It was my first visit to this location and upon entry I was greeted with warm smiles and assistance. The sales associate was very experienced and new the brand Green Juice I came to purchase. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the competitive brands and even checked to see if they had samples. Because of his knowledge, I purchased the Green Juice and loved it so much, my family is using it too! I will definitely be a frequent shopper!

I first discovered The Vitamin Shoppe when I got back into weightlifting and was on a vegetarian diet. I am still convinced that they have the best plant-based protein supplements of any store in the region.What keeps me coming back to this location, however, is the excellent product selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They offer helpful suggestions but are never pushy; I trust their opinion and I sometimes enjoy just browsing the new items.Perhaps most, I value the honesty of the team members.Always a good vibe at the shoppe!

Placed my order online and picked it up at the store. Couldnt be any quicker or simpler. Just cant trust Amazon for this stuff. Too many counterfeit items from sketchy sellers. I trust the items I buy here!

When I bought auger control pills I told their stuff, I was not sure about this was the right one, I might have to change. And she replied yes, with receipt yes you could. The other day, I was back and wanna change it, she told me no! So ridiculous!

Arrive to the store on a busy Thursday 12/19/19 (6 days before Christmas) at 4pm and the doors were locked with a be back in 30min sign. Store is suppose to be open from 9am to 9pm. This is an indication of poor management and scheduling. How do you close the doors mid day in the busiest shopping center in Dublin/Pleasanton?

The guy was very helpful and told me about some offers, it was great and saved some money.
