Dr. Priestland is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at both patient care and customer service.
Great care for their patients. We have been with Dr Clark and Dr Priestland for over thirty years and it has been great. Thank you!
The staff and Dr. Hammond always go above and beyond for their patients. My son had a lot of problems trying to wear contacts and they were always so generous with the time they spent with him. Dr. Hammond is very personable and professional. Highly recommend!
Went for eye exam on July 1st.Had been going to Dr. Clark for years.Great staff when Dr. Clark was there. Always, very professional. The new staff under her daughter Dr. Preistland. Not so much.Did not like my experience there. In fact why Im writing this review is I had ordered glasses and have not heard anything. In fact, I called today. The person answering the phone sounded like she had a wad of gum in her mouth. Only to find out my glasses came in 5 days ago. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME.After I pick these up. I will not be going back. They lost my business.
Dr Hammond is the best! Very kind and patient. My 13 yr old also sees her.
Ive came here for over a year now and they are always very friendly, understanding and professional.
Top notch- My entire family comes here and we’ve seen all of the doctors. Personally Dr. Priestland has went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend this office!
Doctors are just great; technicians are wonderful. It is the front and business side which could improve. The front can shore up on working with customers. Treating customers professionally is cool and required but not with rudeness and lack of understanding.
They will hold your rx if you owe them anything. Clearly it will be paid but that’s shady business.
My husband and I did our vision exam for contact lenses recently. The doctor was just ok, but not great according to our personal experience. We finally got the prescriptions we needed. To be fair, so far Im happy with the choice of my new contact lenses, but my husband wasnt comfortable with the newly prescribed lenses at first so he had to go back to his previous prescription. Also we were charged ridiculously high prices for just 5 pairs of trial contact lenses!Im afraid we wont be visiting this center again, not exactly because of what I mentioned above, but only because of the very bad attitude of the woman at the front desk every single time of our visit or phone call. I dont understand how a business would choose somebody like that to take care of its customer relations!
Ive been going here for years and the staff are very friendly, kind and always willing to help wherever they can.
I’ve had too many issues with them. From delays with glasses, to incorrect charges, and I finally decided to go someplace else. Glasses are way over priced. It’s close to my house but it’s too stressful. Not worth it.
I only use Dublin Family Vision Center (DFVC) for the making of lenses (I had the prescription and frames). It took DFVC 31 days to complete this one task and the glasses are still slightly incorrect.I do not recommend this place because the amount of screwups was intolerable. The first mistake happened during my first consultation, in which the employee did not gather all my measurements, so I had to come in again. Well, that next worker (I refer to her as XX) either wrote down the wrong numbers or wrote down the numbers illegibly because the lab that makes the lenses made them incorrectly (a worker told me this, so I’m not assuming). DFVC sent the glasses back without telling me, I had to call for an update. When the glasses came back, the lab did not place the lenses into the frame correctly. At this appointment I tried on the glasses anyway, and was happy that my prescription didn’t change that much. When the glasses came back for a third time, I noticed the prescription was vastly different than what I tried on a week and a half ago. (Understand that I’ve been wearing glasses for 15 years, so I’m aware of the differences new glasses can make.) The worker checked the prescription, and I overheard XX ask the worker “Is there a problem with the lenses or is there just a problem?” in a rude tone. Excuse me lady, but your screwup caused one of many delays. Sure enough, one of the axis was incorrect, but for DFVC it was a “tolerable level”. They did offer to redo the lenses, but I have zero confidence in them. While the workers (except XX) were all kind and do genuinely care, as well as apologize along the way, for my experience they failed to achieve one task in a professional amount of time.
The staff is friendly, professional, and highly informative.
