I have done three custom orders (baseboard and window/door casing) with Dublin Millwork. The first two were handled very quickly and efficiently. My third order was delayed and the product shipped was not my custom order. I continue to work with them and subsequent purchases have proceeded smoothly.

Under new management and now has hired more employees, this place is on the up and up. Handled my rather extensive order quickly and with ease. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs trim, doors, crown molding, or even locks.

If I could give no stars, I would but I dont have the option. This company is so poorly mismanaged I cant even begin to describe the heartache Ive had with a simple door order. Its too lengthy to even get into but go somewhere else until they hire more competent staff.
