Some staff is super helpful, others, not so much.

The very first time I’ve ever shopped in this Sally’s (olds sawmill square 7648 sawmill rd) and not been completely harassed and made to feel extremely uncomfortable.. for once a pleasant shop experience here. Idk his name but it was transaction 9747 on 11/14/2020 at 12:07pm. Thx for being a great help and not harassing customers. ❤️

The employees are super nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name, but the women with pink hair (lol sorry) was so nice and helped me pick out the exact products I needed for my specific situation. So yea, she definitely deserves a raise!

Everything you need for your hair, Nails even cosmetics all at tremendous savings. They would have gotten 5 stars but you cannot depend on the sales staff to accurately answer your problems before making a purchase. They are friendly but not as knowledgeable as you would think for being a beauty supply Center. I usually go online to see what products I want and look at the answered information by customers to narrow down my selection before I go into the store. Because Im a frequent Shopper I know who to ask and who not to. But I wouldnt go anywhere else. Everything is displayed very well and stock is always full.

Great products. But the staff, are rude and condescending. Bought over 200$ in product and curling wand, and both cashiers were talking about my daughter and I. Loud enough for us to hear as we were the only occupants in the store. All because I asked if I could leave something at the counter. I will go to. Bethel Rd, before I ever return to this location. Upper management needs to take a good look at their employees.
