I dont wash my clothes at laundromats often, but sometimes I have something a little too large and its time to go to the laundromat.There are a few things that set Ducky Wash and Dry apart for me.A simple one is that the front door is motion sensor and opens sideways. No clumsy reaching for a door or having the door swing into you.The place is clean, comfortable and there are a few tables where you (or a kiddo) can sit. On site vending of food and drinks, too.One thing that caught me by surprise was the offering of actual wash and fold services. That may make sense to me in the future.When it comes to comforters however, Im usually trying to have back on the bed the same day.Its clearly owned by someone who takes pride in the business.

So clean & friendly helpful service makes washing a practical choice!

DRYERS LINT FILTERS ARE NOT CLEANED DOING DAILY OPERATIONS. WHICH MEANS THAT YOUR CLOTHES NEVER GETS DRIED. WITHOUT SPENDING A FREAKING FORTUNE. THATS NOT FAIR TO THE PEOPLE Especially when trying to support your local. You BLEEDING THE PEOPLE THAT IS TRYING TO SUPPORT YOU !!!!!!!!!!!

This little place has it all. Good washing machines, in fact they just added some new ones. Driers are a little pricey but they work good. The ladies that tend the wash and fold are always nice but I have not seen them in a while. I like that they have benches inside because I always bring my kids with me, they can sit and play on the phone or eat a snack. I notice their vending machines have a lot of expired items, maybe change the old items, my kids like to buy a little something when we are there.Thank you because is a clean place and I feel comfortable coming here to do my laundry.

First time washing here. Needed to wash some king size comforters and they have large washers. Washed them in about 25 minutes. Drying took longer...Two of the large dryers werent labeled they were out of service and it was a good thing I noticed that the lights werent displayed on the panel or I would have lost some quarters. At any rate, didnt have any issues with the machines I used during this visit.There was no attendant on-site which was disappointing. I went when they opened at 7AM and it was just me and another customer at first. He wasnt wearing a mask, which is upsetting but I wasnt going to say anything to him with no one else around. I was wearing mine and I was nowhere near him so I left him alone. Someone else who I thought was the attendant came in and sat down to eat his breakfast then left. He didnt come back to do laundry. The laundromat was clean but I expected it to be first thing.

Please consider upgrading your machines.Credit card and Apple pay are the standard.Prices match laundromats in the city (of San Francisco) but quality does not.Cons: outdated equipment, inefficient dryers.Pros: automatic doors, parking.

I just moved to Dublin and while calling around looking for a wash n fold/laundry service I found this place. My first visit I was met by Margarita, a super sweet lady who showed me how all the machines worked. Very high-end washers, and lots of them. Squeaky clean inside and out, and surprisingly great price. Great neighborhood and all around great experience. Highly recommend.

Very clean and worker at night (closing) is very professional and helpful with a friendly additude.

It was decent. Everything worked properly. Dryer takes forever to dry clothes.

I have been using Ducky for over 6 months now after moving into an apartment with no laundry and the wonderful ladies who run this place are God sent. They are all very nice and friendly. Also they do an amazing job of WASH AND FOLD. $1.50 a pound. Everything is professionally folded and packed. Working hours are great. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to drop off my laundry. The laundromat always looks clean and well maintained although I have never done my own laundry.

Clean nice space with very friendly/helpful owner/staff! Needed to use just the dyer as home dryer broke down unexpectedly. Dryer was very heavy duty and dried in flat 20 min ( $1) . Nice baskets to carry the load around. Very convenient. Thanks !!

2/3 of the washer machines I used didn’t take the detergent I put in ... waste of time and money and detergent

Clean place to do laundry

While on an extended vacation and unwilling to pack for two weeks, I went to the local laundromat. Ducky Wash is a Clean place, good equipment but awful attitude by one of the assistants! I requested if they would please clean the lint from a dryer and in no uncertain terms was told they would not clean it as they only do it every night! How difficult would this simple request from a paying customer have been! While in the past those that have to come have little choice and with no means to communicate to a wide audience, today the bad service gets communicated widely and quickly resulting in a loss of business!

Won’t be going back. Last wash is at 9 the attendant comes in 5 minutes before and allows a woman to continue her 30 minutes dry cycle. Unfortunately this courtesy was not extended to us knowing it would’ve only taken 15 minutes to dry our clothes. Very upsetting and frustrating having to be forced to find a place 30 minutes across town to dry your clothes. The worst experience. I’ve never been to a laundry mat that won’t allow you to finish up as long as you were in and your last wash was submitted by 9. Sad when your own people don’t want to help you out. Find somewhere else if you’re reading this.

Very nice. Clean place they only need more heavy loading washers. If not mistaking they only have 4. Other than that, it is very nice place to do your laundry.

Charming, friendly and helpful staff always have time to stop and chat while my socks go round and round. Great place!

Clean, well-lit interior. Machines all in working order. A wash in November 2014 is $2.75. Driers are large load and cost $0.25 per 6 minutes.

Not sure, im using the $2.75 machine and it doesnt look like its using enough water.. its 4 min into the load and not all my clothes are wet.. checked on clothes again, its on rinse cycle and i still dont see enough water... one star for now cuz the place is clean and plenty of available machines. Ill rate again after i see the washed clothes, did they come clean using very little water?????! 12 mins left, on rinse cycle again and finally i can see water running down the door glass.. why didnt i see it during the wash cycle???? 9 min left and its on spin cycle... my review is based on the machine,, two stars cuz of the lack of water it uses,, 5 stars for the place itself.. i wouldnt recommend these $2.75 side load ones to use, and if i come back id use a top load.. well Ill have to take that back, clothes got cleaned,.. One quarter for 5 min.. clothes got dried in 15 min. Took one hr to wash and dry.. Yes Ill give 5 stars to Ducky Wash & Dry.. why?? Because its a 5 star laundry mat, not the best but a pretty darn nice one.. thank you Ducky

Someone always on staff, clean, good prices.

Nice set up, tends to get a little dirty late at night (all due to the customers, the management has cleaning service and looks like they try to keep it clean when staff are present).

It has been a long time since I had to use a laudrymat. The place was clean and the woman who worked their was very helpful and friendly.

I like this place. There is a friendly person working who is happy to answer any questions. It is clean and has plenty of tables and carts.
