Sarah and Robin are so friendly and they advise based on our need. For last 5 years I go to Sawmill Target for mine and family glasses and always love to go there till Sarah and Robin there to get best glasses for us.

My experience at Target Optical through Razzano was great! I greatly appreciated that the opthamologist noticed that I was curious about the science behind the actions she was performing. She then began explaining in detail every aspect of the eye exam as we went along. This relaxed me in the chair and also kept me invested in the exam. If this is the experience that most people will receive Id highly recommend it because you will leave your eye exam smarter and better prepared for the next one. I will be back many times over and I have to say Target Optical has very reasonable pricing on their glasses and frames.

I purchased my glasses at the Sawmill Rd location and dealt with Robin. She was amazing in her knowledge of glasses and what works best with peoples faces. I cant wait to get them on my face!!!!

Robin took very good care of me. She goes the extra mile as she had to actually call my insurance company to get my benefits. She is helpful yet professional and makes you feel comfortable with her suggestions.

Both the Eye Doctor and Associate were very knowledgeable, professional and patient. They look out for your best interest, is not pushy or try to up sale you on something you dont need. Returning to Target Optical is like visiting an old friend, always good to visit for awhile.

The optician was nice and the lady who fitted me was nice but the wait is RIDICULOUS we were there for a long time! I called today and they are short staffed and can’t tell me if my glasses are in. Amy said she would call me back but never did. I called back at noon only to be told she was sorry and they are busy and short staffed she was nice but I don’t care about your staffing issues I need my glasses I CANNOT see!!! I’m trying to be patient but I will not be returning to Target for my other glasses just give me my script! I’m too busy to be waiting hours and hours! Stop taking so many appointments if you cannot handle it!

I am very pleased with the service provided at the Target Optical Sawmill Road location. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I received a reminder of my appointment in advance. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Crawford was excellent, explained the whole process and gave important educational information about my eye health and care. The staff helped narrow down the choices of the proper eyewear from the hundred of available frames in the store. I was notified immediately when my glasses were available and the pick up was a breeze. I highly recommend this clinic for your eye care needs.

Robin has always been a tremendous help and has such patience! She is not satisfied with the foot of my glasses until I am. Will definitely continue to patronize Target Optical-Dublin, Ohio!

I’m really impressed with Target’s optical department. Up until recently I had no idea it existed. I’d put it on par or better than Costco or Walmart.I would go back again.

I had recently been to this place for buying pair of glasses. Robin (the lady who was always there during all my 3 visits) was great! Even though she is attending other customers she will keep you engaged as you are browsing different frames. I even saw that she spent 20-30 minutes with a customer who already decided that she(customer) will not buy a new pair this time. Robin calmly answered all questions from her and also provided some info to get some coupons. But she never forgot about me still looking for my glass. She even stayed late to help me decide on the right pair and then finished all documentations. I will recommend this place 100% especially for such a helpful stuff!! Kudos to you Robin!!

Workers are very nice but they never answer their phones! And Ive called 5 times today no answer and earlier today I called in to place a order for contacts and she said she would call back so I dont have to hold and she never did

Let me start by saying this was the BEST experience I have ever had! Dr. Rochelle, Robin and Cheryl were amazing! I originally made an appointment for my boyfriend and decided heck why not make one for myself. To my surprise, it was actually well overdue. Dr. Rochelle, is so sweet and so knowledgeable. Robin and Cheryl have sparkling personalities and are completely down to earth! This office is 30 mins from my apartment but I will only visit them from here on out! The customer service alone is definitely worth the drive. Please go and check these ladies out. You will not only walk away feeling sexy, but enjoy every moment spent in the office. The lady staffed at this Target Opticals, Robin Wolfe, went above and beyond in assisting my purchase for glasses, prescription sunglasses, and contacts. Despite nearing closing time, she gave me plenty of time to browse/choose/try on and willingly walked me through step by step in how to get the most out of my benefits and available Target deals (amazing math skills). She gave very helpful and tasteful input on which frames complemented my face shape and for accentuating my eyes, brows, and lifestyle. Her attention to detail also caught a minor mistake from my exam. Overall, my experience in the purchase exchange was very positive and warm thanks to her, and Im so thankful.

Let me tell you a story about a couple of ladies who are absolutely excellent.First, we called last minute looking for an appointment because I had broken my glasses and my prescription was expired. We were able to get in same-day which was very much appreciated, and this was after calling around to a few different places.Second, we received caring, personal service from Cheryl in particular (although Robin helped - theyre definitely a team in there.) I cant overstate how much I appreciate the time they took and the personal touch we received. A+++.Cheryl helped us navigate our insurance situation to the best of her ability, though the company we were trying to reach was down/closed at the time.Anyway basically what Im saying is that you cant ask for better customer service.

I received the best care of my optical life thanks to Robin Wolfe. As a dentist, I tend to look over a lot over peoples faces. My glasses were loose-fitting and fell into the face of my patient as I bent over. I was so embarrassed and knew it was time to get my glasses finally fixed. Robin was able to fix my glasses PERFECTLY, and I honestly could not have had a better experience. She genuinely cares about her customers and made me feel like I received the best care. Robin didnt rush through it at all and explained what she was doing as she was doing it, and she also answered all of my questions that I had. I always struggle with cleaning my glasses, especially the grease smudges in the glass/frame interface, and Robin showed me how to get them out. I left with an optical goodie bag, which was just the cherry on top of this experience. This is what customer care should be, and when I am due for my next eye exam, I will be switching optometrists to this place all because of my experience I had with Robin.

I had an eye exam last weekend at Target Optical on Sawmill, and had a great experience. The doctor was running a little behind, but Robin and Cheryl went through all my paperwork and eye issues with me beforehand. They were so knowledgeable and welcoming, so the wait didnt feel long at all. They both took the time to explain all costs and what my insurance covered, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.Dr. Wagner took better care of me than any eye doctor Ive had! I have allergies and other eye issues, and she took the time to speak to me about different contact options and care. Shes fantastic!

I learned more - something from all 3 gals - than from 3 previous opticians. Rochelle is great and knowledgeable. Go.

VERY disappointed with Target Optical! They bill you twice because the Doctor is separate than Target Optical and neither will take responsibility for the other. And thats a month after your visit when everything was all set to go!

I felt rushed through the exam. The woman who helped me put the contacts in had dirt or something black caked up under and around her nails... I had to stop and think, should I trust this disinfectant solution or should I just leave? The customer service team seemed understaffed and harried, and I still dont have contacts that fit.

Wait time was three hours first time when we visited the store for the first time that time there was only one person who was trying to manage. Next time we went to just pick up the order and Same story we have to wait for hours just to pick up the ordered specs....
