I really, really appreciated PATTY helping me after I screwed up my on line order for a gift card for our daughter. Our daughter is in Dublin, we are in Texas and I had been doing some heavy duty on line shopping. When I realized I had made a big mistake I called the Dublin store and Patty got the call.
