I just purchased a PRECOR AMT 865 from the Dublin California Store. I must say that this unit is outstanding! The customer service was phenomenal…Tristan not only answered my long list of questions that I formulated before buying, he also informed me of things that I had no idea would be so fantastic for me!!!! I plan on buying more equipment and I definitely will go with PRECOR and Tristan😃

I was looking for the PERFECT recumbent bike and fortunately I went to Precor Home Fitness in Dublin. They have a great range of equipment, a very attentive staff and Tristan to supervise, which he does exceedingly well.I soon chose the Spirit XBR25 Recumbent bike. It was delivered a couple of days later, by a good crew, who rapidly assembled it. And when I started to ride it, I realized that I could not have made a better choice than the XBR25 or Precor/ Tristan.

The staff is friendly and they have good equipment, but I would not recommend pre ordering anything here. I was told my weights would be ready within 3-4 weeks, but most likely 2. After 5 weeks, I started checking in and they said I was 40th or so in line. After 6 weeks, I was told it would be another 4-6 weeks. Once I got to 9 weeks, I called the store because I was frustrated and I would have bought somewhere else has I known about the wait. They said I was 10th in line and they would update me on timeframe the next day. They called back a couple minutes after I got off the phone and said my weights were in and they tried calling me but my voicemail box was full. I did not see any missed calls from a 925 or local number and they didn’t try to email me after I had multiple back and forth conversations, so I got the impression they just moved me up the line at the expense of someone else. If your item is not in stock, I don’t recommend per ordering.

My experience with Tristan at your Dublin, Ca store was beyond excellent! His demeanor and willingness to listen, and encourage, all while being aware of my needs were stellar. He worked with me to find the right gear, and made it all work within the budget I had. I spent over 2k this morning, and could not be happier with my experience all the way around. Purchased inspire ftx here in May. They upcharge the price during covid. The same inspire ftx was $600 cheaper elsewhere.

We were greeted by Keith who was super knowledgeable about everything. He was very helpful in helping us pick out an exercise machine. My husband had alot of questions and he had all the answers. Great job!

No sales pressure here, just a sincere interest in making sure I get exactly what I want and need from my equipment. In this case, I purchased a Water Rower and Keith was friendly, patient and knowledgeable when answering the 1000 questions I had about models, warranties, reviews and user experience. He even made sure to let me know about extending my warranty coverage (for free) by registering with the manufacturer. Overall, I had zero qualms about purchasing the rower on the spot.

I have been coming to this store since I got my treadmill in 2014. Not only is my treadmill still in fantastic working condition (I use it religiously 3 times a week), but the customer service I have recieved from the store over the years has been outstanding. Big thank you to Tristan!!! He is a top notch employee and is soo willing to go above and beyond to help customers with all their needs. All.of their equipment is solid....and well made. I have since purchased a squat rack, adjustable dumbbells and bench. Tristan spent 2 hours looking at reviews and overall helping me refine and finalize my needs. I highly recommend them for great product and even greater customer service....thanks T!

The sales staff were extremely helpful the past two days helping me find the right payment setup and a great deal on my first big in-home exercise equipment purchase. I could have asked for a better experience between the staff at Dublin and Keith from Walnut Creek over online chat the day before.

Tristen was great! Delivery and assembly, scary. Hostile, hurried, incorrect assembly, rudely negative approach toward resolving issues. So for that reason, my approval rating is missing a star or two.

Loved it! I was looking for a stepper elliptical and they had plenty of options for us to try! Tristan was very informative and helped us pick the perfect one!

Home fitness center. Has equipments for fitness at home. I went for yoga equipments with my sis. Had yoga mats n rubber rolls but was out of stock for straps n yoga blocks. The variety of material available for yoga stuff was only 2 companies. Giam n one other company. Wants some variety in design n materials in the yoga mat but couldnt find it there. But the quality was good. The sales associate was very helpful in helping to check the stuff. In checking his stock for a availability n giving info about upcoming black Friday sales. Though I didnt buy it I could get to see the material and helped me in deciding which one I wanted.

Store location and accessibility was very convenient for us. The selection of equipment was more than expected along with things I didnt know existed. We settled on one of the recrumbert bikes that fit our needs, both being 62 we needed something somewhat safe. The next day, Monday, I ordered the bike for pick up on the following Friday, I missed the cut off time for shipment for that week, Keith was able to contact the warehouse which it was shipping from and had it added to the delivery truck. Whee...just made it. Thank you Keith for all youre efforts. We picked up the bike on Friday and Keith and Tristen were there to help load the bike, they were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with the various equipment. Overall the equipment seems to be well made, shopping at Precor was a great experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Particularly Tristan who helped me pick the right home gym equipment and get the most bang for my buck. These guys are honest and will recommend the right equipment for your needs. I am very happy with all the items I purchased from this store.

Pleasant personal service. The Dublin Store was just great.They were attentive to my questions.The only problem was that I chose to pay an extra $2000 to buy a monitor with TV reception on the elliptical machine. What I learned was thatPrecor sub-contracts a group based in Chicago, named Transmotion to install that part. I tried coordinating what they did with my local Direct TV distributor. Technicians from the two companies would just blame the other for why the TV feature could not be installed and why it did not work. Finally, I just gave up. So I lost $2000 for a TV monitor that never worked. My advice.. dont buy the TV monitor.On the plus side, I have been able to get on the internet and use U-Tube, and that helps me get through my workouts!
