Excellent people here! Very down to earth and a plus here for me is that they have actual graffiti cans that other places dont have. Usually you would order these online or go to oakland to get some. But they got it all here! Even spray tips!

I love hobby lobby. One thing i do not understand is their logic behind closing on Sundays. They say its because they are a Jewish company and Sunday is a day of worship for them. Thats fine and dandy.Many of us work 6 days a week and only have Sunday off to enjoy our HOBBIES. Therefore we suffer because of their religious preference.Please open on Sunday. Please!

Good selection of items but they need to really update their checkout system. Each item needed to be checked against the weekly ad to see if it was a sale item, and then needed to keypad enter the price of each item one by one. They dont just scan an item. The method is so archaic, makes checkout so slow, and it is very prone to errors. I had several errors and immediately went to talk to a manager, who made me go get the sale sign myself from in front of the item in order to do a price adjustment. Honestly, I think I would just go to Michaels or Joanns in the future.

Hobby Lobby used to be my favorite store, but things seem to be going downhill! I asked one of the employees (Cindy, Dublin store) who worked in the flower department with help in putting a bouquet together, she pretty much told me no, gave me every excuse in the book e.g. Thats like me picking out your clothes for you, I dont know your taste I wasnt asking for her to do it, just a little input! Then when I went to check out I went on the app. to get a coupon, the gal at the register said Hobby Lobby is no longer giving out coupons. I think Hobby Lobbys prices are very high, I realize they always have big sales, but I think most of the sale priced items are so overpriced to begin with, that your really not getting a deal!

Ihave been shopping around to buy fabric for my sofa cover. CSR made the special order and called me after a few days. They have a wide selection with fairly reasonable prices.

Its like a Walmart superstore just that the items are related mostly to arts, craft, frames, etc. I was amazed by the sheer size of the store. This was my first time to Hobby Lobby.... Loved the customer service. Helpful employees always ready to guide you to the proper aisle. Only downside is that the aisles were not labeled, so its little difficult to find your items.

Poor Management! I visited the Dublin, CA store on Nov 6, 2020 around noon: I have a broken ankle and I am using a knee scooter. I arrived inside the store and realized I forgot my shopping tote bag at home. (I cannot push a cart so need a bag to collect items). I asked one of the cashiers if I could get one of their brown paper bags to shop with, and I promised to pay for it when I checked out. She asked her manager (Brandon) if that was OK and he said Sorry, no, we have too many people in line). I looked at line... 10-13 people in each of the 4 lines. I said Ok, Wow and rolled away.... went to a nearby aisle and took a few deep breaths. I then went back to manager and said Do you REALLY mean no? I am here to shop... I am handicapped...I will give you some coins now, or pay at check out. He just stared at me. I said... Ok, I am heading to Michaels. He said OK.I still cannot believe this happened.... very disappointed. Otherwise it is a great store. One rotten apple....

Deceptive sales practices where a small set of non-sale items are grouped with a whole host of on-sale products.... Management didnt want to listen to my comment about possibly reorganizing the shelf to avoid confusion, just said it was due to space concerns and walked off. No apology... Ive added a photo to demonstrate. The same is for table top items, not wall decor. I wanted the 4 compartment metal organizer three items from the top and just right of dead center. Everything else around it is for sale.

They are open and following Covid protocols as any other store. They have a lot of home decor (more towards artificial plantation and pots). Wall decor - paintings, frames, clocks, etc. A lot of craft and knitting related stuff.P.S. It looks like a Christmas store 😅.

I hated that I had to give this place only 3 stars when as far as the store itself and products, selection, etc go its 5 stars BUT the majority of employees I encountered (by majority I mean literally all except ONE) made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was a little over 30 minutes before closing time so I do understand people are tired at the end or close to the end of their workday and might be bit as friendly but these women were above and beyond pushy, rude and judgemental and they were the reason my purchase went from over $1000 to a little under 1 dollar that evening 🤷🏻‍♂️

A super Craft Store. Always have coupons on line. They will scan your phone so you dont have to print them in advance. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Closed on Sunday. Weekly ads available with special pricing on different items.

They have just about everything and more! Ive been to this store 3x, and the most recent visit which was a week after 4th of July, all of my items were 40 to 50% off! So what Im trying to say, is they have really good sales! I was able to buy little knickknacks here and there, such as a cute keychain, dish for my rings, a base, as well as a big canvas painting board and some cute picnic items. Great place for crafts, little home project decor (e.g. patio), gifts, sewing and knitting, etc. I like going up and down every aisle, so I dont miss anything!

This is a huge store! Shopping here can be overwhelming but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I do like how there are displays in the middle of the aisles that are themed in case you are looking for something specific. Great prices and great deals!

Such a huge selection of products for every age group and gender. Found exactly what I been looking for and more. Lines at checkout were a little slow moving mainly because one shopper not understanding that stores do run out of bags. Interactions with employees was very personable as they walked me to the item I was seeking. Cashier was also a delight to interact with as she kept her positive vibe going despite the bag ladies negativity.

Vast, cavernous, often changing prices. Yet it is the most decked out in crafting kit, fabrics, and decorations. Great to just browse, and the staff are often kind, knowledgeable and interested in unique projects.

Christmas stuff is already out and its early August. I love coming here for all my craft needs. I usually take advantage of their coupons even if it means googling one right before its my turn to pay. Overall friendly staff and love the variety this chIn offers in comparison to other craft stores.

Hard time finding things. Staff is very helpful when you get one. Only 2 cashiers and longer lines. Should not have to spend 5 - 10 minutes in line to buy one item.

Overwhelming!! Lots of everything including people standing in line to pay. But its a very good place to get things if you have a coupon. Clean and very organized. Seemed to be very efficient at moving people through the lines.

Items mismarked as half off. When you get to the register and explain that there was a sign attached to the display that reads 50% off they should give it to you for 50 % off. The item was on display in its own small shelving unit. It was their error. Bummer. I took my business to Michaels.
