseph jealous. Prices are competitive. The fabric department is without equal in the TriCity area. You owe it to yourself to visit this recently remolded store.

The store was totally refurbished a few years ago and is pretty nice. All the stock was in place and well laid out.

Beautiful store. Tons of options. Horrible customer service. The guy who helped cut the fabric was condescending and passive aggressive. Not friendly or helpful. He also told us we had to check in for fabric on the computer even though there was no line, yet told another lady she did not. Manager who was working cashier up front also extremely rude. A lady walked in to pick up a order but was unsure exactly what she ordered (which she could of just been picking up for a friend, her mom, her grandma..etc) and was so rude to her. She was snippity with us while checking out as well. Really quite unfortunate because the store is great but we wanted to get out as fast as possible because of the vibes of the employees. Be kind and have patience!!

This Joanns takes it to another level. The remodel makes it much brighter and everything is super organized and I feel like there are more options now.

Normally there is great service and there is no problem. I’m always allowed to use the coupons that I bring.This time the cashier was very rude and condescending about coupons. She told me I had to download the app to use the coupons. App took forever to download. Then told me none of the coupons could be used.She also said I could not use the coupon that I had brought with me from my last purchase. All around not friendly at all :,(

I have called 4 other Joanns to locate a specific fabric. Some of them had what I needed, but didnt want to put in the extra effort to verify the size available. Heather at the Dublin location went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate great customer service. It doesnt go unnoticed.Thank you Heather, for all of your help :-)

I love this store. Great deals today. With the heatwave and fires its quite a treat to step into this store and get some burlap for my plants so they dont get burned by the sun. I always find other items to keep the creativity going. Thanks Joannes fabrics. Staff was friendly too.

This store is the best one you can go to! JT is amazing and is so helpful! I wanted a fabric that was online and she helped us look literally around the entire store and back. The Dublin store has been recently remodelled with some great new features. Better store appearance, tables and lighting. Its a fun place to shop. Some of the store personnel are very helpful but some employees can be quite rude.

This location is finally re-open, and it is amazing! The entire store has been completely renovated, everything is so shiny and new! There are multiple cutting counters right in the center in a nice big open area, it really feels welcoming. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!

Very friendly staff, quiet and we found everything we needed for our arts and crafts project. More expensive than getting it online. But its nice being able to get inspired by different projects one can start and having the instant gratification of getting it then and there.

Bad service at the cutting table. People after me got waited on even I put my name in the computer before them. I was told that my name was not in there. I had one little thing to get cut. I walked out so I did not spend any money there and I will tell my friends not to go there or any of the Joann’s.

Clean and has more sewing machines and art and craft materials than San Leandro. Always shop with coupons via apps or print out else it can be expensive.

If it wasnt for the fact that they have a good selection of fabric I would never come back. The staff are so rude and act like theyre doing you a favor if they help you at all. Li was especially rude and its people like that who shouldnt be in the customer service industry to begin with.

Service was great, but because of huge global demand and dwindling supply youre gonna wanna get in and get what you need while you can.

The 2 reviews posted in the last three weeks are wrong!! I hope Google will review them or ask the posters to correct their info as I’m sure they have the wrong location in mind. The Dublin store, as of four days ago at least, is still closed. CLOSED CLOSED. Orange notices all over the front along with some other legal notices not to enter not safe etc. etc. The construction was not finished yet as of three days ago

It took the cutting table clerk 15 scissor cuts to get across 20” of fabric! Not one employee seemed to have any knowledge of sewing. Oh and the kiosk to sign in for fabric cutting when the clerk is standing there waiting for you to sign in so she can be allowed to cut your fabric. No patience for Joann corporate—online shopping for me and NOT at Joann!

Clean well organized store. Aisle labels truly accurate. Large selection of what we came for, and reasonable prices lead to us leaving with more than we had planned and happy about it. Will return

The wait at the fabric cutting table can be long, but the ladies who do cut are well-versed and do answering your sewing questions if you ask. This Jo-Anns has large fabric selections in terms of Fleece, cottons, licensed childrens (Star Wars, Hello Kitty and Disney) and Home Decor. This place also has one whole aisle dedicated to clearance fabric which if you can hit one of Joanns Red Tag 50% off clearance /remnant sales you can get some great quality fabric cheap with a little digging. As for the rest of the store, there is a Custom Framing Shop and a sewing machine store selling high-end machines besides the stores cheap Singers, next to fabric cutting table area that I have never seen anyone use either service.

Last time I was there it was still permently closed. The roof caved in several months ago, didnt seem like it was even being repaired? Very dissapointed as this was a great Joanns to shop at, before the roof caved in.

This stores always clean, organized & the staff are very helpful & super nice! (A special shout out to the lady that gave me 411 on getting the most bang for the buck with their coupons). Most visits were short & sweet since they do a pretty good job keeping lines moving. Only twice did i have a long wait to check out (1yr+ ago) & since then I havent run into issues.They have a great selection of fabrics, yarn, ribbon - sewing & crocheting materials. Also a good amount of scrapbooking supplies & jewelry. The only reason I cant give them a 5th⭐-- theyre limited in art supplies. I needed pastel chalk. They had it online, but not in store. So I had to go all the way across town, to the other craft store - 👎

I am starting to be very disappointed with Joanns in Dublin. When they first moved to the new location things were pretty good. The last several months have been disappointing. The last couple weeks the store looks really messy. Things thrown all over on the shelves for one. The scrapbook area looks horrible. For several weeks there have been very empty sections. They also are supposed to have Teresa Collins product in but it is just now showing up and very empty looking. Some of the people working there arent very pleasant either. There are a few nice cashiers at least.

Ghost town. Unhelped customers wandering around with blank looks. The one person who looked like she might belong said she was there to teach a class but didnt work for the store. Finally found my item. Then, an enormous unmovable checkout line. One cashier, who hadnt made progress on completing a return in ten minutes. I walked back to the shelf, replaced my item, and went to Hobby Lobby. Id rather give my money to a bigoted corporation than be subjected to the torture that is Joannes in Dublin.

This store has an impressive selection of fabrics in every color and material. I needed plum colored thread and was able to find an exact match.

Pick up hours during shut down are 11-6. You wait in a line of cars that wraps behind a nearby building and then call when youre close to the front.

Quick..in and out for one item usually not the case but a plesasnt experience.

As long as you arent going for cut fabric its a pretty good store. The fabric table is always crazy busy. This could be true for all Joanns though.

I visited this store today (5pm) and I went into the bead area. When I got to the area there was a sales person on the isle stocking. She did not smile or greet me. I stood looking at beads and she passed me twice and hit my purse. She did not even say excuse me or Im sorry. I could excuse once but twice was a bit much. I stayed quiet although she had made me angry. When I went to pay for me items I asked the person who she was and I described her and the person behind the counter said that she was a manager. I then told her what happened and told her that she is RUDE.

Havent sewn for 20 yrs, Senior here...:) SO, decided to start again, Received so much help and direction, and spent hours there, even shoppers were helpful as well, wish they were close to me, quite the trip, but it was worth it > Thanks to all the great employees, YOU MADE MY DAY :) and i am forever grateful, now you are my STORE go to..:)

Teri/Terry the manager has the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Lying, scamming, horrible person. Its no wonder people would rather go to Hobby Lobby than to deal with a neanderthal like this woman. Kept telling my fiance the items we purchased the day before is not from the store and then decides to give us the lowest price possible for a return. I hope this company burns to the ground with her in it.
