One of the cables broke on our garage door, trapping both vehicles in our garage. I called The Door Guys and they were able to send a technician within the hour. He fixed the door within a short time and we were charged a reasonable fee. Later that day we had some trouble with the sensors and were advised over the phone how to fix that issue with the promise that if I were unable to get it adjusted they would send someone back to the house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service, fast response and a fair price.

Needing a “service call” at your home because something has broken is usually not something a person looks forward to; and often, it’s something that we dread. Recently I had a spring on my garage door break (as my wife is getting ready to leave for work of course). Needing to be able to get out of our garage ASAP, I was at the mercy of whomever I called to help. I had heard about The Door Guys in the past, have seen them supporting community events in town, and have only heard positive comments about them…so I called them for help. Since it was early in the morning (before their posted business hours), I was surprised that when I selected “Emergency Service” on their phone system that a service technician called me within just a few minutes to see what was wrong. I explained the situation, and the technician assured me that they would be arriving at my home within 30 minutes to get our garage door up and my wife and I off to work. They were at my home 20 minutes after I hung up the phone. They quickly got my garage door up, my wife on her way to work, and began making my door “safe” until I decide how I wanted to move forward. The technician thoroughly explained what had happened, provided my options for repair and replacement, and using some fancy software on his ipad; he gave me the information I needed to make a knowledgeable decision to get things back to normal. The technician was more than courteous, fast and efficient, and didn’t waste any time. Deciding on replacing our old garage door, an installation crew returned later that morning, and by the end of the day we had a brand new, perfectly-functioning garage door. Although, I don’t look forward to these types of problems at home, I must say this was the best “service” experience I’ve ever had…and I’m more than happy with my new garage door. I would highly recommend The Door Guys to anyone in need of repair or replacement of anything that has to do with garage doors…they are a Class A company.
