Great value when it comes to tools. Dont expect the tools you purchase to last a lifetime. I did purchase several tools and a mobile toolbox (with drawers). The toolbox, though cheap, isnt a bad quality box. I did have to bend the back of the drawers a little, but overall it was better than a similar Craftsman toolbox I purchased. It is a Yukon.When I have the appropriate vehicle, I plan on getting my hands on one of their tool chests.

Decent prices on tools. Clean aisles and uncluttered. Checkout lady was very courteous and informative. All in all, a very nice experience.

Love this place as long as Im shopping in the store.. I will never order anything online from them again though. I only received half of what I ordered and I have been waiting for months now on the rest. I highly doubt its ever coming.. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly until my last visit. Im not sure what happened to the staff that has always been in the store but they were not there and the new staff working at that time wasnt helpful at all and somewhat rude. I know during these times good staff is hard to come by so Ill just be happy for the fact they were open and had what I went in there to purchse!

Its nice to go to a store and they have everything you need in stock. This store is clean, well stocked, and the clerks are friendly. Easy to maneuver in this store. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible.

Only my husband goes there. He said 3 stars when I asked. I said how can they get 5 stars? He said have more of what he wants or needs. 🤷‍♀️ I think he has enough tools but anyway Ill add a star myself and who knows. If I find anything pink when I do go in with him thats automatically 5 stars to me.

I have used this Tidal Wave and the one in Warner Robins. They both do a great job and the staff are usually friendly and helpful. This one is located on the west side of Dublin and is convenient to me when I have appointment at the Veterans administration nearby. I would like to see them take on some after school kids to help with the vacuuming on tips. Shouldnt be any shortage of kids would be willing. Im 73 and have mobility issues. But overall a great place to bathe your vehicle

Okay so Ive been reluctant to go to Harbor Freight just because I didnt think that it was a place for me but I was wrong. I found so many great deals on compressors and accessories on top of that I found great customer service.

Found items looking for and employee asked if we needed help.Checkout employee very courteous and professional.

The store itself is great. Along with the employees that I have encountered. BUT the ADMIRAL miter saw should be taken off the shelf. I bought one and this saw has pulled more pieces of wood from my hand than I can even count. If I hadnt been running a saw for 25 yrs it would have taken a few fingers for sure. Be it the bearings or motor I am not sure but in middle of cut it will vibrate or wable causing the blade to grab the uncut part of board and man it happens so fast . Dont buy that saw.

Rude they tried to sell me the display item thats been taken out of the package and had on in the box that wasnt open and wouldnt sell it

I couldnt, (as usual), get assistance with a tool purchase at the other local hardware dealer. I saw that the hour I wasted waiting was useful in that now Harbor Freight Tools was open. I was quickly greeted by a clerk who was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was so grateful and the tool I needed was MUCH cheaper at Harbor Freight Tools.

Store is clean and well laid out. Customer service is really good- great team on board. However and big however, we bought a Chicago Electric Power Miter Saw and had to return two of the same unit. Really hope Chicago Electric begins taking quality into consideration. The first one we purchased the screws striped putting it together. The second one didn’t have the wrench and I believe a star key included. We will be back but not for anything CE.

One of my favorite places to shop. Everytime I go in I feel like a kid in a candy shop. I want to buy so many things but I know I cant get everything. I think that a rewards program would be great for this company. I would like to join the insiders track club but Im unsure that I would save any more money. Well supplied thus far. I have the tendency towards wandering the isles to get hooked into something new, often I wish someone explains the use or the how to for some of the findings that appear of good quality, useful and serving a purpose. But, to some users that information is lacking and sales personal is a.- too busy b.- not able to explain thie use of a device eg. In the trailer supplies.

Always a great place to stop when you need a quick fix on a small budget. Tools have gotten better over time, many had production errors and items would break. Altogether this is a great place to shop for tools on a budget.
